Good, presentation was beautiful. Orange chicken was pretty, BUT...it looked like chicken with light brown gravy. $17 I think, did not eat. Would NOT order it again. Newly elevated Thai restaurant open in Frisco. They do carry full bar with the outstanding wine selections. I do sit at the bar and really enjoy there're super nice & friendly service from Nemo and Nick. Ordering Pad See Ew is fantastic which full of flavors. Tried Thai for the 1st time today at Thai Spice & it was delicious I will be going back tomorrow!! (Panther Creek/Tollway by StarBucks) The restaurant is very clean, open, beautiful!! The staff were all very friendly & helped each other. Nemo the bartender (we sat at the bar) makes each drink very specific detail & love! We ordered edamame, the Thai chicken lettuce wrap-full pieces of romaine instead of flour.. we weren't expecting that but I'll get it again!!! Not good Thai food. The food is not very well prepared. I doubt Thai people are cooking because I don't think they could make Pad Thai/Pad See Ew/Tom Kha like this. The noodles dishes were really soggy swimming in sauce. The Pad Thai noodles were in little pieces like a fideo and a bit undercooked. Pad See Ew had a bad wok flavor of being too wet on a not hot enough wok, rather than a nice "wok hei". The Tom Kha was a bit of a sweet syrup. The shrimp used in the dishes were fresh and better than many other places though. Overall couldn't really stomach any of it and a waste of $60. I literally have no idea how this place has stars. We ordered a pineapple curry. There was NO curry flavor. It tasted like it was dole pineapple Juice mixed with coconut milk. My husband had red curry Thai spicy. It wasn't that spicy. And no curry flavor. It just tasted like salt. Then we got the pad see ew. That tasted like just oil and noodles. Way over priced and not very good. Ordered the chicken wings for $13 and what came out was laughable. We got 5 bite size wings which would maybe equal out to be 2 wings. Also ordered the vegetable stir fry with beef. No wok flavor what so ever. Beef was flavorless. This place needs to step it up if they're wanting to be charging $20 a plate. Got the Tom Kha big bowl today and it was watered down and lacking coconut milk in the proper ratio of flavors including lemongrass. It has a lot of mushrooms as well. It was actually sweet more than savory which is not what I wanted. Net effect is an alright soup but not the magical Tom Kha Soup that Thai food lovers enjoy. I am thinking someone ladled in Tom Yum Soup instead. At this point I don't have time to follow up on this. read more

Price was a couple or three dollars higher than comparable places in Dallas. Sits in a nondescript strip center next to the Tollway. Atmosphere is nothing special. Thai Spice, only 4 weeks in operation, did not disappoint! We sat at the bar; Nemo is an excellent bartender, telling us about the happy hour menu items and drinks. I'm not all that adventurous so I had my go to Thai dish, Pad Thai with chicken and it was delicious. My husband enjoyed his beef and broccoli: we both chose 2 on the 5 point heat scale and it was just right for me but my husband needed a side of the hotter sauce which was perfect for him. The pad see ew with beef was excellent but at a cost of $18 or $19. Had the potstickers as an appetizer but the price is a little high as you only get four small pieces for $9. Service was good. I was excited for a new Thai restaurant in the neighborhood but at these prices, I don't see this one making our regular rotation. We eat Asian food often, but there are other more price-friendly options nearby that have equally-good quality. The potstickers definitely are not worth $9. read more

I thought the food was good, and the ambience is nice, but the drinks are Color very pricey considering you're sharing a parking lot with a QT and a Starbucks. I would go back if I was in the area, but I live further towards 75 so I don't know if I'll go back to this restaurant. If someone asked me about a recommendation. And the service was amazing I would think that they wouldn't have good service because they are new, but they proved me wrong, And the vibe was awesome. This place just opened up on 2/3/24 and so far everything was so amazing!! I ordered the Pad Thai and a few apps and the food was filled with flavor and had me full. Their Thai Tea is also a 10/10. The service is amazing as you are greeted right when entering. Prices are a tad bit high, but it's 2024 so the prices are high everywhere. Would definitely come back with my family! read more

Great service. Manager was friendly helpful and full of energy. We didn't make a reservation but they managed to get us seated right away on a busy night. I would suggest a reservation for future visits. Food was fresh and delicious. Inside is very pretty and well decorated. We don't drink but the drinks looked great.
