I had The Amazing Cupcake for wedding cake and cupcakes after finding Valerie at a wedding show. The cupcakes were fun and tasted delicious however the customer service was not worth the deliciousness of the cupcakes. We first were fooled by price when she left the delivery space blank then charged us more money right when we were set for final payment. We ended up having to pick up our own cupcakes the day of the wedding and drive them ourselves to the reception. When we picked up the cake and cupcakes, we did not receive any boxes or wrapping for transport, just a cake on cardboard set in our car...YIKES. She did not answer timely on emails and was not a pleasure to work with. Very disappointed in the service. read more

The first two were sweet surprises for me, delivered by a hotel manager! Today, Saturday, February 21, 2026, I stopped by this location to purchase the new Banana Pudding Single serving size bundt cake. I have a mobility challenge (4 extra metal legs, being use of an assistive device). The young lady behind the counter just stared at me, unwilling to assist me with opening the door; she did NOT greet me; she did NOT ask if she could help me with anything; she did NOT even crack a smile. Another lady came from the back & assisted me with my purchase; she assisted me with leaving, opening the door & walking with me, carrying my purchase/bag. Upon expressing my displeasure with the young lady at the counter. This employee mentioned that there have been MANY COMPLAINTS about this young lady's behavior & this young lady is THE STORE MANGER OF THIS NOTHING BUNDT CAKES LOCATION! I am an executive healthcare leader. If it were up to me this young lady would be immediately removed from her position! Customer Service is a number one priority in any business (healthcare, hospitality, food venues). Thank you for reading this review.

This review is regarding the person who ran their booth at art fest in Green Bay this past weekend. The woman they left in charge was completely unfriendly, never smiled, never said hello, no positive vibes or any heartfelt courtesies. We stopped by on both days to get cupcakes. She was rather crude and unfriendly. My question to the owner is, why would you put someone like this in charge of representing your sensational bakery? As mentioned, we stopped back twice on both days for goodies because we love the products not because this person offered any type of customer service. Sorry I did not catch her name and she did not have a name tag on. She was in her late 50s or early 60s, blondish / strawberry blonde hair. this person does not belong at the front lines. As for the bakery in Green Bay, I think I've just had their delicious birthday macaroons and shared one of their amazing cakes. Hanging around Monzu is bad for your waistline, but fantastic for your taste buds.

All I'm gonna say is "Woah!" and I'll be driving straight there on Monday with our venison. Neither meat was overly seasoned but just perfect in flavor and added fat. I only have pictures of the bacon as I was cooking breakfast this morning. I made a fried bologna on toasted sourdough bread for lunch. Ate it too quickly to take a picture of that.

The market is very clean and the customer service was out of this world. The service was so great, that really that is what made me want to put in a review. You may pay a few pennies more for some of their products but it is SO worth it. Getting to Maplewood off of Hwy 29 can be a challenge. Just follow the signage. This market is about 5-miles west of Green Bay, but well worth the trip whether you are a first-time local or making a Packer Pilgrimage.

We've found ourselves in this particular moment, him 5 years sober, me 26 and often confusing experiences of pain and pleasures on the thin ice of addiction. Today we are in wisconsin, visiting family, having coffee to stay at a cafe my grandma recommended we go to. She has my tiny brother, so it's just my dad and I, how things were for 16 years. We work as a team to find free parking. We love doing team things to save a dollar, a minute, or find a loophole. We decide on our coffees, and when the barista asks if we'll have them to stay my dad says yes, which brings a smile to my mind. He suggests we share this berry oat bar thing. One thing I find so charming about his sobriety is his need for sweets. It's somewhere in trainspotting 2 that mark tells spud "you'll always be an addict. You just have to find something else to get addicted to." I think of this when i see him with a big fat bowl of ice cream after dinner and a new exciting hobby every other month. I think of this when I consider what my life might be like if I decide to admit some things to myself sooner than later. But right now it's me and my father, having coffee to stay in cute mugs, no rushing, no changing things, just farting around in a midwest summer.
