I'm going to have to go to a few more places that sell these tacos. It was really good and flavorful. Very fresh however the meat seemed slightly dry as if it's reheated. I do, however, enjoy the sauce that you dip the tacos in along with taking the fried avocado and putting it in the taco. I'm not sure if that's an actual option or you have to buy the fried avocado tacos. As for the location, very accessible along with the seating area under the lights, which I really enjoyed. The server was very friendly and wanted me to buy everything but I was only feeding one tonight.

Heard about this truck from a few coworkers and they were right. Pretty good tacos here. The pastor was my favorite. The birria was super cheesy. The consume was great and tasty. The servers were pretty quick with the order. I went around 2:30. The menu was easy to read, shoulda took a pic of that. Would go back to try the other tacos on the menu.

We've been by this truck a couple of times recently and we've enjoyed it thoroughly. We've tried their Queso Birria Taco Plate and the flavors are outstanding and their Consume is delicious. We've also tried their Birria Ramen which was tasty as was their Loaded Queso and Chips. Their Queso is made with white cheese and has a scoop of Birria in the middle.. Yum!. Depending on how busy they are they don't take too long if you walk up and order, however, you can order online for convenience. Definitely recommend paying this food truck a visit!

Then we finally pulled that curiosity trigger by checking it out! AMBIANCE/LOCATION: It's located in a gas station on Grand Ave Pkwy so there are parking spaces. We went there on Saturday evening and there was only one couple ahead of us waiting for their order. There are a few tables next to the truck if you want to dine-in. SERVICE: We asked for their menu as there is none listed on their truck. We sat in the car waiting for the food once ordered and our food was ready quickly (less than 10 minutes). FOOD: We got Quesabirria Special, Burrito Birria, and Pastor Tacos to-go. Everything was good , especially their green sauce (spicy goodness ). The only complaint would be it could have had more meat in the Quesabirria Special and the Burrito for those prices. PRICE: A bit pricey for a food truck and the portion size. We paid $35 total this meal (for 2). We normally pay just $15 more for another brick and mortar (famous) Mexican restaurant and would have plenty of food/meat leftovers for the next meal plus free chips & salsa. I kind of understood that they're a local business and don't have the capacity to do it as big restaurant would, but I am just stating the facts. VERDICT: All in all, I would recommend to check them out if you want to try a new restaurant/food truck in the area.

Made an order on DoorDash. My dasher made multiple pit stops that delayed the order by an hour which caused the food cooled down but everything was still SO GOOD. Best consommé with good chunks of meat in it. Tasted home made and was not overly oily or salty. Perfect broth. The Birria tacos were similarly perfectly flavored and not too heavy which I sometimes find with other Birria tacos. The salsas and corn tortillas they came with were fantastic. The strawberry lemonade was refreshing and not too sweet. Al pastor tacos were good as well. The prices are higher than other taco places but you can taste the higher quality.

I can back to this truck a few days ago. I was making tacos and wanted a short cut on some salsa and queso. I have tried their birria tacos with consommé in the past. No doubt that slapped.. this time I went with poblano queso. Essentially a white queso. It was phenomenal!!! The salsa was a tad spicy for what I made but it still had a nice smoky flavor. THESE ARE THE BEST TACOS IVE HERE HAD!! I always pass this food truck when I'm running and never thought to actually get food there. The ambiance there is chill and laidback. This was my first time and I decided to get the Quesabirria Special. It was insanely delicious! So good I called them to tell them just how good it was and to not change their recipe! Stop the press, Stop the press!!! Ok ok here we go. My daughter recommended and to try their Quesabirra OMG!!! The beef was seasoned just right taco shells dipped in the dipping sauce. Food was hot and flavorful. The service was very quick for a call in for pick up. Plus the food stayed hot until we got home. The environment was cool and the location perfect for a food truck. I had a horrible experience with the workers in the taco truck. It got escalated so i wanted to talk to the owner and see if maybe he could help me and to my surprise he was the most rudest and arrogant person. Police got involved because they didn't want to give our money back even if we never got any food them. read more

He said that we pointed at the regular menu drink and not the hh one! He said that the happy hour is way smaller and he gave us the big one because that's what I pointed on! But in the actual menu it doesn't say the size of the drink. It does say it in the hh menu 5oz... So I asked him how the hell could we know that?! I immediately told the cashier I didn't like the drink and would like just an Americano, double shot espresso. I was charged $9 for a 12 oz cup. No cream or sugar, no added flavorings. If I were in charge I wouldn't have charged for this second drink, since it comes at almost zero cost to them and would show good faith and ensure repeat business. Disappointingly, the Americano was also watery and sort of "lemony", but I still drank half while sitting with my friend. I'll say that my friend had some sort of an iced latte that she enjoyed. I might try a second visit and order a Turkish coffee, but I will make sure to have had a full meal before.

We ordered the quesabirria special, pastor taco, birria fries, and caramel churros. Everything was delicious! They were generous and did not skimp on the ingredients. The quesabirria tacos and birria fries were packed with meat and cheese, and the consommé was rich and flavorful. The caramel churros were light, crunchy, and provided the perfect sweet finish.
