However, the repair didn't last more than a few days before the same problem came back. When I contacted them again, it took several calls before anyone followed up. The technician eventually returned but seemed rushed and didn't fully explain what was wrong. I ended up paying more than I expected for a temporary fix. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent. I really wanted to give them a chance, but the results were disappointing. I'd rate them 2 stars for effort, but not for reliability.

My central air stopped working at 3am this morning and like everyone else I said to myself, "Oh no, not in the middle of July"! I called All Phase at 8am and they dispatched a tech to my home within 6 hours which given the workload that all HVAC contractors have this time of year was very quick service. The tech arrived early, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and dove right into the repair and within less than 2 hours the problem was diagnosed, fixed correctly and the tech himself was very polite and made sure the work area was completely clean and left no debris, an excellent piece of work. Quite honestly even if another contractor offered to do it for free I'd still rather have All Phase Heating and Cooling do the work. There work is simply excellent and they stand behind there work and their prices are reasonable given what their competitors charge. As a matter of fact when they installed my central air conditioning unit their price was about $2,000 less than the big name HVAC contractors that everyone is familiar with due to their large amount of money they spend on advertising. All Phase is by far a much better choice given how expensive HAVC work can be. Try them you won't be disappointed. That's the truth!

They said someone would call me in the morning. The next morning I got a call at 08:00AM. All Phase said a service tech would be there at 11:00. 10:45AM the truck is out side. The tech took a look, told me I needed a condenser and installed in in 15 minutes. As a bonus, he told me my coils were dirty and showed me how to clean them by cleaning them. By 11:20 my A/C was running. I could not have had a better experience and I highly recommend All Phase.

They suggested what seems like normal maintenance, cleaning and changing the filter. They also charged an additional fee for finding them on Thumbtack. After this work was done, the unit broke down just short of two months later. When I called Proteks to take a look, they did fit me in their schedule for the next day. They suggested another expensive but piecemeal repair and because I wanted a second opinion, I asked them to hold off. They charged a higher service fee ($99) although they claimed they wouldn't charge the next time. The second (and third) opinion I received suggested that the repair would not solve the problem and would only be temporary. I called Proteks for an explanation, but they never called back. I ended up going with another company that will actually do the work to correct all the issues, which Proteks never offered. As a woman dealing with these issues, I feel taken advantage of because I'm relying on experts to assess the problem and come up with a solution, not a bandaid. I would not recommend.

Went above and beyond, making sure it's done right; tied up loose wires, taped up dangling insulation and cleaned up when done. Also installed a c-wire to power my nest. He did a complete walk through of the interior of my house to assess for any roof leakage and then went right to work on the exterior roof structure. He took several pictures and explained to me that my roof was leaking in several places. He asked if I wanted it repaired right then and there to prevent further damage until I could secure a roof replacement. I agreed and he immediately went back up and repaired any areas that needed it. He explained everything he was going to do and also took pictures of the work finished. He was also very reasonably priced. I had spoken to other companies who provided appraisal services and they were expensive and none of them offered any type of temporary repairs to prevent further damage. I am very happy with the service I received and would recommend this company for this service to anyone who needs it in the future.

The second guy looked like a high school student, so I thought, ok, you cant judge a book by it's cover. However, when the first challenge arose, he had no clue as how to deal with it. I took the day off of work for an appointment to have it fixed and they never showed. I called their office 3xs asking when the serviceman would show up and they repeatedly assured me he would but couldn't commit to a time. The day passed with no call and no technician. Now the warranty has expired - how convenient for Interstate. The owner called to apologize, but I'm still sitting in the cold with a broken heater. BEWARE!!
