After watching the food truck sit outside the restaurant for months, I noticed the restaurant was finally open. Beside myself with excitement, me and my friends loaded up to try this fusion of our favorite foods. I've been here three times since they opened a little over a week ago. It's just that good. I'm eventually going to work my way through all the tacos on the menu, but so far I've tried the Crispy Tofu Curry (perfect flavors), the Coconut Shrimp (some of the best coconut shrimp I've ever had), and the Thai Peanut Chicken, Cow Creek, and the Mojo Shrimp. Every taco is a perfect blend so far, and I can't wait to try the rest. I've also had the PGB burrito, and it was just as good. The best thing here, though, is easily the crab rangoons. They are literally the best crab rangoons I've had in my life. Two tacos is easily enough to fill you up, and it'll run you around 6 bucks. Definitely worth it. I have driven past this place so many times on my way in and out of Stillwater and have always been intrigued but this time we finally decided to give it a try and I'm so glad we did! The food was AHHHMAZING!!! My hubby had a sushi burrito which he loved. My daughter had the Tuna Poke Bowl - she LOVED! I had 3 tacos - the spicy thai fish, the chicken thai peanut and the stilly shrimp. My fave was the stilly shrimp but I liked the fish one too. I probably wouldn't order the chicken one again but I'd love to go back and try 3 different tacos. The service was pretty quick considering they were packed and everything is made fresh. YUMMY! I really liked this simple, clean and unassuming little taco shop. The menu offered plenty of choices (even for you non-adventurous types.) Thai Loco has me hooked. One sign of that, they're slightly above my cheapskate standard, yet I've been there 3 times in that past few months. It's just too good to avoid. I've had all the tacos referencing Stillwater, such as Cow Creek, Highway 51, and Stilly Shrimp. None of the tacos I've had are bad, though some are sweeter than my preference. An easy go to is the Green Chili Pork. My wife has had one of their new burritos (Okie Pokie) twice. Fresh, raw, sushi-grade salmon; great both times. Go for it! read more

I'm not big on chain restaurants, and Stillwater needs more locally owned restaurants like this one -The tacos are fantastic; I've had just about every taco on the menu over the 6-8 times I've been here, and I can confidently say you can't go wrong -They are staying on top of trends (poke bowls and sushiritos are on the menu) Cons: -SO slow. It took 20 minutes for me to receive my order during my last visit; this is the fastest I've ever gotten it. Has some really good street tacos, Thai style. It's seems like an odd combination, but they do really well making it work. We had the spring rolls which were really good. We had the Basil Chicken, Highway 51, and sadly I've forgotten the other 3. All were really good. They are filled pretty full, 2 tacos filled me up just fine. Flavors of the basil chicken was real good. Brisket in the 2 beef tacos we got had good flavor, maybe a tad on the dry side, but was still worth the eats. read more
