The prices are still too high, but they use a smile to make it a little better. The drinks we have ordered each time have been actually correct and taste great. The espresso drinks are spot on each time. Starbucks these days is a great little treat so having it made right is really nice. The service was excellent and so was the coffee. I've went to Starbucks in many different states and have never had an issue but this location can't keep up. I did a mobile order and attempted to go through the drive thru to pick it up but they were so slow. Once I went in to pick it up the drink they gave me was horribly made, half my cup was cold foam!!! I was frustrated and instead of complaining to them I called corporate. I've tried to give them multiple attempts but each visit is worse and worse. It's unfortunate because this location is super close and convenient but if they can't make a simple iced espresso, it's not worth it! Today I ordered a steamed apple juice through the app and I got the notification that it was ready. I pull up and there is a crowd but in my mind I'm thinking it's ready. I walk up to the counter it's not ready. There are 5 or 6 employees they all look at me and none of them acknowledge or ask if I needed something. I walked back out to get my phone to make sure that it said it was ready and then I walk back in. The guy at the drive thru looks staring at me and says so low that someone will be right with you. The other employees are just there. The girl finally comes to the counter and says what you need. I say just a refund. They are horrible. They all need training on customer service.
