Always good food and service! Portion sized are very good and reasonably priced. Clean restaurant and bathrooms.

If you get the "right" items, $31 for all you can eat is a good deal. For this time, I just ordered A La Carte take out. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion is generous. Food taste wise, it's above average.

Honestly, this is really good sushi/sashimi. They've done a wonderful job of updating the interior (but maybe they're saving the bathrooms for now - at least they're very clean). The food was good and the price is right. Service and management were friendly. This is out of the way for most sushi eaters, but Quinlan is becoming a hot spot for locally-made great food. Even my non-sushi eating mother was pleased.

Sushi is best and hardest food to perfect. This is fresher than the name brands. Good prices clean place. Fast service.

Pad Thai chicken extra egg. Not sure why there is snap pease or onion in this.

I don't know if they ran out of Bean sprouts but they substituted bean sprouts with and pea . Not a fan. I'm used to a sweet and spicy version with lots of Bean sprouts. The chicken was good nice and tender! Noodles were cooked perfectly just the flavor profile is not satisfying the Pad Thai craving. Hopefully better. Next time.

I love this place a it's the freshest in east Texas. We drive from Edgewood to come here. The cone style hand rolls are to die for.

Honestly. What a gem of a place! I would never have thought to stop in here. But it just became our new favorite spot. Very calm and peaceful ambiance. The food was absolutely top notch. I think its the best sushi I have had in East texas outside of Dallas to date. I got the sashimi deluxe entree and i was absolutely not dissapointed. It was so good. And the young lady who was our waitress is an absolute rockstar. We never felt forgotten, and never felt bothered. She did a fantastic job. Definitely our new favorite spot, and we will be back soon.

Such a beautiful little spot for a quick date night or even a family dinner! Sushi is always sooo good but, you must try other things on the menu! I promise it won't disappoint! I had

Ordered garlic chicken, pineapple curry noodles and sticky rice husband orders other plates …read more Their rice was so hard and I had put curry on top to soften and flavor. But didn't work. So they bought me some more sticky rice. Still dry and hard. Fatima was th most sweetest and most helpful to try and make it better. But someone in the back kitchen only gave me a tablespoons worth curry that had put in my Stu my rice to make it better. But it was much much more. We spent the last 80.00 dls here. Was my favorite place. Not anymore !! Gave them a 1 star only to post here Ohhhhhh and mind you. They did talk to owner and She didn't care. Isn't that amazing Well that's no surprise.

I really was excited to try this place. If she likes it, I felt I would like it. First thing I want to say is, appearances can be deceiving. I believed it was going to look like every other Thai restaurant I have eaten in. The outside looks very nondescript. However once you step inside, you can clearly tell they put a lot of time and effort into creating an atmosphere that might actually trick you into believing that you're in Thailand. The ambience was perfect. We were seated very quickly, even though the restaurant had quite a few guests dining. I asked the server about the decor. She mentioned it was all authentic Thailand decor. We did end up ordering a couple of appetizers. The Crab Rangoon and the Thai Dumplings . We really enjoy both appetizers. She enjoyed the Thai Chicken Lettuce Wrapped. I ordered the Pad Thai, with Chicken and Shrimp. Believe it or not, this is the first Thai restaurant I've ever eaten in, where they asking what kind of spice level I wanted. I went with a spice level of two. That level was spicy, but not overly spicy, but still gave a bit of a kick. Next visit I will hit that with a three. I definitely enjoyed what I ordered. The service was good. The ambience was incredible. The food was great. I got more food than I expected. I felt the price was reasonable for the quality of the food. I know we will go back again.

I started with the garlic edamame, Kani salad, and gyoza. The gyoza are pan fried perfectly! Some places fry them too hard or deep fry them. The kani salad is a mix of shredded cucumber, spicy crab mix with spicy mayo, and roe. I ordered the Angry Dragon roll and the Rockwall roll. The Rockwall roll is sweet with coconut shrimp wrapped, topped with spicy crab mix and coconut sauce. It's delicious! The atmosphere is very nice and intimate. Darker in the dining room with table lamps. You're not looking around the room at everyone, but more focused on just your party. I will definitely be returning to Basil Cafe more often! Can't wait to try more sushi! Thanks again Annika for a great experience!

Overall, the food was solid with a few standout items. The spicy tuna roll was excellent -- fresh, flavorful, and easily the highlight of the meal. The ramen was also quite good and comforting. The hibachi steak, however, was a bit of a surprise. The steak was cooked exactly to the temperature I requested, but it (along with the vegetables) arrived slightly cold, which took away from the experience. The fried rice also lacked a bit of seasoning and could have used a little more flavor. While this wasn't a bad dining experience by any means, I'm still on the search for that standout spot in the area that truly checks all the boxes. That said, there are definitely some dishes here worth coming back for.
