I am from out of town traveling through the area in my RV when my truck would not start. Ron took my call and was able to look at my vehicle same day. I finally had it towed to this location by 3 pm. I needed my truck as soon as possible and Ron knew I had to get back on the road but being the gentleman he is, he told me the truth. No promises but he would do the best he could. He called me about 20 minutes later and said my starter needed to be replaced. It's now about 330pm and he said he needed to order the part and he would try to have my trucked fixed today. Less than an hour later he called me back and said it was ready for pickup. I was delighted. But here is the deal. Ron was gracious and a gentleman. The store was clean and neat and the service he provided was outstanding. If I had a son I would want him to be exactly like Ron. A true professional. Recently had major automotive issues. (2014 Chrysler Town and Country)I heard passable reviews about this place. I had the vehicle towed to them only to find out the repairs would be more than the vehicle is worth, Plus the shop wants 50% down to repair the vehicle. (I don't know about you, but I don't have a spare $4000 lying around to put down on a vehicle that is out of commission.) Also, to add insult to injury, they are charging me $99.98 for just having looked at it. I guess they like to kick a guy when they are down. read more

Took my 14yr old car into The Auto Clinic for an inspection to see why my engine lights were all on and was later told that the repairs would be over $2200 and was advised to just start looking at other options. So I passed on the repairs and when I went to pick up my vehicle, they told me they didn't charge me for the inspection. I have never written a review, but wanted to encourage people to give them a try. My husband passed away and I always feel like it is easy to take advantage of a woman alone. very unprofessional! we took 3 of our vehicles to them recently they had 2 of them for a month. we were charged for work not completed, we ended up with issues that we never had until they attempted to make repairs. they did body damage to one vehicle, they sent my wife out in a vehicle that they failed to latch the hood down on. the front office blammed the mechanics the mechanic blamed the front office saying they did not relay proper info to make the repairs . they ended up saying thier solutionwas that they would no longer work on our vehicles and would not pay for the damage done to our vehicle by thier mechanic. so now we have 3 vehicles that we paid for infull that the repairs are either not completed or not done correctly. stay away from this scam businesses read more

I have been taking my car to Gene and his staff ever since my car came out of factory warranty. My car is nine years old and has over 150,000 miles on it. I drive a Chevy Prism. I just had my State Inspection done today and it my car was ready 40 minutes before the requested and promised time, and had to have have a front brake job to pass inspection. This shop is truly customer centered. They also have awesome perks for repeat customers. The waiting area at The Auto Clinic is the cleanest and quietest waiting area of any shop I have ever taken my car and the staff are professional and keep you updated at every stage in the repair process. Do not take your car here. My Landrover was almost destroyed because of a oil leak caused by the shop. They refused to reimburse me after I had to take it to the manufacture as oil was leaking all over my driveway. I had videos showing how bad the oil leak had become. I've had work done at The Auto Clinic since 2004. I've always been satisfied with the work and the customer service. I've had radiators replaced, brake work done, oil changes, plugs. Always repaired correctly the first time with price quotes before the work is done. Great communication and never a long wait. They have a drop box service if you want leave your car. Used this firm to inspect a vehicle prior to purchase. I was from out of state and need an unbiased opinion. They said over the phone that excepting the tires the vehicle was near perfect. When I received the truck I found $3000 dollars of body work it needed. The interior had over $700 of damage. I asked for a written report and after a week they sent it to me. It was obvious that they had just filled it out as it had no useful information on it. Buyer beware. read more

I took my car in for the first time today. I told them it has a power steering leak and the check engine light is on. It cost me $89.94 for them to give it a "yep" on the power steering leak and another $49.00 for a "yep" on the check engine light. They charged me labor in addition to this cost plus a $30 environmental fee. That's $170 and they haven't fixed a damn thing yet. I also got the oil needs to be changed, 1000 miles past due. No, I change the oil every 5000 miles. Then he started in on the anti freeze needing to be changed, no, it's fine. Might as well go to the dealer if you are going to pay dealer prices. I paid just shy of $900 for repairs I probably could have gotten done for $300 less, this place is a ripoff. read more

Shady Business. Mechanic called and said it would be an additional 2 hours in labor to replace an additional piece to my a/c system. Drove by the shop 3 times during that time frame to see the car just sitting in their parking lot. No way that 'additional work' was completed. I had used this shop for years, but this time I want to give them bad a bad review. Their staff like Mike, Jaya are very helpful and nice, but the owner is not. My car, 2002 I35 infinite, need service. Yes it is old but in very good condition. It immediately started leaking oil after the $1205.89 service. This is the first time oil leak since I own it because I park it in my garage all the time. Mike tried to help, and give me some discount. After spent $596.37 for repairing the leak problem, I was told problem solved. But it leaked exactly the same area and same spot. Had to come back to shop again. They kept saying my car was too old, and they did nothing on it. They identified it was power steel hose leaking, however I told them the power steel hose was replaced three years ago. Then they added some liquid to help identify the leak spot, asked me come back in a week. Came back and then found the right leak spot which had nothing to do with my power steel. Yes, I was very frustrate after 5 time visits, I had some talks with Mike then the owner came in and told me they did nothing wrong. He said that I was wasting their time just because I was talking to them on leak issue. Come on, spent $3000 and took me 6 visits total, tried to waste your time here? I have my own busy job too. I don't believe it is right way to treat customer. This is will be my last visit to this shop. I don't want to mislead anybody, just told the truth and my experience there. read more

Wouldn't recommend these crooks to anyone! Took my car in to have an alignment for $79. After waiting forever in the lobby area. One of the service reps returns and tells me they couldn't align my car and I need over $400 in work done on a 3 years old car. They charged me half the price for an alignment which I didn't receive! Needless to say I got a second opinion and found I didn't need the parts or work recommended. Maybe they saw I was in the military and wanted to pull a fast one. I ended up taking my car to Douglas Tires which they aligned my car with no problem and gave me a military discount!!! read more
