They also partner with Hawaii Energy, which helped me get an additional discount. That made the decision easy. From the moment Jordan provided the quote, the entire process moved fast. Lyrissa handled the scheduling and had the installation booked within a couple of weeks. In total, everything was completed in right around two weeks from quote to installation, which was impressive. (most recent situation.) - I had to hire another industry professional to take care of the leak problem that Kent Muramoto (the owner) is NOT able to fix. - We've had to get multiple outside technicians to review the problem and they all said it was an installation and maintenance issue that cause these leaks - In a final attempt to try and fix the issue, Kent Muramoto has made the problem worse and now i'm left with a BROKEN AND INOPERABLE system, AGAIN. The a/c in my living room was DIRTY from not getting it cleaned in a while and also having 2 dogs and dander getting sucked in. After the cleaning the a/c was blowing strong air again! The second service was because our units stopped blowing cold air. They found the a/c Freon was leaking so it was addressed and fixed. No issues with the a/c since!
