They park their safelite van right on the corner of Grant and 28 in such a way that its nearly impossible to see past when trying to make a right turn onto Grant (to head south) from 28. Several times I've been at the red light trying to turn right and nearly got into an accident because their van blocks the view of traffic that is heading south on Grant. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process. Also, they put a sticker over your window buttons because you cannot roll them down for 3-5 days after the install--no drive throughs allowed, haha!
