Barbacoa was on point, Fajita taco was delicious but the potato sausage was a little disappointing because of the potato's mushy texture. Both their sauces are flavorful and have a great kick. The highlight was their barbacoa which was property seasoned, moist and nicely wrapped on a delicious corn tortilla. Looking forward to going back and trying out the rest of their options. Wow, amazing breakfast tacos. The barbacoa taco was the best ive ever had. I will leave Austin and drive out to Manor for these tacos, totally worth it. New favorite taco spot near Austin! Tacos are huge and super cheap. Melty cheese, fresh pico, perfectly cooked beef fajita and barbacoa thats stand-alone awesome. Pleasant customer service and accepts card transactions. Do yourself a favor and go get an Al Pastor taco. You won't regret it. Authentic, fresh, tasty food. It's easy to miss, so drive slow. It's a food trailer that produces some amazing food. Wow! Great taco stand! Stopped here for lunch during a weekend trip and was not disappointed. The barbacoa was excellent! Tacos are served with generous portions inside your choice of flour or corn tortillas. Vegetables are fresh and cool, pico was fantastic! The wife had a delicious chicken torta that was as big as her face, so half went in the cooler for later. Will definitely make a point to hit this joint again when we pass by! read more

Well of course living this close I had to stop, I truly wish I would have seen it sooner, but traveling that direction is not my preference coming or going from Manor. After seeing the stellar reviews, had find the truth for myself. Stopped on the way out of town to SA for some fun. Exiting the car and walking to the window, The Sweet, succulent smell of Bacon came from within...Easy to say this will be a Great Visit!..Greeted by an eager, very friendly guy and not for the life of me can remember what he looks like, I was fixated on the griddle of sizzling Bacon in the back round and greeted by the "Bacon Guy" as well. Joint looks very clean inside and out, cool little place to sit out back an chow. Ordered 2 BaCon All the way (Bacon, Potato, Egg and Cheese). Along with some of the spicy green goodness contained in 2 small containers. Tacos were Fat, Hot and Fresh!!..Top to bottom the Taco was awesome. As for the spicy green sauce, definitely had a kick (I have a higher then normal tolerance). I refer to this as a clean taste....Something that is Hot, but not hot enough to killer the flavor. Great taco stand in Manor. Short drive out of Austin. Found this gem tucked behind a sonic. Thought we should try it out. Owned by a great local family. We had the chorizo and egg breakfast tacos and the barbacoa tacos. Really good stuff. Great selection of sodas to choose from. Also, they are not stingy on giving out extra salsa. I'm a bit of a taco purist. This place does it for me. Breakfast tacos all day? Yes. Plenty of meat options. Plenty of non-meat options too. Corn & flour tortillas. Excellent customer service, fresh and fast. I got 1, egg, refried bean, & cheese taco, and 1 egg, cheese, & potato taco, and a half liter of (Mexican) cola, for $5.50. That just can't be beat. Went here last Saturday for breakfast. The tacos were fairly large and tasted very good. They have a covered area with benches behind the food truck. Service was great and the food came out in no time. You an pay with credit card. They also have plenty of parking now. I recommend this place! read more

I wanted to see what other Yelpers said before stopping by this place, but looks like I'll be their first review. It was definitely worth giving these guys a try. If you stop by you won't be disappointed. They're open until early afternoon and serve breakfast the entire time, so if you're like me and enjoy breakfast around the clock, take delight in knowing you can grab some of the best breakfast tacos from this place well into the lunch hour. Yes! And although I tend to stick to breakfast tacos, their carne guisada is one of my favorites - a must try. Their fajita and al pastor tacos are also really good, and they offer a good variety of toppings you can add. Their green and red salsas are both excellent. The green salsa is what you'd expect, but their red salsa is very unique; don't pass it up. As with every taco stand, expect a small wait from the time you order until it's ready - not really an issue, just wanted to mention they have shade and tables behind the trailer to help pass the wait. Overall this is one of the best taco stands I've tried, and I've tried a lot all over Austin. I'm hoping others in Manor welcome and support this place. I'll definitely be going back! read more

Excellent!! I'm a Manor resident, saw this new food truck moved across the street from the Bluebonnet Electric Co, and thought I try it for the first time for lunch! I'm a fan of Al Pastor tacos and I was not disappointed at all! I recommend this taco truck and try the al pastor and or anything else on the menu and ask for the red/orange sauce, good stuff! read more

It's ok. But no where close to tasting real thing (barbacoa). Too much fat within meat, not the right seasoning. Menudo was ok but I'm never going back. Good luck, good thing is that nobody here knows what the real thing tastes like. read more

In 56 years I think I have discovered the best taco I have ever had. The bacon, potato, cheese, double crispy bacon and their secret family recipe ground beef added . WOW !!!!! What a taco. Decided to stop here for lunch and it was well worth it. My wife and I had the beef, chicken, ground beef, and barbicoa tacos. The chicken was seasoned very well and went great with both the red and green sauce offered. The beef taco was great. The beef was slightly crispy which added a nice texture to the whole taco. The barbicoa taco tasted wonderful and in my opinion only needed a slight bit of salt. Our food came out quickly and hot. I missed the name of the guy at the window but he was friendly, helpful, and from just watching extremely helpful to everybody who came to the window. We arrived early and just watched the customers come walking up (always a good sign). So show up early and bring your appetite because the food, services, and prices are well worth coming here. read more

My husband and I have had to go in and out of town for months due to family medical issues. We were SO TIRED of fast food that we would have rather starved than eat another cheese burger. So I hopped on Yelp and found this place off of 290. Quick and easy, we maybe waited 5-8 mins. I got 1 beef fajita & 1 carnitas. My husband got 2 bacon/potato/cheese breakfast tacos. The tortillas are homemade and taste "just like mom used to make". The beef fajita was decent, but the carnitas was amazing! My husband's breakfast tacos were SO good. We like in Austin near many good Mexican restaurants and we have already driven the 30 minutes (each way) it takes to get here just to get tacos on a Sat morning.
