We used to love this place. Last few times it hasn't been up to par. The portions went down which I get- but significantly. Ordered lunch today through door dash, pickup, double checked the receipt before leaving. Got home 1/2 the order was missing and they burnt the one of the apps ....that's just lazy and not giving a crap. I called and was offered a credit for next time or delivery. I requested them to deliver (since they use door dash) gave my # waited 45 min for a call back with a solution. I called back and was told the other girl will call. She kept saying she was the only one there....hire more staff during lunch that's your rush hour...I've worked in restaurants, every time I go during this time they are running around like crazy it's an easy fix 2 servers and 1 food runner+ the cooks. I did get a call back saying from "the other girl" saying she would deliver the food. She did. It was obviously cooked way ahead of her leaving....she only brought part of the order missing...not the burnt items that were inedible. I usually pick up and bring it home most of the time and it is not soggy by the time I get home. Also when you mess up an order you should go out of your way to keep customers- throw in an extra egg roll or something. We won't be going back...it's just not worth it. When your looking forward to their food- receipt is correct- your picking it up, only to get home to be disappointed...and still hungry. read more

I've been to this place so many times and I guess I forget to yelp. Customer service is always a plus here and the food is good for the most part. Being so local and convenient is defiantly a plus for south corona. For a Thai place they do offers Chinese cuisine with a Thai twist. I've tried there somewhat Chinese food like orange chicken and beef and broccoli and I wasn't a huge fan. You should just stick it with there Thai food. First time we had it was ok. Second time, I'm not too sure anymore. Moved to the area 6 months ago and looking for new fav restaurants but seems so limited here and tastes are so off compare to OC. I asked to not have any of my food cross contaminate with peanuts as I have 2 peanut allergies in the house. Well, what do you know. There's a few pieces of peanuts in my glass noodle salad. Menu didn't state there was peanut in there. The person who took my phone order said she would make sure but if there was peanut in that dish she would have mentioned it me, but she didn't. Luckily, I saw it and kept it away. If you're hungry it's ok. Everyone's taste are different so I can't speak for all. But some food was too rich in flavor and very dried pork ribs. Thai Lotus is a Small Thai Food Restaurant in a Busy shopping complex in Corona. The establishment is very clean bright and very inviting. The seating is comfortable and the Service is Fast and Friendly. I had the Shrimp Chow Mein and it was Perfect I also had a side Salad with Peanut Dressing, the Salad was incredibly crisp and fresh. The dressing was excellent the only thing I would change is maybe add a lil kick to it with red pepper flakes but that's entirely preference. The Golden Tofu is Amazing and the Sauces are on Point. Only drawback is it's next to a busy Pub Style restaurant with obnoxious and noisy people. read more

Not expecting to come here we did have a nice meal as well as great service. Very extensive menu, I could have ordered pretty much all of their starters, so many great options. We went with the sampler platter as well as the dumplings and really enjoyed both. Battered and fries veggies, won tons, egg rolls, shrimp, all very good and worth ordering again. Loved the sauces and chili paste at the table as well. Kids meal was very generous, an adult portion really, tasty orange chicken and noodles for around $6. My husband had the chow mein with beef, not my thing but he enjoyed it. I had the yellow veggie curry, did not enjoy the coconut taste which they did warn me about, but the rest was good. I ordered takeout one evening and I am so glad I finally tried this restaurant. I kept passing it when I'd visit Ra Sushi so it is near this area. For takeout, I got the fried fish red curry, chicken panang, pineapple fried rice, chicken pad won sen, and chicken satay. The only item I would suggest having when dining IN would be the fried fish entree. Everything else, was really perfect for takeout and to enjoy the day after as I ordered a bit excessively. Takeout presentation was really nice, too. I am so happy this place is a hit with myself and my family as it is probably the closest for Thai. Work in the area and have been here a few dozen times over the years it haven't been here since the new ownership. First thing I noticed today was that smell this place use to have, it was almost like a sewage smell but the previous owners always said it was the spices (yeah right). The smell is pretty much gone so that was pleasant. Had the BBQ Thai Chicken with no rice and extra salad. My server Sunutta was very nice, accommodating and very attentive. I love the appetizer soup that has always been served, glad the new ownership kept this on the menu. It so light and flavorful, so simple and just has a very comforting quality about it. BBQ Chicken was cooked well with the exception of a small portion of white meat that was dry, but who likes white meat, am I right?! Very garlicky and slightly sweet marinade. Amazing lunch specials with perfect portions. Went out to lunch with some work folk today, this place is walking distance from le office, so I thought I'd check out. We all enjoyed the lunch special ($7.99 for entree, soup, salad & 2 eggroll thingies. Mon-Fri 11AM-3PM). I had a spicy yellow curry. Options of tofu or veggies can also be subbed out if you don't want meat for any dish. Everything was deliscious! The restaurant was clean, our server was very kind and attentive. The place was kind of dead when we came in at 12:30, but I didn't mind. At least it was quiet. Definitely will be back to try more of those specials. Their curry is on the sweet side, I'm not in to sweets but this was delicious, just wished it was a bit spicier. Decided to bring my husband here for lunch after I was recommended by a coworker . We're used to driving to the LA area to have good Thai food but this place is actually pretty good! And it also saves us a trip in traffic to satisfy our Thai food cravings ! I usually get the traditional pad Thai which comes with chicken shrimp and Tofu and I love it! I usually get spring rolls too ( I love the peanut sauce!). Also don't sleep on the little ice cream cups by the register I got the mango flavor last time and it was so good! They are also so friendly, I will be going back very soon! read more
