I will give credit where credit is due; Combo C was superb! For just $90 we got an hour of back massage & 30 minutes of a foot massage (this price is rare to find in spas so we were excited yet not holding too many expectations on them.) Both of our masseuse were kind, experienced, & direct up until we paid. Im talking stretching our arms, deep tissue work, & even including hot stones & steamed rags. Like I said, I will give credit where credit is due. There were a few moments outside of the tipping situation that were unusual like towels & drapes not being placed correctly on our exposed areas & giggling/whispering which you don't usually want to hear while you're bare naked on a massage bed. However -- What I found insanely unprofessional, disrespectful, & arrogant, is the fact that both a masseuse & who I can only assume is the spa owner: laughed in my friends face over a tip, pointed at it, acknowledged & asked "what is that, thats it?" & harassed my friend into leaving a larger tip after I had already tipped a good amount for our duo massage. Another thing to note, the shop owner then picked up my receipt, showed it to my friend, comparing the two tips & making her feel terrible & not so... zen. My friend felt uneasy & a bit embarrassed for the whole scene that just took place & immediately changed the tipping amount to much more. I understand tipping culture is very diverse nowadays & everyone has their own opinion on it but I don't think it's okay for someone who says they're a professional, to not act like one . I am even more worried about the fact that the spa owner enabled the employees behavior in front of us & even joined in on it at that. If you feel your services deserve more recognition, please add that to the pricing or even add an already accounted for gratuity fee instead of harrassing customers & making them feel guilty after what was supposed to be a relaxing experience. I would recommend going yet be ready to tip over $30 unless you'd like for it to get rude & awkward!

My condition has developed into a serious inflammatory diease issue -- not arthritis -- and there are days when my body feels locked in pain. Yet every visit helps unlock that immobility so I'm not dependent on a cane all day. My loyalty to Century Massage comes from the consistent care I receive from Lyn, Gwen, and Rob. Each of them brings a different technique that eases pain I cannot manage alone. They even take the time to teach me at‑home exercises that help me get through the day. When my pain became nearly unbearable, Lyn introduced me to red‑light therapy, and it made a real difference. Their dedication, skill, and compassion are why I keep coming back. - helps me feel human again.

Unfortunately this was my second and LAST time coming here…read more I booked a Valentine's Day couples massage after calling and being quoted the Groupon rate of $112 for the session, which was a great deal! In the 24 hours leading up to our appointment, I received multiple calls confirming our time slot (7:30pm) and the type of massage we wanted. 3 hours before our appointment, I received another call asking if we could come "now", which was at 4:30pm, because someone wanted the 7:30pm slot. I should have canceled right then and there. My partner and I already had plans and wanted to keep our original time. I was told "no problem". Upon arrival, we were informed that the couples room was already booked and that we would need to receive our massages separately. Wanting to salvage our evening, we agreed. My partner was taken behind a curtain in the lobby, and I was taken into what appeared to be a security surveillance room, with multiple computer monitors displaying camera footage. There was no dim lighting or relaxing atmosphere whatsoever. During my massage, my masseuse repeatedly stopped to check her phone, watch reels/TikToks and she left the room multiple times with the door wide open while I was half-dressed. The massage was extremely rough, bending and stretching me into painful positions, and when I spoke up about it, my discomfort was laughed off. Mid-session, another woman entered to ask how I was paying, whether it was my first visit, and if I wanted cupping. The price was again confirmed at $112. After I declined cupping, she began instructing my masseuse on how to perform it anyway. When we checked out, I was told the total was about $143, which was definitely not the agreed price and certainly not reflective of the experience. After back and forth, and exchanging translations through an app, the total was changed to $120-something. At that point, not wanting to further escalate or ruin the rest of our evening, it was paid and we left. This was meant to be a relaxing Valentine's Day experience. Instead, it felt disorganized, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. I won't be returning.

This place is located in a residential home, converted their parking garage into a massage spa. There is a parking spot right at the gate of this place. Inside is roomy, clean, and relaxing. I didn't really fill out any paperwork or signed any waiver. I think the business is ran by a mom/her young daughter. It was a little weird the mom started doing the massage and then switched off to the daughter in the middle of the massage session. I asked to focus on massaging around my neck/back, but i think the message didn't get delivered to the daughter who I think has a limited English proficiency. The massage was fine although i did want to focus on my neck/shoulder which they did not. The reason why I gave a two star is because during the massage session, their neighbor came to say hi and to chat, and the daughter had to stop massaging and step out multiple times to communicate with the neighbor and left door open when I am naked inside the room.. i tried to relax but I felt very uncomfortable. It was very unprofessional that they left a customer who is naked inside the room and provides no privacy. I think my recommendation for this business is to make sure you are being professional in your industry and keep your customers as your priority, not chatting with your neighbor.
