(most recent situation.) - I had to hire another industry professional to take care of the leak problem that Kent Muramoto (the owner) is NOT able to fix. - We've had to get multiple outside technicians to review the problem and they all said it was an installation and maintenance issue that cause these leaks - In a final attempt to try and fix the issue, Kent Muramoto has made the problem worse and now i'm left with a BROKEN AND INOPERABLE system, AGAIN.
