Just had Thai Square tonight with my husband. Awesome atmosphere and great service. Sushi came out in a timely manner and was fresh and very good. My husband had the Pad Thai and said it was great. We started with an Indian Pancake that came with a curry dipping sauce, that right there was the bomb.com We will definitely be back. My father and I shared quite a few rolls of sushi and LOTS of sashimi. The waiters and waitresses kept our glasses filled, the sushi chef was fun to talk with and did an excellent job on our food. I've been here a few times, and the results are always excellent. I would suggest that this is an Asian fusion type of place. The decor is nice, makes me wished I would have dressed up a little more. Service is professional. Let's talk about the food. I've traveled extensively with business and I have a taste for Asian food, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Vietnamese. It makes me wish I were born Asian. This is a nice place. I've said for decades that the best places to get sushi tend to be the places that are *not* rigidly traditional. They are the places which creatively take sushi to places I have never tasted before, and Thai Square Sushi delivers. As one example among many, my wife has a powerful preference for beef, but sushi and beef rarely mix unless you get in the range of beef tataki or something to that tune. Thai Square has some beef focused rolls which are as excellent as they are unique, and this is exactly the kind of place I look for in places like San Francisco, Los Angeles, and I am downright amazed to find it here in Forney. /salute read more

If you order delivery by phone they will generally tell you that your food will be there in about 45 minutes but mine has always arrived in 20. Great customer service, I've never had a bad dish here. We had a Mothers Day celebration with our 9 member family with 2 five year olds. The food was delicious! The service was amazing. The staff tended to our table repeatedly filling our drinks, clearing our used plates and even making a Rose balloon for each of our 5 year old granddaughters. OMG! My girlfriend and I can never get our husbands to try this place. We had a girls day out and treated ourselves to a massage at Forney Wellness and walked over to Thai Square for lunch. We were both interested in trying the same things so we shared the Sunny Roll & Sumo Roll. My mind was blown! Let me say I didn't even try sushi until 2015 and I'm not very adventurous but I've tried it at other Teppanyaki bars and depending on what I got I learned to "like" it. I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but I even like some from Kroger. Although not the best, it's not bad. But this place has ruined me! Absolutely ruined me, I cannot to return to the mediocrity of the other places with Thai Square being so close to home and so tasty. If you "like" sushi, try here and prepare to "LOVE" it instead. Probably the best Asian restaurant in Forney. Their gyoza is delicious, the curry is divine and their sushi is great. The kara age wasn't as crisp or flavorful as I like, but that is the only mark against it I have found over a dozen visits. Highly recommended. read more
