After a month of waiting for someone to reach out to me to schedule my duct cleaning, I emailed them to invalidate the signed quote since I hadn't heard a peep from them. The response I received said that they have no records of a signed quote from me and that they called and left a voicemail. I didn't receive a call or voicemail. We have black granite floors that show practically every speck of dust and dirt, along with light-colored carpeting, so I really appreciated that level of conscientiousness and respect for our home. Bonus points from me for hygiene and cleanliness! During the second visit, they also performed a whole-house inspection and were proactive about letting us know about things we might want to keep an eye on or consider servicing in the future. I appreciated that approach because I'd much rather know about a potential issue early and possibly prevent a larger, more expensive problem down the road.
