Management has a pride on the good business that spiked up recently. service is horrible and no respect to customers. they post closing time as 3 pm but don't let people to dine in after 2.30 pm. If I could rate it lower, I would. They made almost every mistake imaginable. It was almost impressive how badly they screwed up. Mistake #1) We called in a carry-out order at 4:25pm on a Sunday. Their website currently says that they are open all day on Sunday, from 12pm to 9pm; on every other day of the week, they are closed for a break between 3pm & 4:30pm. We ordered two drinks (mango bubble tea and a Thai tea). They said that we could pick it up in ten minutes (4:35pm), after they open again at 4:30pm (weird, but okay). We got there on time, but we had to wait about an additional ten minutes before the order was "ready" (4:45pm). Mistake #2) When the order was brought out, it was mango juice with boba (no tea) and an order of sticky rice with mango. We had repeated the order when we placed it, and the order taker had read it back to us. The mango mistake would be understandable, but I cannot conceive how the Thai tea was transmuted into sticky rice. Mistake #3) They were going to remake the Thai tea, but the hostess handling my order got distracted by the customer behind me, whose order was also wrong. We were left standing in the foyer holding the one drink with no straw, waiting to even get the correct order placed. This continued until we decided to forgo the remake, and just pay for the drink and cut our losses. Mistake #4) When we informed the hostess that we just wanted to pay our bill for the drink and leave, she took the rice off the bill ($9) and only charged us for the mango with boba ($5). We presented our card, and the hostess said that the bill was too small to pay with a card. She offered to give us the drink for free, which was a nice gesture, and the only silver lining in this dark cloud of a service fiasco. We insisted upon paying, and we were hungry, so we bought the sticky rice just to salvage the situation. Mistake #5) As mentioned, the mango juice seemingly had no tea in it (disappointing because we wanted the caffeine). Also, the boba was overly firm as if stale or undercooked and got stuck in the straw multiple times to the point that only two pearls were able to be consumed, rendering a large portion of the pricey beverage inedible. The juice itself was delicious, but between the bad boba and the copious ice, the drink was vastly overpriced; for $5, we could have gotten a lot more from the store. The sticky rice was a very small portion, which wouldn't have sufficed as an appetizer for one, and was not worth the price that we paid. Also, the rice was compressed into an overly hard puck-like disk, and was dry to the point of being a bit crunchy. Overall, the service was laughably bad, the food was mediocre at best, and the prices promised an experience that this place had no hope of delivering. This restaurant is an embarrassment, and hopefully they will be replaced by something better. Judging by their quality, it won't take much, and it won't be long. read more

Placed order at 615pm. Initially told us food order would be ready at 715pm. Before we hung up they told us to come at 730pm instead. My wife was there to pickup food at 730pm and they called to say to come at 750pm. My wife ended up waiting inside for 45 minutes and our food wasn't ready until 815pm. Did not offer discount or apology for wait of 2 hours after order. Half the food was cold by the time we got it. Food was mediocre. Will not return. read more

An enormous and improvement over the place that was here before. Had chicken pad Thai, extra hot. It was a wonderful balance of heat and flavor. Too many places just make things hot and ruin the flavor, but this was greatly enhanced by it. My wife received yellow curry, and she really enjoyed it as well. Service was extremely quick. I will definitely be back, and I'm happy there's now a great Thai restaurant so close to home. read more

Wow! We waited for more than 80 minutes for our meal. When we got it it was very sweet. If you want Americanized crap Thai food this is your place. But if you want Thai where they give you more vegetables than sugar in your dish go somewhere else! By the way my wife just told me on the 2nd floor there was a dead mouse in the fake fire place vent. I've had Thai from these folks a few times now, but two of the last times have been within the last month. The second most recent time I ordered takeout from them it was DELICIOUS! Absolutely excellent, the shrimp in my Drunken Noodles was perfectly cooked and they accounted for my egg allergy. However...the reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because tonight I got takeout from them again, same item. The shrimp is way too tough (overcooked) and the flavor of the sauce and the dish in general are much weaker than last time. Overall I think this is a great Thai place but I must admit I'm disappointed in tonight's order. read more

Second time we have been here and this place rocks. Got the spring rolls and drunken noodles with chicken. The spring rolls were crispy and busting with flavor and the drunken noodles were very flavorable and the spice level perfect. This is by far the best Thai restaurant around. First time we tried this restaurant and we were not disappointed. Best Thai food we have eaten in Cincinnati in several years. For appetizers we had the chicken satay and tofu with sweet chili sauce. The peanut sauce that accompanied the satay was nice and thick, with a little kick. The tofu was nicely toasted and the sweet chili sauce was well made. We chose the combination dish in mild massaman curry and the chicken in hot panang curry. Both came out with the spice level exactly as ordered and both were very flavorable. We finished with the mango and sticky rice, nicely served with coconut milk on the side. The mung beans that topped the rice created a very nice texture. Our waitress was especially great, attentive, and a friendly smile. You gotta try this place the next time you are in the mood for Thai food. It's worth the drive. read more
