Great neighborhood Thai restaurant and Liberty is adorable and super accommodating. It is very authentic and they can make a few dishes gluten free so don't be afraid to ask. I like the pad Thai with shrimp.

We stopped by Thai Paradise for a quick dinner pickup since it was conveniently located along our route. It's a small, no-frills place that wasn't too crowded when we visited. We tried the Chicken Pad Thai, Chicken Red Curry, and Tofu Pad See Ew. The flavors were decent--nothing standout, but nothing bad either. I'd rate the taste around 3-3.5/5. Portion sizes were generous, and the pricing felt reasonable for the area--definitely a plus (4/5). Parking was super convenient, which is always appreciated (5/5). Service was fine, though for a pickup order, I wish they'd either include utensils or at least ask if I needed any--minor, but worth mentioning (3/5). All in all, I'd give this place about a 3.25/5. If you're nearby and craving Thai, it's worth a try--but don't expect to be blown away.

If you're looking for a simple neighborhood Thai place, this is great! But I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. We came here on a Thursday afternoon for some takeout and the restaurant was completely empty. The interior is pretty small and it seems like a lot of people were getting take out. Service was fast, but the staff workers were quite down and seemed uninterested. For the food, we ordered the pad kee mow and red curry noodles to go. Both dishes were good! Nothing special though. They did have a lot of flavor and I enjoyed it. Overall, I would come again if I was in the area and wanted some fast food.

Well executed Thai dishes that taste home cooked but served up fast. We stopped by on our way to San Diego. We were looking for something that would be a quick stop but didn't want fast food and Thai Paradise did not disappoint! Lunch specials were reasonably priced with good sized portions. We ordered the pad Thai, pineapple curry, sweet sour chicken and panang curry lunch specials. My husband said that he wouldn't order the sweet and sour chicken again; sauce was sitting more on top of the chicken instead of being incorporated into it. The rest of us were more than satisfied with our dishes. Restaurant is a bit cramped and dated though clean. Restroom clean, outdoors and shared by other shops. We will add this to our restaurant route when driving to visit family in SD.

I love comin San Clemente, one thing and stopping off and getting Thai food for takeout. I had a chicken pad thai and 17 ginger with bamboo coupled with vegetarian rolls, and spring rolls It was a perfect meal for 2 to 3 people. The flavor was wonderful my chicken pod Thai. Was it four stars in terms of spiciness, and let me tell you that was well more than enough lol. I will come again I didn't take them very long at all and the menu is very comprehensive so there is a lot to try for such a small place Super delicious !!

Food was very good. Portions were good (Curry was huge). Attentive service. Good find for a small "hole in the wall" type place.

SMOKED PHO: -- this may be my only way to have pho moving forward -- the beef broth is delectable -- the crimson red in the rib tender delicious rib meat is perfectly cooked accounting for more cooking in the warm broth -- light on smoke -- ample sprouts, greens and noodles -- not too salty -- utterly fantastic -- nice portion of meat -- nice large portion but not jumbo RATING = A+ GARLIC BUTTER NOODLES: -- one marinated egg -- very creamy -- light towards medium garlic I feel but I will judge again when my palate and sniffer our fully back -- ample arugala -- medium portion size RATING = A STAFF are kind and efficient.

The meat was delicious, though--super tender and probably my favorite part. The shaking beef was tasty, but the flavors didn't really come together. It felt like the ingredients were just thrown together rather than really blending into one cohesive dish. The egg rolls, on the other hand, were great. No notes!

As a professional dating coach and a full‑time food lover, I take my restaurant scouting very…read moreseriously. My job is to help you avoid the tragic first‑date mistakes I've already made, like the overpriced spots, the bland dishes, the "why is this chair attacking my spine?" seating. I've wasted the time, energy and money on the other loser spots so you don't have to. But when I find a place that's clean, visually appealing, thoughtfully designed, and serving food that's actually seasoned, cooked well, and plated with pride? Oh, I'm shouting it from the rooftops. So let me put you on to my latest discovery: DIHO SIAM, right in the heart of Ladera Ranch. If you've followed me on Yelp for a while, you already know I'm a lifelong Thai‑food fanatic. I've been loyal to Thai cuisine longer than some people stay loyal in relationships. Since I wasn't trying to overeat, I ordered an appetizer, and let me tell you, this "appetizer" came out looking like a BIG FULL-GROWN lunch. I'm not a big white‑meat gal, so I asked if they had anything with dark meat. I ended up with chicken wings and drumsticks in a sweet‑and‑sour sauce. The moment I cut into that chicken? I ascended. The breading had that perfect balance...not too salty, not too bland...crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside. I'm not saying I had a foodie‑induced spiritual experience, but if I did, nobody needed to know. One look at the rest of the menu and I knew I'd be back. Yes, I will absolutely make the 45‑minute drive to try their lunch dishes. It's worth it. And the prices? Shockingly reasonable considering the economy is basically held together with duct tape and vibes. Now, my one note for the owners: please, for the love of all things holy and iced... offer a dairy‑free Thai iced tea option. It was 94° today, and I was ready to down two giant glasses, but they only use half‑and‑half. This is California. We are oat‑milk, soy‑milk, almond‑milk, "I'm‑on‑Ozempic‑don't‑judge‑me" people. Give the people what they want. Add oat milk to the menu, put a cute little 4x5 flyer in a clear acrylic stand on each table announcing your new dairy‑free Thai iced tea, and watch customers flock to it. And just to close this out on a high note: I'm 100% coming back to Diho Siam. There are way too many dishes on that menu calling my name, and I fully intend to answer. Consider this my official teaser...I'll be updating my Yelp Elite Squad review after my next visit, and trust me, people wait for those updates like they wait for a second date after a great first one. I might even give you an extra star and make it a Five-Star review! Wink! wink! Stay tuned, because this place has officially earned a spot on my "must‑return" list. And don't forget to give me a thumbs up or a heart if you like my reviews and follow me!
