Here's what happened: I have tried for 2 weeks to get in touch with their management after our room flooded with toilet, shower, and sink water in the middle of the night several times. We had to help the overnight desk person haul buckets of dirty water to our shower so that the rug in our room didn't completely flood and ruin our belongings, so at 12:30am, 4am, and 7am we were wide awake with dirty water running into our room. Due to the nasty nature of the water, our shower was filthy and we couldn't use our sink because it was full of water. We had to brush our teeth in the public bathroom and could not shower at all. The ON THE GROUND staff that day were very apologetic and nice to us-they told me when we were leaving after we gave up trying to sleep and checked out early that they'd have the manager call us to follow up. Amber not only didn't call to talk with me, but went on vacation three days later and left her fill-in Kat to deal with me. By that point, after being extremely patient waiting for days for a call, I called and was told that they would not refund any of my money but would give me a $50 gift card. That's not only insulting, but doesn't help me address the problem at all being charged for a room that was basically totally unusable for sleeping or relaxing. I called corporate and they also took several days to get back to me. I didn't mind much but compared to other hotel pools it was not the usual 80 but rather around 70. Still nice though. Sauna in locker room area that i didn't check out and an awesome beer joint across the street that will deliver if you call ahead of time. Good ass food and super affordable! Bed was clean and comfy but they need to work on their pillow game. Very soft and flat pillows and only 4 small ones. I would have liked 6 if they were this size or at least 4 nice oversized. Tv was a tit fuzzy on majority of channels but who cares, I wasn't there for to watch that. Nice robes by the tub but um, don't think about jacking them bc they are a whopping $75 a pop if you do... better off nabbing some at target for a fraction of that. Would I come again? Absolutely. Plus I think the sofa at the foot of the king bed was a pullout so you could def fit 4 ppl comfortably and split the bill. Their waterpark is only open from 11 AM to 7 PM when basically every other waterpark that I've ever been to is open at least 12 hours a day. When the waterpark is closed, there is nothing else available in this place. Food is almost impossible to come by and if you do, you will wait an incredibly long time. The waterpark is small and crowded. Almost all the restaurants are closed until five if they open at all. Our room which was over $400 a night was not what I expected in the bathroom looked like something that you would see in a prison with the drain in the middle of the floor of the bathroom no designated shower or bath area it's just a shower curtain which had molded all over the bottom of it, over a tile floor. Our garbage had someone else else's tissues in it and our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all empty. This made me wonder what we waited till 5 o'clock for because checkout is at 11 and check-in is at four. That's five hours for their staff to clean the rooms. I think that that is enough time if you were properly staffed which they are far from. It was the worst resort waterpark I've ever seen or been to. The manager, sabrina is elusive. I asked for her when Daniel was at the front desk when we were trying to figure out when our room was going to be ready and he couldn't find her and then the next morning I called down and got Sabrina on the phone, but she put me on hold for forcing me to go downstairs and then wait for her yet again. This place is so poorly managed. The only good thing I can say is that the employees were nice. And I think that that says a lot because they're constantly hearing how horrible this place is and they all know it. This was also the most expensive waterpark we've ever been to. Please save your money. This place is an absolute rip off, and you will be sadly disappointed.

The doors don't seal shut, so even with the door closed, you're going to get flies, moths, mosquitoes, etc. I was hoping the wet floor and open door meant that they had just cleaned my room, but it didn't dry overnight, so I'm guessing the water is coming from below? Or maybe it's that there's not enough ventilation to dry the floor? The tub was missing its finish, there's no way I'd stand in that. Some of the power outlets and one of the light switches worked. The bed linens were stained and had actual holes in them. The wifi worked weakly some of the time. All in all, I felt uncomfortable in the room, and I didn't feel safe leaving the room. I wish I'd thought to check Google or Yelp reviews before booking instead of just relying on the happy Expedia people. What room did all of those 10/10 people stay in?? The one star I'm giving them is partly because I requested a fridge and they brought it to me and it worked (once I plugged it into a working outlet)! It did leak all over the floor. Also because they generously allowed me to leave my suitcase in the room next to reception until I could check in to the place I was staying the next night. A big safety concern was that there was no telephone in our room or in any public areas. My cell phone did not have service in the area and there were no phones available for use.
