I had never been to this Starbucks before. The drive thru was right by Con Huevos when I picked up lunch, so I decided to try it out. I got an iced coffee with almond milk for my sister and peach tranquility tea for myself. The workers were nice! I'm sure I'll stop by if I'm ever over here. read more

This is one of my go-to Starbucks, because it's on my way to work. The parking lot is teeny-tiny and the drive-thru almost always has a line in the morning, so a quick order on the Starbucks app saves me a great deal of hassle. This is why I typically order from this Starbucks (because I hated waiting in the drive-thru line).. In terms of ordering ahead and picking up in store, it's almost always ready when I arrive. The staff are always friendly, as are the other patrons. It's not uncommon to see people holding the door for each other. I've not used it, but there is a small outdoor patio. My only dislike is the small parking lot and difficulty finding a spot, even to just pop inside for a pickup. There is no designated area. This morning I used the handicap spot, putting my flashers on. Total in-and-out time.. including the wait to hold the door for a family was maybe 40 seconds. I spent more time trying to find a spot. 4 stars, only because of parking. (I think there is a larger lot behind, but I'm not sure if there is a rear entrance) read more

I visited Starbucks today for the first time since the renovations. It looks great inside and our drinks were quickly and accurately made. It was awesome to have this mid-afternoon pick-me-up. The service was friendly in that I was greeted upon entering and offered a drink carrier. I plan to visit this convenient location again soon. read more

There were crawling bugs and flies inside the food display. I mentioned it to the staff and they said they knew! Well, I will never revisit this place even though it is near my house. If there are bugs out front then there are more bugs in the back. read more

Geez do I love Starbucks, BUT... I just went into the store to order. I was the only person in there. Ordered. Sat down. And 10 or 15 min later...after watching numerous online orders being made and picked up and drive through orders made and delivered... I FINALLY got my drink. I was just sitting there watching all of this. An in-store order absolutely takes no precedence over any other order. I do not agree with the system at all. Priority should be given to customers ordering and standing right there inside the store. But let me say, the young lady that was making the drinks was working soooo hard. She is an awesome employee for sure. She was just going by the rules. Tall and thin young lady working at 5pm... she deserves a shout out for handling all that she does (including listening to me complain about the system). read more

For the most part, Starbucks is pretty reliable. This one is no exception. In the last 3 months I've visited this location roughly three times a week. My orders have been prepared correctly and I haven't had a problem. The drive-thru line usually moves pretty steadily, even when cars are backed up. The grounds are nicely maintained and kept clean, the outdoor tables are in like-new condition, and this location isn't the typical Starbucks shades-of-green motif but a contemporary black/white color scheme. The only time I see a slow-down is when someone orders a food (read: non-beverage) item. My suspicion is that there's only one oven/microwave/fast-cooker. Other than that it's been a pleasant experience. One thing I have noticed is that they don't use the camera on the menu board. I've seen this setup in other Starbucks locations and you can see the person you're talking to, and since they have a camera on the menu board they can see you as well (NICE TOUCH, Starbucks!). Disappointed and surprised. Today I ordered a Dipped Madeleine, along with some drinks. I went to the drive-through and received the madeleines in a bag. For my surprise, I only received one madeleine. Not one package, just one. The package contains three, so I asked why I was getting only one. The server went and brought me an opened package with the other two madeleines. Really? An opened bag? When I asked if I could get a new non-opened package, the server asked me, "Oh, so you want a new one?" Duh? I mean, why do they have an open package in the first place? And I wonder if that person is willing to accept an opened package of food when it should come sealed. I received a new non-opened one, of course. However, very disappointing service. I was thinking on rating with only one star, but at lest the drink was fine (I hope the batista didn't do anything funny with my drink too...) read more

It's not worth the amount of money they charge for a small "refreshing" drink and they fill the cup entirely with ice. Remind them to put little ice or no ice at all, or just ask for the ice on the side. read more

I was at a nearby business and got an urge for a hot cup of Latte. I used my app to find this fairly new location and placed a mobile order. By the time I pulled into the drive-in lane, my Oder was ready. Great friendly service. My Latte was fresh, hot and delicious. I really like the way their app works. read more

Tucked away near the front of the coffee shop, there is a small corner with tables, and a window shelf that is perfect for a backpack and several textbooks. Or - if the school days have been left behind - a great place to stash shopping bags and catch up on some light reading like the WSJ on a weekend. The standardized Starbucks drink recipes make it easy to enjoy a trip to the nation's favorite java joint, but nooks and crannies like the corner tables at this location make it a special treat to spend some extra time with your latte. This location is like Baby Bear's items in "Goldilocks" - just right. Not too big, not too loud, not too crowded - just right. Just be sure to share that table at the study nook with me if we're ever here at the same time . . . and a free latte to boot wouldn't be unappreciated :) read more

This new remodel of Starbucks on Brownsboro Road is so modern and fresh, I was so impressed walking in, It feels very organized and efficient. The space seems better lit, and better utilized in terms of how tables are placed and the location of merchandise. There are multiple tables and good areas to meet with a group as well. The space to order is well organized, with the menu easily visible while you are waiting in line. The staff is friendly and courteous. The only downside right now is that construction is still going on in front of this location, so there is limited parking in the front of the area. I would recommend parking in the back and walking to the entrance since it will be easier for you. This is definitely a location I would like to frequent again, and more so when the construction in front of the location is complete. read more

While I love going to local coffee shops, sometimes I have a hankering for more of a "dessert drink." This Starbucks provides consistent drink quality at a quick pace. Even when the drive thru line looks backed up, they always keep service moving quickly. The baristas are friendly and highly attentive to your order. We did have a mix up one time on a drink, but no big deal, that just happens sometimes! The parking lot is small and shared with other businesses, and entering/exiting the area can be difficult during high traffic hours. read more

Unless you'd like to waste 30 minutes of your day sitting in line for a half ass drink that isn't made properly and have rude staff greet you at the drive thru window I wouldn't waste your time, money, or energy at this Starbucks. I ordered a tall iced vanilla coffee and this is a SIMPLE drink request for any barista to make, and it still came out wrong. If your an iced coffee drinker your aware just by looking at the color of the drink if it's made correctly, I nicely explained to the man that didn't look like the standard drink order I had every single time I get it at Starbucks. There's a barista at this STARBUCKS that's one of the rudest I've ever encountered. More than once she's made snarky comments to me on my orders (which tends to be a simple venti blonde coffee). The location of the Starbucks is convenient and they are extremely quick when it comes to the order in receiving your food and or drink but more often than not do you order one size of a drink and you get to the window and it's a completely different size majority of the times it's a smaller size which is more of an inconvenience to wait in line longer! Besides the mixup on my cup size the experience at the store location is generally pleasant if waiting longer is your to pass time. read more

The drive thru person delivered 2 drinks to the car in front of me with no gloves and a mask below his nose. I called the manager to inform her how unsafe I felt they were and her response was OH. They stay busy and this morning I was pretty bummed out cause I ordered my drink(which is so so good) and requested that they use just a little extra topping cause it makes the drink. Tried this location again at 7PM last night only to be told that there was no brewed coffee available unless I wanted to pay more for a pour over. All of the employees were busy cleaning and I guess trying to get the place ready to close. No thanks. Hit the Starbucks in Barnes and Noble out at the Paddock where I was told there was no brewed coffee available but that she would be glad to make a pour over at no additional charge if I didn't mind waiting a couple of minutes. Now that's customer service and I was happy to wait a bit to get a fresh cup of coffee. Holiday Manor Starbuck's continues to be an issue with poor employee training and service. read more

I am a starbucks junkie mostly because there is one on all of the stops I frequent throughout abnormal day. The fuel that I need and love to keep me going. This location has just recently undergone an upgrade in facility which is wonderful! The parking is better than before, still not amazing but it does have a drive through which helps me mostly avoid that parking. Initially it took them a little bit to get into the hang of the rush that I knew this location would inevitably bring...but it seems that after a couple of months they have it down! This is, by far, the Starbucks with the worst customer service/attitude in the area. I go to several in the area and have three favorite drinks, none complicated. This one, without fail: makes you wait if you go inside, NEVER acknowledges that wait let alone apologizes for it, makes comments about customers between themselves and DOES NOT HIDE THAT FACT, is rude, and gets nasty if you point out an error in your drink ( such as soy not used etc). There is one employees that, if she is working, I will turn around and go elsewhere she is so awful. read more

We were so excited for the new starbuck to open since the last location was a nightmare concerning parking with no drive thru. The new one is absolutely horrible...no place to park during construction and when you finally do get inside you find one unexperienced batista making drinks and we literally waited 25 minutes for a mocha. I came here on a Sunday afternoon around 1. There were only 2 people inside, and no one in line. LOVED IT. I hate waiting in line. So the person taking the order was nice but not friendly. Starbucks app just updated and I was so confused on how to use it. The cashier was trying to help me, but she gave me this vibe that she thought I was stupid. Didn't like that at all. I got the new iced vanilla macchiato. The barista made it perfectly. It was one of the best iced lattes I've had in a while. However, again he was not that friendly. I went there with my pup, and I asked for a puppy cup. He acted annoyed when I asked for one. He was like, "how much whipped cream you want?" I dunno. Baristas might be drunk or lazy or mean. More likely all 3. My wife and i have been to this location about 10 times in 3 months, maybe 2 of those visits have been acceptable. Baristas are usually not listening to details, short tempered and rude. My wife always asks for soy and they seem to think that's an inconvenience. I've had them speak back to me with tons of sarcasm over the drive through and in person. like "is there something else I can get you" actually there isn't. And why aren't you offering to warm my pastry. Starbucks is usually my favorite, great season blends and I patiently wait for cassi cielo and winter blends, too bad I will have to find another location. read more
