Every time I call last minute they are ALWAYS able to get me in. My job takes a heavy load on my body so I am always tense or in pain. So my body needs the deeper massage therapy part of the work done and they always get it done. I always ask for a male massage therapist so I can really have them go in, work the knots and tension out my body. Some area hurt more than others -- it doesn't mean that they are going too hard, it's probably because our body is more tense there. They are hardworking people so be mindful. Remember that you are always free to speak -- so if it is too hard or soft. Speak up and address it kindly. I have been visiting this location probably 5-6 times a year for the past 4 years and have always had a decent experience. Today I left with a bad feeling after I believe the man massaging me took a picture with his cell phone of my bare back and upper butt area. I heard the shutter noise of his camera after he had just adjusted the blanket down and was not massaging for 20-30 seconds. His feet (sockless) also had a very strong smell. The other issue was that my massage did not start until 8-10 minutes after my appointment but ended at the 90 minute mark of my original appointment time - therefore I was shorted almost 10 minutes of massage. When I tried to explain, I was handed the phone to use google translator. I paid and tipped and was on my way...will be asking for a female next time for obvious reasons. This was the WORST experience ever! My mom and I walked in and got some massages yesterday. The lady in the front was the same lady that massaged me. She was rushing the whole way through. She was breathing heavy and she tucked the sheet in my butt, pulled on my hair with her body as she was massaging my neck, tickled my feet and KEPT massaging my feet the same way that they kept "tickling" super NOT ok. There is a little bit of a language barrier but they are very good about asking how the pressure is. Each time we have been it's been amazing. We each had the 30min body + 30 min foot massage. English isn't well understood but they have the menu on the wall so we just pointed to what we wanted. They had standard massage tables with paper face guards and fresh blankets/towels to lay on. Both our masseurs took their time and were so unbelievably thorough we were amazed. We have both had every kind of massage under the sun, and we agreed this was one of the best. So glad they are minutes away - will be coming in regularly! read more

This was the worst massage in my life, largely because the language barrier. When I arrived no one on-site spoke very much English, which usually isn't my business, but when you're in the business of touching people and you can't understand when you're hurting someone? That's a big problem. I don't think the guy who tried to massage me ever done a massage before. He grunted and pointed out the prices and where to go for the room. The one he led me to was so dark I had to use the flashlight on my phone to figure out where to stash my clothes and figure out if I were supposed to be under the towel or the only sheet between the table and the towel. He tried to give me a dry massage, which hurt because his nails were long and kept scraping at my skin at my neck and shoulders. I asked several times for him to use some sort of oil or lotion, but he was confused. He eventually understood but tried to bring it to my own hands. Which took several more attempts to get him to use the oil on his own hands. As for the massage itself, it was the opposite of relaxing. It was like he was trying to wax a car or scrub me down like a washboard. He did not do equal time or motions on each arm, but did play my arms like people in gyms do when they're flailing two heavy ropes up and down. Nearly all of this was without saying anything but "is this your first time here? Welcome." And then confusion when I told him he was hurting me. 20 min in, I couldn't take it anymore. When I called earlier that day, I spoke with a woman on the phone. After several attempts, I got him to go fetch her. She also didn't speak English but had a translation app on her phone that allowed rudimentary communication. When I told her about how bad the experience was and that he was hurting me with this bizarre dry massage. She wanted to know why I didn't ask for a non-dry massage. I didn't even have the choice. She said she would take over and "make it better," then tried to take off my panties--the only thing I was still wearing. At that point, I was done. I got up, got dressed, and paid $40 for the worst 25 min massage I've ever had. The only reason why I stuck around so long was because it seemed as if this might be a more Eastern style massage, and I'd only had Western style, so I expected it get better. But the guy was inconsistent from body part to body part, and it was just too painful. I ended up coming home and finding my skin covered in long red abrasions that hurt until the next day. I'm allergic to cedar so I wonder if there was any in the oil that was used. At this point? I've given up trying to find out. I don't know if this place is under new management but I was greatly distressed in how bad the experience was compared to the other glowing reviews. My advice? Steer clear. WOW!! Peter is absolutely amazing. I went in for a table massage and specifically wanted a male masseur. (That part was a bit challenging, but eventually he showed up!) I only wanted the $65 / 1 hr, but I think he gave me the deep tissue option! Draping was very standard (professional.) All I care about is the cleanliness and massage itself - there will be a language barrier but all you need to know is to tell them how deep, what pressure points, and the rest - just leave it to them! We gave $10-$15 per person. My boyfriend's masseuse (a man - the bf is comfortable with male masseuse) was also really good and he got his pressure points on his back. I am not sure how they stay in business, no one washes their hands (going from one customer to another), there is a man working there that coughed, hacked, and farted the whole entire time and he wasn't even my masseur (the place is tiny and you are at the mercy of sounds and smells in the environment.) I came for a body massage the first time and paid for an hour massage that was only 45 mins. I stopped going for body massages there and tried the foot massage, I was unlucky enough to get Tina the Manager, who is about as insulting and nasty as they come. I paid $30 for a foot massage and gave her a $10 tip, she looked at the tip like I handed her poop, and then tried to stare me down I guess to try and intimidate me into giving more. I got up and walked out after about the 9th time my massage person walked away from me (for several minutes on multiple occasions.) They also kept flipping the lights on and off. With our eyes covered we are both unsure how many different people worked on us but I kept being left with partially massaged body parts and the new person would start in a completely different area. This time it's started of in the main chair area but then I was moved to a room for the oil massage. At this point it's like a typically massage where you'll get undressed to your comfort level. I got a 30 min stepping/30 min regular massage. Tina was amazing. The stepping portion certainly wasn't relaxing as it was the deepest tissue massage I've ever experienced, but it accomplished what I was there to do- loosen my back, neck and shoulders. Restroom is very clean. I got the $30 foot massage with Tina. Massage area is very clean. Chairs are comfortable. Lighting is great. All very relaxing. I'd assumed that it would be a foot massage only and was pleasantly surprised that it was basically a whole body massage! Tina done an amazing job; I'd been having muscle tightness to the point it was causing pain in several areas. It was completely gone after the massage. I walked in on a Sunday afternoon unsure if there'd be availability without an appointment, but luckily there was! I was greeted immediately by three women, one then took over when I told her I was looking to just get a foot massage. The foot massage was $30 for about an hour, but was nice because it also included a full body massage. I didn't catch the lady's name, she didn't talk much as there was a language barrier, but she did stop a few times to make sure the level of pressure she was applying was to my liking which I appreciated. Overall a good experience, but I felt a little uneasy about the overall setting but that may have been my own anxiety kicking in. I couldn't seem to get comfortable as she also kept getting up and down to empty the basin where my feet were soaking, to grab towels, and other things. Been here a couple times now to get foot massages after some ankle issues. The first time I think it was the manager some it was so late and she did a great job on 30 mins. They take credit cards with a $1 fee. Foot bath is super hot for me but not unbearable. I've been back a service time to get foot and body and the other masseuse was definitely not as strong of a masseuse but still got out some cracks and tense muscles I'll be back to try some others on the coming months. One other guest in a separate room was within eat shot so I heard her talking to her dad for a minute. Wish it was a required to silence phones. Massages are all with masked masseuses but the front desk person was not . They should consider updating that though not a deal breaker as I'm masked throughout and don't have to talk to the front desk more than asking if I want a receipt. No need to call. Do not come here. I got a full body massage and the guy that did it made me feel super uncomfortable. He pulled my underwear all the way down even though it was the only thing i was wearing and continued to massage my buttocks most of the time. There were times where he leaned over the massage table and i could feel he was putting his private parts on me.
