Our old Fujitsu split-air finally died. Our living room with fans gets over 90 until the sun goes down. Contacted Mark at The AC Guys, who has been serving our systems for awhile. Asked for a Daikin since every AC person I ran into said they rarely had to service it. Mark messaged that he can replace with a Daikin tomorrow?! Cost was reasonable and he came out and replaced our split-air in about two hours by himself! Just got 4x Fujitsu Mini Split ACs cleaned and serviced. Super caked up. End result was totally cleaned and disinfected. I saw no mold after. Also diagnosed a leaking coil on one of my units. Making sure where the leak is so dye was applied and now waiting to see which unit is the culprit. Value priced. Mark has a sheet that explains the services with the prices. Will update the review once the leak is found and problem is fixed as well. Recommend his services. 4 ACs with preventative maintenance took about ~3hrs. read more

Initially called for cleaning and service, that was quick and easy. Then called back a few weeks later to check why it wasn't working, they send some (a friend) to look at it and removes the unit and says the blower motor/fan was broken. He leaves the unit in the garage and says he will look into new parts, a couple of weeks go by and no answer or response. So ultimately we get someone else to come look at it, he can't determine what the problem is but says it may be the blower motor/fan could be the problem. Finally I get a response back from you saying you were on vacation, I don't understand why you or your friend couldn't have mentioned that. While all this is going on the person that we had come to reinstall the new unit said that the guy that removed the unit damaged the exterior unit. I call you to let you know and you said you knew that the blower motor/fan soundedlike it was gonna go soon but when I asked why you didn't mention it so it could be addressed you said "it's out of my hands". read more
