I've been coming here for a few years now even before they closed and reopened after a while. It is definitely one of my favorite lounges that offer food. The quality of the hookah and food are excellent. My issue here which recently has really began to bother me is the speed of service. First, a hookah usually take 10-15 minutes to Comeout, then the food usually takes anywhere from 30 minutes to almost an hour. Also, they never refill your drink especially for water without asking for it and when you do it'll definitely take a while. UPDATE: The service has improved drastically and the wait times for food and hookah have also gone done, it's back to being the best! read more

As the owner of the first hookah catering service in LA, I seldom go to hookah lounges, since I can pretty much just make my own whenever I want, and more often than not get disappointed by the underwhelming experiences i have at lackluster lounges. That being said, there are very few lounges I go to because I know they won't disappoint. The Atmosphere is one of those lounges. The owner Arbi treats everyone like family, and his staff follows his lead. The hookahs are great and from the first puff to your last will retain their flavor and clouds. The staff keep la the coals coming, and the bowls easily go 3hours+. One area where a lot of lounges are lacking is having quality food options. The Atmosphere nails it in this department. One could easily argue that the food is just as good as the hookah if not better. Foods great. I always get the fattoush salad. They have a nice variety of food and their hookah is great. Gets kind of busy after 6pm so expect to wait outside...for a while. It actually gets very annoying but if you can get there earlier, you'll be fine. There are a lot of TV's so you can always catch a game or fight here but don't expect to sit near a tv unless you're very early. They have this weird big tent that has some tables under it. Kind of awkward but I guess it works. When it's a hot day, it feels like an actual sauna in there. There are cool places around town but even tho I'm not from the area, this is one of the few hookah spots I'd like to try. read more

Went to the atmosphere tonight. It wasn't such a great experience, staff seemed to be doing the best they can. But unfortunately the customer service wasn't there. Coal change came out nearly right when my coals would be almost gone. Ordered a refill multiple times just to wait over 30 min to recieve it. No propane for the outdoor heaters on a cold night. Seems staff was more involved with socializing then service at times. There is literally little to no parking to this place. There was no music the entire time we were there. I mean if its called atmosphere you would think there would be some sort of atmosphere. The food was good even though some had a little too much seasoning on it to my liking. Overall I feel if they pick up their service, add music, and make sure there is propane for the upcoming winter months they can offer a great experience. read more

I love this little hidden hookah lounge. The food and hookah are great! You should definitely try joey's mix and/ or cane mint, foreplay and now with melon! Those are my two favorite mixes! I really love the hookah and the vibe here, but the problem is that there is ALWAYS a line! They do not take reservations in advance and you have no choice but to wait in line to enjoy the best hookah in the area. Definitely worth it though! :) highly recommend! Came in here on a rainy Saturday afternoon, and we really enjoyed ourselves. Parking is street parking as far as I know, and it was not too busy or empty around the time we walked in. Both an outside patio area and an inside seating area, accommodating to both "atmospheres". The owner Arbi, is super friendly and welcoming, and so are his staff! The vibes are just right in this place. Hookah: Amazing! We ordered a Fumari bowl of Tangelo, Ambrosia, and Mint. As soon as I grabbed the hose to smoke from it, it was hitting clouds! And the flavor never even started to burn or needed to be blown out or repacked. We were smoking it for about 2 to 3 hours, over 3 rounds of coals, and it tasted like the hookah had just arrived at our table. Food: We ordered the Sampler plate, being that we became very indecisive. Super good! All of the fryer stuff were well cooked to a crisp, and the hot wings were delicious! I am definitely looking forward to trying out their salads and sandwiches. Ambiance: The atmosphere is definitely the place to be! Daytime or Nighttime! My new favorite spot. read more

well we gave this place another try and this time, after the remodel, it was packed and poppin! unfortunately, the service is still severely lacking our hookahs were packed well, the flavors were great, and when we had an issue (i guess the pipe was clogged or something happened) one of the servers helped us and fixed it right away everything else was not so good . . . we ordered fries upon first sitting which was about 10:15pm and dint get them until after 11:00 pm...also while asking 3-4 times if we can get fries...then when they did arrive, there was no ranch or ketchup and another half hour until we were given a side of ranch i didn't order anything to drink at first but around 11:00pm I also ordered tea when we asked for the side of ranch..11:15 still no tea so i asked another waiter who said he would tell the waiters because he was only the hookah guy . . . 11:45 still no tea . . . we left at 1:00am with still no tea not sure how hard it is to forget one order of tea especially after asking 3-4 waiters but i guess it was too much to ask for seems we should give this place another try? i really love the atmosphere, outdoor seating, and the hookahs are great but my god the service is terrible read more

The service here is by far the best I've had. I love their incredibly fast service by an extremely friendly and chatty staff. The staff is very attentive and always refills our teas. I've been going here since they opened about 2-3 months ago and have been going back every week. Trust me when I say there is a lot of reasons why I've been going back. The hookah is the best I've ever had. Always packed correct and never burns. The coals are always replaced in a timely manner! The food! Wow!!! Simple finger foods, salads, and burgers. This place is great to come to chill and smoke some hookah. We came here after dinner with some friends to smoke hookah and play some card games. The staff are very friendly. We were cold at where we were seated and they were quick to move us closer to heaters. We ordered their fruit platter and tiramisu which was amazing. Their tiramisu is homemade and it's a must try!
