He walked in on the first day of camp for 3 kids so my house was pure chaos (sorry Jason!), but he got right to work and fixed the washer after identifying the issue was a string caught from one of my 15. year olds bikinis. I don't know what more I could ask for in a service situation…read more I submitted a Yelp request for service on my Maytag dryer that wasn't heating up so 6 service professionals respond, but SMA was able to do same day service and work with my schedule. The technician arrived on time, looked at my issue and repaired the dryer with parts he had with him. The price was comparable to other service quotes , without an upcharge for same day service. Does it get any better than this? I will be using SMA for any future service needs.
