Holy crap the portions are huge. Let me just put that out there first. If you're a party of three, try ordering just two main dishes with an appetizer. (When you check in, you can receive a free appetizer - summer roll or spring roll). The summer roll isn't as full and hearty as the Vietnamese summer rolls just a heads up so if you're looking for sustenance, I don't think summer roll is the way to go. The Tom yum soup was yummy but quite spicy so be prepared for that. We ordered calamari which were crispy and tender so that's great. The deep fried cube steak was a large amount of steaks and veggies with a bowl of rice. The steaks tasted good but the meat itself some were tough some were tender, but that's beef in general really. The pad see ew was yummy and again, huge. The masaman curry was good but just didn't have much vegetables in the curry itself. Overall, definitely would come back since it's so close to white marsh in middle river and tastes great. Parking is plenty and it is in a new complex that isn't crowded with people at all. read more

Blown away. I saw some of the glowing reviews so came to check it out, and found the storefront nestled near a few chain stores In a small outdoor plaza. DO NOT let that deceive you. I came here with my family, and we tried a bunch of different dishes - chicken satay, fried rice, seasfood salad, pad see-ew, and pad curry. They were all phenomenal! The menu is not trying to re-invent the wheel of Thai food, instead they aim to do the classics to absolute perfection. The fried rice was a standout for me (and they set the bar high) - the rice was fluffy and unbelievably flavorful, with vegetables and egg completing each bite; it just leaves you wanting more. That being said, the portion of fried rice was enormous and we were not complaining - just be prepared. Don't sleep on Thai Rainbow, this restaurant is a treasure and we will be back as soon as possible. read more

Went here because of the good reviews. Ordered Tom khaa soup, drunken noodle, papaya salad and Penang curry. None of the food item was eatable. Soup was cold, peanuts on the salad were old and had some weird smell. The drunken noodle had tofu that was not fresh at all and the food was not even close to warm. When we told the server about the soup he responded saying there's nothing we can do. The tofu was very hard and didn't feel fresh at all in both drunken noodle and Penang curry. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Both food and service were below standard and very poor. read more

Great Thai food. In town for business and staying at Spring Hill Suites Marriott across the street. I ate here two nights in a row. Had the beef cubes the first night and they were fantastic.
