We probably order from here about few times a month, which for us is a pretty good endorsement. The staff has always been friendly and easy to deal with, whether we're dining in or picking up. The ambiance inside is nice but simple -- nothing fancy, just a comfortable, relaxed spot to enjoy a meal. It's honestly just nice to have a dependable Thai place nearby so we don't feel like we have to drive all the way to Convoy Street or Orange County when the Thai food craving hits.

However, their new paper bags are not as durable as the former ones. The former bags were much thicker, while the current ones are very thin. When I asked for it, she said under her breath, "so much trouble", and further blamed me for not choosing to print the receipt during payment. I did, but their portable device didn't. (Ask the gent who first tried to help me and see the roll of paper sticking out of the device.) She couldn't get the machine to print it, so she wrote down the line items on a piece of paper. That's when I saw that we were charged $7 for the Thai iced tea, which the menu we were given showed $5. When I inquired, she insisted that's how much it costs. Before we left the restaurant, I checked one of their menus. This one had the original price taped over with a handwritten "$6". So, a dollar more than on the menu we were given but still a dollar under what we were charged. This episode soured our dining experience here. A restaurant is more than just tasty food. I sincerely hope for other patrons' sake that their service catches up to their food.
