Yes, I am being sarcastic. Christy at Manweiler Appliance worked with me, she knows the appliances they have in stock, what the appliance bells and whistles are and, sure, I could have brought my new washing machine home today, although I prefer to have their guys haul it up my deck steps, into my home and complete the hook up process. I live in an apartment in Wellington. The owner corporation has had Manweiler out THREE times…read morebecause my washing machine won't spin. I live alone & do laundry about every 10 days. The 2 repairmen who have been sent out the last 2 times have been incredibly insulting. They run the washer on drain/spin (empty of course), tell me it's working - and that's it. No checking the belt or the filter - nothing. I pay rent to use these machines in my apartment - but have had to go to the laundromat FOUR times because although the machine tub drains, it does NOT spin with clothes in it. Period. I have been given these excuses: Your loads are too small; Your loads are too large; You're using too much detergent The bubbles mess with the sensor (there are no bubbles) The load was out of balance (it wasn't) Water makes whatever is in the machine heavier (no kidding). NO MORE. Mine is the 2nd washing machine in the last few weeks that these repairman have failed to adequately inspect or repair. Both my neighbor and I have had to purchase our own washer/dryer set and make our apartment manager remove the sets from our unit (we can't rent only the dryer, so we've had to purchase an entire set). The last repairman told me that clothes have enough detergent in them when the clothing is dry that the clothing could be washed without detergent - and that I can smell the detergent in my own clothes. When I told him I could not, in fact, smell the detergent on my clothes he replied, "Then you aren't washing your clothes" . I had to hear about his training and his 10 years of doing this job...but he was either too dumb or lazy to inspect the washer beyond running it empty for 5 minutes. I'm done. I'll be telling new tenants about the inability of Manweiler repairmen to do their job. And about having to be insulted when the come out and do ...nothing.

Looking for master bathroom lights and mirrors. Walking into the store we were greeted and directed to the lights we were interested in. Spent 15 minutes looking. No one came to see if we needed help. Three employees, no customers except us and they couldn't be bothered. All staring at computer screens. It's really awkward and I'd rather just leave. I would not have posted, but this happened when I bought out door lights! I had to wait at the counter until someone finally offered to help. We were literally ignored. I spent over $2,500 (not much, but enough that you would think they'd show some interest). Loved the quality and why we came back. My guess is they work on large remodels or new construction and spend most of their time and effort working on large quotes. On the way out the door a women lifted her head up and asked if we had a question ...too little too late Go somewhere else

UPDATE: We had Jack come back and replace the cabinets and counters in the master and guest bath…read more There was also enough granite to replace the counter in the laundry room. Once again, the job was perfect and came out great. Jack, as usual, made sure we were happy with every last detail before he left. He reconnected all of our plumbing even had to deal with a very unusual plumbing detail when installing the cabinets. The original cabinets seem to have been installed BEFORE the plumbing or has some odd assembly scheme that made it a very unique challenge to install the new ones with the way the supply lines and drain pipes were. This was not an issue for Jack and he quickly solved the problem and the cutouts he made are spot on. Very happy and would HIGHLY recommend Colorado Cabinets and Counters (Encompass) to anyone. We had Jack Ames with Colorado Cabinets and Counters (Encompass Real Estate Solutions) reface our kitchen cabinets, replace the countertops, add a tile backsplash, redo the island in the kitchen, and reface the cabinets in one of our bathrooms recently. EVERY aspect of his work was exceptional. Besides being a truly impressive craftsman, Jack is an equally great individual who gets the job done to the highest standards and will do all he can to make sure you are satisfied with the final product. He drove about 1 1/2 hours (in good traffic) to our home multiple times prior to beginning any work. He was able to provide us with samples, colors, and ideas to make our kitchen much more appealing. He had great ideas we didn't even consider such as cabinet doors that fully cover the middle support frame rather than the style we had that did not. Although this sounds like a minor detail, it made a HUGE difference. He was also able to redesign our very odd bi-level kitchen island into a larger, more common sense design that incorporated a microwave area in it and reface the entire side profile area with material that was the same as the main cabinets to tie it all together. The attention to detail was so precise that even the trim on the bottom of the cabinets was cut PERFECTLY to adhere to the shape of the tile and grout that it adjoined. It was amazing to see this quality of work in our home given the previous "builder grade" effort that was originally there. He transformed our kitchen into something we love to show to people rather than something we hated looking at. I could go on much, much longer with details of the great work Jack Ames did for us but it would just be repetitive. He is one of the best craftsman I've had the pleasure to meet and a really honest, hard working individual who was one interest in mind....the customer! You really will be hard pressed to find a more honest and skilled individual for your cabinet and counter needs. You'll be VERY happy with the work Colorado Cabinets and Counters will do for you.
