The service is fast and quick. Easy to order for individual meals or family meals or even large trays. Wait isn't that long for large trays if you go in same day to order for big groups. Price is decent and not bad. Portions are decent as well. Food isn't so greasy like most of the places around the area. The Orange chicken is good in flavor and still has a good crispy and crunch to it when it's nice and fresh. The beef and broccoli is also good and broccoli isn't soggy. The BBQ pork is a hit or miss with it being moist or dry. Depends on the cook I guess. The chicken and green beans are always a hit and good. And the chow mein is always a hit with the kiddos. Came back recently and it was still great as expected. They are making fresh entree items, especially during dinner hours. The chef gentleman walked out with a large pan of Chow Mein while I was choosing my sides. I got their Broccoli Beef and Mushroom Chicken this time and man...so good. As with the current times, they did raise their prices, so as of the time of this post, a Two Entree plate is $10.30, or with tax it's $11.30. The food is very comparable to that panda place, if not better. Staff upfront are mostly friendly. There is a really enthusiastic Auntie there, so if you get greeted by her, just smile back lol. So I've always asked for extra peanuts cooked in my Kung pow chicken and this is what they serve me? They just dumped peanuts on top of my order. We also ordered enough food for six people, and I asked twice for extra fortune cookies and the lady snapped at me saying "I heard you" but we only still received two cookies. food is still good, but the attitude and service by the ladies At the counter was less than welcoming. This place use to be the best fast food Chinese place and they would have long lines, but then it changed a couple of years ago. Haven't been here for a while since the last time the food wasn't so great. But we decided to try them out. I think they must have changed cooks or management, because the food has improved. The flavor is there and it looked fresh. We have always loved their bbq pork because they are the only place that don't drench it in that red sweet sauce. And I love their cream cheese wantons. The only thing I think could improve is their chow mein needs more flavor. The workers are friendly and they pack your plate up so you will have leftovers. There is inside and outside seating if you want to eat there. You can refill your drink once and they do it for you. We came here because of the orange chicken fries hype, but they ended up being overwhelmingly sweet and smothered in sauce without anything to balance that one note. We also ordered char sui bbq pork which was extremely fatty and inedible. We also ordered Mongolian beef which was pretty good, chow mein and vegetables were also good but standard. The portions were huge! You could really feed a crowd, I'll give them that. As for the place, the counters, tables and drink station were in a bad way and due to be wiped down, which caused me some mental strain, although it was later in the evening when we got there. Ordered 2 meals and egg rolls along with an egg flower soup totaling over $27.00. We started enjoying our early dinner when my daughter found a hair in her rice. (Disgusting, but it happens). Absolutely terrible experience. I have been a long time customer and have been coming here at least once a week, mostly on Wednesdays. You would think that a Chinese restaurant that serves hot food would at least turn on the A/C some basic common sense. I could not even enjoy the food without constantly sweating like a pig. The manager or managers need to get their shit together and turn up the A/C. Overall, chow mein was great, good texture, just the right amount of chewiness, but PLEASE TURN ON THE A/C. If you guys want something that you can sit in and enjoy the food in 90 degree temperatures with some cool A/C, go down a couple blocks down the street to Panda express. read more
