I went in with my husband 10/3 but it was already passed midnight soo technically 10/4 I decided to go to the bathroom and [[HIGHLIGHT]]I noticed the lady's in the bathroom in the second stall that the door was falling off towards the wall and I decided I didn't want to deal with that so I waited to use the stall closest to the door to avoid dealing with a broken door however as soon as I got out of my stall looked to my right to go wash my hands the bathroom stall door that slides fell off its hinges and busted my lip open scratched my chest up I was crying loud asf and bleeding a lot[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] with in 2 minutes the manager "Robert" came inside and gave me an ice pack and immediately picked the door up no greeting no apology all that before I could even get a photo of the door on the ground for proof i proceeded to find my husband who was outside waiting for me at the bar and tell him what happened and we asked for him and he came my husband tried talking to him and since it's so loud in there he obviously needs to talk louder and he was talking with his hands which made that guy mad and got kicked out when Robert finally spoke to me all he said was send me the bill mind you he gave no contact info no last name just his name is Robert we then called the police to have this documented since it's a civil matter there's nothing they could do however the paramedics looked at me and it's not quite deep enough for stitches and this all could've been avoided with an actual sincere apology I'm hurt and left bloody in the face and your first reaction is to kick us out right so I will not be coming back and be telling everybody I know not to come back this was ridiculous and he was rude when someone is hurt due to your faulty equipment that should become a priority it could have been worse had my mouth have been open or me shorter that could have knocked my teeth out or knocked me in my head unconscious DO NOT COME HERE A girl waiting outside the bathroom told me that he also lied and told people I ran into the door not that a literal door fell on my face

It was great, one of the most enjoyable nights I've had in a long time. Drinks were good, not too expensive. Selection is music was good, transitioning could have been better. Staff were friendly and quick to pick up. P.S. I'm still not from Jersey.

I wanted to go there for the longest especially for Happy Hour. When I got up there, I was amazed at the ocean views and pleasantly surprised it wasn't crowded during this beauuutiful late afternoon. The friendly staff was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful in my decision to keep it Summer related. Not too long afterwards, my order came out. Looove the quick service! Both female bartenders were slaying it as soon as the line grew. It was niiice to see the world cup on the t.v. screen. I enjoyed watching it while I ate my yummy food and watched the magical sunset. This was my second time here, and I love everything about this place. First of all, kudos to the bartender--I forgot her name, but she was incredibly generous and kind. She accidentally forgot my drink and kept apologizing, but I told her it was totally fine since we had a large party. To make up for it, she gave me two shots instead of one and even added a big discount. The ambiance of this place is unique and very artsy. If you're looking for a cool, one-of-a-kind spot to hang out, this is it. There's so much attention to detail throughout--even the restroom door is thoughtfully designed with a modern, creative touch. My friend ordered a variety of cocktails, and everyone enjoyed them. The food was great as well. I ordered the hummus plate, and it was the best I've ever had--so fresh and served in a generous portion. My friends tried the pizza and a few other items from the menu, and everything got a thumbs up. If you're in the area looking for a cool place to hang out or planning a party, this is the spot. I'll definitely be back again soon.

First off, they have a "wait to be seated" sign at their entrance, but it took a while to get anyone to seat us. When we were inside, we noticed there was another entrance and people were just walking in, so "waiting to be seated" was just an option? We ordered a beer and seltzer and it took easily 10-15 minutes to get our drinks. Drinks that were in cans by the way. Music was good, DJs were good, but the whole vibe of the place is kinda everywhere. This lighting in this place needs to be more dimmed. DJs are spinning right in the middle of the room, and there's a clothes rack just chilling against the wall. The baristas are way in the back, and you can't really tell who works there. It took equally as long to get the check as it did to get my drinks. We only had 1 round of drinks. I dunno, waiting for canned drinks just threw me off. I can't imagine how much longer it would have taken to get a mixed cocktail. I only saw one guy mixing drinks and a bunch of women just hanging around. I'm assuming workers that look like they don't work there.

As soon as we came in for the reservation we were seated immediately and got to sit next a fire pit with a great view of Oceanside pier. The server was such a good guy too. We also got the fish and chips to snack on. The fish was so crispy and yet so soft and adding the lemon and tartar sauce made it even better. The fries were also very crispy, which I loved. I simply wanted to ask what he was serving and clarify the seating/pool arrangement, including any differences for hotel guests versus outside visitors. Instead of answering or letting me finish a single sentence, Eric repeatedly talked over me, curtly stating it was "sold out" with no explanation. When I tried to understand what exactly was sold out (the hotel, the pool, the rooftop bar, or seating), he continued interrupting and directing me to the hostess stand. He even scolded me that he had already repeated himself four times, while adding that I wasn't asking the question that mattered although he never let me finish a sentence. The entire interaction felt dismissive and almost hostile and condescending (insinuating I can't understand because of my ethnicity and that he was actively trying to make me leave rather than provide basic service or information) It was especially disappointing on a holiday when hospitality standards should be at their best. No amount of busyness excuses such rude, impatient, and condescending behavior toward a guest who was simply trying to ask a reasonable question. The hostesses were extremely nice and explained to me the difference between cabana, restaurant, and the pool seating for hotel guests vs non guests. Shame that staying at the hotel, we haven't been able to utilize any of the amenities
