By far my favorite stay I've had anywhere! The pictures don't do these suites justice. We stayed in…read moreSuite D and was beyond satisfied with the mere appearance of the place. Walking in you automatically feel like it's a home away from home. There's plenty of space and well furnished and the simple decorations give it that homey feeling. We lacked nothing while we stayed here. Amanda, the staff member that helped us with our stay, was amazingly hospitable and more than willing to accommodate any of our needs. It's also very well maintained. Their cleanliness standards are superb; we were extremely happy with that. If you have an opportunity to stay here, it would be a mistake if you passed it up. It's a beautiful little cabin with a great staff; not much more I could ask for.

But we ended up buying and that's when we met Jamie. He mentioned this to us and we're glad we stayed at this place. PCS-ing in the middle of pandemic made our move tremendously difficult. Staying here was the best decision we made. It was blissful. Jamie, Butch, Amanda, and their cleaning crew were wonderful people. The place has parking space for staying guest, and it's gated. I didn't have to worry when my little one was outside playing. With its location being a minute from Skibo getting around was a breeze. It's a strip that has a lot of restaurant and main stores. Target is less than 5 minutes except on a busy times. Kudos with their clean team as they are so flexible with reasonable time call or texting ahead of time. The unit we are in has small kitchen; freestanding electric range, large fridge and dishwasher. It also has basic kitchen materials, like couple pans, baking sheets, glasses and utensils. Perfect for small family transitioning like us. The laundromat which is in Cliffdale is just 5 minutes away. It's a home away from home. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for longer stay. For me, it's being able to be comfortable and cook fresh food everyday is the best feeling I can't trade of. Nope- I'm not paid to write this. I'm helping you to have an option for your next trip here in North Carolina.

When I arrived at the hotel after 11+ hours of driving, the front desk person said that they were not accepting any registrations for short term stays, only long term. I told him I had a reservation and he acknowledged that I did, but they would not honor it. He said it was the fault of the website which booked it, not the hotels. Upon my insistence he called his manager who didn't speak with me, but said no, they would not honor my reservation. He offered to find me another room. He made one phone call, and came back to tell me that the the other hotel had rooms - at a price increase of 50% of what my reservation for. Basically, this place has no business ethics. They took the reservation. Said it was my fault and the fault of the website that made the reservation. Said they had no responsibility after receiving the reservation to contact me to tell me that they would not honor it. And then only after I raised a stink offered to help find me another hotel, and did a crappy job of that (we stayed at another hotel we found ourselves), The front desk person disappeared during this as myself and my girlfriend attempted to get answers and another two people tried to get help also. The front desk kid doesn't have the power to do anything, and the manager appears not to give a damn. I will never stay at one of their hotels again, and I advise you not to.

Very dirty, noisy, uncomfortable, insecure, many "questionable" clientele & staff. If you want internet access, your room's to be sufficently cleaned, such as linens replaced/cleaned, pots & utensils for the small kitchenette-ALL of this You PAY EXTRA FOR! If you want more toilet paper or other supplies you must buy Yourself. You take out your own garbage, you police your own stuff, vehicle, your-self. The staff's always changing, which is another indication of people Not staying around there for very long because no one would want to Even if Paid!! Staff VERY unwelcoming, bad attitudes, & they'll come into your room whenever choose to. DO NOT leave room for long NOR valued belongings there!! Moreover They Do/Will NOT Accommodate Anykind of DISABILITY//TIES (which is actually Unlawful)!!! If you try to make the room comfortable such as put something up on UN-curtained windows to block out lights or "Do NOt Disturb" sign, which is normal for all motels & benefits both 'guests' & staff, it'll be Removed & You'll be told off ! Even if you try to explain your needs you canNOT do anything to make your stay better/more acceptable, tho such has no adverse impact on anyone!-YET staff makes an issue out of Everything!! BE PREPARED to be awoken at all hours from noise on all sides/above/& outside for the walls are paper-thin & U HEAR EVERYTHING/ONE! The "bed" consists of a thin "mattress" on slab of particle-board, hot water runs out often, the "carpet" is thin Filthy material on concrete!, furniture is cheap, falling apart, tv 's bad with few channels that are often going out, internet is sluggish at best...ETC. ETC!!! AND I was even charged for days I was Not Even There!!!! ---AVOID!!--- DO NOT STAY HERE- pay a little more to go somewhere that's worthy of your patronage & money & is somewhat decent & accomodating!

It's across the street from the bull, 2 blocks from the farmers market, food hall, rise biscuits, and about 3 blocks away from tobacco campus, baseball stadium, and art center. The staff here are super friendly and accommodating. During my stay, there was karaoke in the evening. It was so nice! There were some amazing singing. Very friendly crowds, i got to experience the southern hospitality. I got a room with king bed and city view. It was nice to watch the sunset on the skyline each evening. It is next to the pool, so we can hear people at the pool. But it's very nice if you want to enjoy the pool. In terms of security, the place is locked at night. There's a security guard. I felt safe.

A colleague was locked out of her room due to a lock malfunction, but instead of a emergency repair, was put in another room with none of her belongings. Bedside clock display was brightly lit, and could not be adjusted. Finally had to wrap a towel around it to block the light in the room. Went to make a cup of coffee in the in-room pod coffee maker, and it was so scaled up that I never got over a small amount of coffee in the cup. This is basically a party hotel. It is a dark spot on the Hyatt hotel name.

The value is amazing and the interior is SO beautiful. For 2-person seating you're sat against a wall and the chairs are facing the interior of the room instead of straight across from each other which is more relaxing. We loved our teas and as usual the food is very filling even though it just looks like a small amount of tiny little treats! It's hard to find a good afternoon tea at this price point (actually it's the first I've ever come across) and even though it's in kind of a random area of Greensboro it's totally worth the excursion.

As I've done most of the afternoon teas available in the Triangle area, I am not branching out to the Triad. Afternoon tea at O Henry came highly recommended to me by people I know in real life and rightfully so! Afternoon tea at O Henry is served in the lobby of the hotel when you first walk in. They have clusters of seating all over, and they do get booked out so be sure to make your reservation ahead of time. For the tea, they have a few different tiers but I've always opted for the full O. Henry Tea. It's still only $22 which is such an accessible price point as I'm used to afternoon teas costing easily double! It's a hearty and proper tea, and they will refill your pot too. I can't wrap up the review without commenting on the excellent service. Every time I've come for the afternoon tea, I am impressed by the warm welcome and attentive service by all of the staff I interact with. This afternoon tea is one I will repeat time and time again!
