Sold my daughter a salvaged vehicle. Ok that's fine. Said it just needed ac recharged. Nope needed a whole new compressor and what not. Also failed to let us know that they didn't fully fix vehicle up to California's viss (vehicle inspection,/ brake and lamp inspection). Paid 2500 just to junk the dam thing. Bought a 2013 F750 Box Truck from Mac and it had a bad fan clutch, it overheated when I drove it home from the Auto Mall, thought it overheated because it was 117 degrees over the grapevine but that was not the problem. Cost me $1867 to get it fixed. I've had no response from Mac. read more

I got a Honda Civic Hybrid back in October and now I am having trouble with it. I hate this car, it wasn't even the one I wanted. I wanted the Honda Insight, and I still don't understand why I couldn't get that one, the price was about the same, and I'm sure the payments would have been the same. I was putting down $2,000 which the guy that owns the place Kris I noticed request of all the cars on the lot. If they were taking a chance, then they might have taken a chance on whatever I wanted. I think they take your money expecting you not to pay, and then take your car so they can get money out of another sucker. $2,000 from me plus whatever payments I've made, then $2,000 from someone else etc. you can make a good amount of money off that scam right? Especially when someone needs a car for their job, and when the car's not working you can't work. I have had the car for a short period of time, under 6 months I am already having trouble with the battery and a leak in the oil tube, the MPG are terrible. Looking back I see that they knew something was up because after all the papers were signed Kris said that there was anything wrong with the battery, or transmission that was on me. I had never had a car before, never been through anything like that so I wasn't wise to anything, I had to do everything without help. I want a new car, this place is going to end up with a Honda Civic Hybrid reassembled in the office. I feel they took advantage of me, and they are selling people lemons knowingly. I will be filing a complaint with the state, and the Attorney General's office. I had to come back for a "DMV verification" three times, everytime I'm over there the young guys that work there look at me and then look at each other like they know something is up, and that I got screwed. I hate this car so so much. I was polite, understanding and foolish in the beginning but not anymore I'm beyond pissed. On a side note: While signing the paperwork I noticed that Kris has a bit of a temper, and didn't like how I signed my (now former) name. He snapped at me a couple of times, he said it looked different every time I signed, well duh no person's signature is going to look the same every single time. read more

Buyers Beware! In July of 2018 my mom "bought" a car here. It has been less than 2 months and the Nissan Pathfinder has broken down not once BUT TWICE. The first time she had to have it towed there and they "fixed it". Per the sales rep Chris they even drove it for days to make sure it was fine...adding more miles to the vehicle before the 30 days to return it was up. The first tow cost her $125. It broke again for the same reason (overheating) and the 2nd tow cost her $130. My mom has repeatedly stated she CAN NOT take time off of work and they have been calling and asking for her to come in. She finally got a day where she was allowed to take off ONLY to handle this situation and it was very clear from the beginning that Chris DID NOT want me there or want me to talk. He kept interrupting me and cutting me off while trying to talk to my mom. Chris repeatedly attempted to get her to come back another day. We kept telling him she can't take time off we are here now and wanting to resolve the issue. Once we were there Chris said my mom had a warranty and she could have taken the car anywhere. When my mom told him that he said she HAD to take the car there, Chris replied no we did not say that. She had asked about the warranty prior to taking it there and now it was lies. Chris said he wasn't calling my mom a liar and he wasn't lying either..but they both had different stories. My mom told them she did not want the car anymore that it had problems. Also, they kept asking her to come in and pay another $1000 on top of the $1,500 she paid them and sign paperwork. My mom was given the car BEFORE getting a bank loan, when she went to do the loan stuff it was never approved because it had been over 30 days at this point. They kept calling for her to go another Bank and return the paperwork and get the new one. My mom did not understand why she had to go to another bank if she already did that and why does she have to sign more paperwork if it was "done". They already had her sign a 2nd contract but REFUSED to give her a copy until the OLD one was brought in. Once again she was expected to take another day off to go to a different bank. Chris kept asking for a "chance to fix it" when they already had a chance to fix it the first time and did not do it right. My mom drives approx. 15 min to work, this car was not used on long trips or far locations. For 40 min's my mom and Chris went round and round and also with Hilda calling the owner and they wanted to give her a loaner, she no longer trusted them and said no, she is done and was here to drop off the car and get her money back. During these 40 min's I was constantly told to act like family by Chris and how he wanted to make things right followed by cutting me off and interrupting me when trying to advocate what my mom wanted. I was trying to help him clearly understand what she was trying to say. My boyfriend even told him it was best that ways were parted, they now had the vehicle and just needed to give my mom her money back. It was obvious Chris did not have the power to make that decision, even though he previously led another family and my mom to believe he owed the place. I had asked for the person who could make the decisions to be called to get there. All 3 of us also asked for the invoice of work that was done the last time at least 6 times and we were NEVER give the invoice even though we were there for 1 hour attempting to resolve this. Their excuse was the Service Dept had it and they had to request it. After 45 min's I said this was enough and I refused to let Chris continue to attempt to shut me up and told him I tried to let them handle this and now it was my turn for him to stop talking and listen. I explained to him what my mom wanted and it was not a "fixed car" but she was done. She did not want a loaner and that she didn't even have a bank loan. I said the only thing he needed to do was talk to the owner and call her on whether or not they are going to give her the $1500 PLUS 2 towings she had to pay to get the car there. He said he understood and it has been over 32 hours since we have left that place and my mom has NOT received any calls from them. At this point we are waiting to see if they are going to give her the money back or screw her out of $1,755. In my opinion, we sat there for 1 hour attempting to make this right and have even waited over 32 hours for some type of response. Since the contracts were not signed after she was approved for the loan...No loan exits. I have already gone in person and reported them to the bank my mom was approved for but doesn't have. I will also report them to the BBB, CUDL loan program they use to get customers, Self Help and the Noble Bank they wanted my mom to go in and get a loan from. **If this company has screwed over anyone else please REPORT THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU** They kept saying while we were there that they have a good rating with them. read more

I recently bought a 2001 gmc Sierra 1500 from them. I did my research and checked NADA the truck was just over what NADA said. The only issue I had was it took a week before I was able to take delivery, I would expect everything to be ready before it's put out for sale. Other then that they did a great job, my credit was what would be considered sub-basement and they where still able to get me financing and not in-house a finance company. read more
