As mentioned, because so many frequent this course the range balls are in bad shape at times. Although my last visit the range balls were good as I didn't find a majorly scuffed up one. Range is lit halfway with targets and distance. This alone I would probably give 3 stars. Gil makes up for the rest. I've been through a few instructors who just didn't do it for me let alone help me drop my scores. When I met Gil I constantly shot in the 100's. After about a little over 1.5 years of practice and drills I'm constantly shooting in the 80's and taking my friends monies. Gil has provided me with mental strength for my game and awesome alignment and contact drills that I can take with me anywhere. I would suggest if you are looking for help this is your place and Gil can sort you out. Don't be afraid to step into a lesson atmosphere and learn a little. Enjoy the game!

I met Morgan Reimler at a charity golf tournament this year. She was the "Beat the Pro" contest…read moreprofessional and after chatting for a few minutes, found out that she is also a certified instructor. I emailed her and over the course of a few months decided to try some lessons with her. I have had lessons before and some were helpful, and others, not so much. Im currently a 17 handicap senior golfer but im fighting pretty hard to hold back the tide of age, stiffness, loss of strength and stamina. I felt that getting a swing coach and instructor would be beneficial and help the swings and putts be more productive even with my overall performance declining. First of all, Morgan spent quite a bit of time talking and assessing my game. She asked what my expectations are and what goals i hoped to reach. I felt very comfortable right away. There was no "boot camp, drill instructor" personality and Morgan is a very good communicator. She looked at my swing using a 5 iron and made a few suggestions that made a big difference in my swing plane and club head position. Now, im already past my time alloted but Morgan gave me a few homework assignments and helped plan out our next sessions. No pressure! Just whenever i felt ready to continue. Increasing club head speed. Short game. Course management, putting. These are some of the areas I'll be covering in my next few reviews with Morgan Reimler. Please. Putting was a bit busy while players were waiting for their T-times. Love the convenience for its proximity to the house and more causal pace than private courses. The course is always in good shape. A very fun place to play a round, or practice. Then have a drink or meal afterwards.

The greens aren't the nicest but they're well-maintained and the staff is really friendly and helpful. They have clubs to rent and a driving range. The price is very fair and it wasn't too busy when we went so we didn't feel rushed.

The Greenfield Lakes Golf Course driving range is my go-to when I want to practice. It's very…read moreaffordable. You get what you pay for. It's not the nicest driving range or the most high tech. It does offer Top Tracers in most of the bays and misters which is nice during the summer. I do wish they would fix the bays; the turf is uneven and it can sometimes be challenging to put a tee. Majority of the staff at the driving range are young but helpful for the most part. I've also played the course a handful of times. I actually played my first 18 holes at Greenfield just last year. It was perfect for me as a beginner since it's an executive par-62 course, while still challenging. The cart girls come around a couple of times and the marshall come around often making sure everyone is keeping pace of play.
