I knew it was fate the moment I came across Kramos' Yelp page. I was hesitant to contact her since my budget was quite small, but Ms. Kristine was kind and answered my inquiries without hesitation. Ms. Kristine was beyond professional and kindhearted. She accommodated my requests and the limitations of my budget since I couldn't do a hair bridal trial (thus only doing the make up). She was easy to talk to and it's like having a sister you've never met before. I liked how she gave realistic expectations like my pores would still be visible underneath the glamorous make up, and there would eventually be creasing, something I'd have to deal with by doing retouches throughout the night. She even told me how some of the photos I sent her as reference were made by AI, something I did not even consider. More than anything, however, her work was absolutely magnificent! I don't think I've ever felt as stunning as she made me feel both during my make up trial and my wedding day make up. Majority of my family and friends complimented me, and I still look at my photos with such great joy partially becau of how much I loved my hair and make up. My make up stayed on throughout the night, and I didn't even need to do retouch, including my lipstick, something I thought would be an issue after eating. As for my hair, despite not having a trial and trusting Ms. Kristine's vision on the day of the wedding, my hair looked superb throughout the night! Not a hair out of place, something that was miraculous for my usually messy hair. Some of the people from my bridal party also needed make up. For Brazilian wax enthusiasts, for the love of God AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!…read more I keep an extremely open mind whenever going to get a wax done at salons whose primary focus isn't on waxing, for example, whether it be a hair salon, nail salon, etc. I called on a Saturday morning to see if she would be able to take me in that morning and lucky for me I was able to go in immediately. I drove myself over and entered through the back. She was just opening up (it was 10:30), and I was directed to the waxing room. THE HORROR. The room was EXTREMELY unkempt and disheveled. The paper on the bed hadn't been torn off yet, the trash was overflowing, and it was cluttered with so many other things, as if they were using it as a storage room. (Pictures taken after my wax was done). I seriously wanted to turn around and walk away, but I really needed to have it done before going to the beach! I laid down on the bed and off she went. Probably the WORST waxing experience I have ever had. She kept going over the same areas not twice, but up to FOUR times! She then handed me a waxing stick and told me to assist her by maneuvering my lady parts away while she waxed in specific areas. I was floored! Even more so when the first stick broke right on my you know what! As she finished, she literally POURED oil all over my areas, and then topped it off by cleaning the excess off with BABY WIPES. C'mon now. Really? On my freshly opened pores? I stood up to get all changed realized that there were strings of wax ALL over my legs, which ended up getting on my shorts (along with the oil), and also on my car seat! I had to put a towel there to make sure it didn't stain. I have never regretted spending $40 as much as I did then. Believe me or not, the pictures speak for themselves.
