I also love that little platter of pickles and green tomatoes they give you here. So great to just snack on them or add them to your sandwich. They give you plenty to do both. Our server was attentive and responded to our requests promptly. I found the Tuesday burger special tempting, but I opted for the salmon wedge salad. This was an uneven dish. On the positive side, the parmesan vinaigrette dressing was delicious! It went well with the crisp lettuce, red onion bits, and grilled salmon. On the negative side, my salmon was undercooked and there was less lettuce than in the picture of this salad in the menu. I asked our server to fix the salmon. She said that she would show it to her manager and make it right. My salmon returned to the table with darker grill marks and cooked well done. I was satisfied with this solution. I didn't pay for the bill, so I don't know if we were also comped for this problem. I didn't bring up the lack of lettuce since the portion I received was enough for me on the day that I visited. This visit confirmed for me that Interurban sits on par with Charleston's in the OKC metro restaurant space. They offer a menu of American classics prepared with care and enough variety that most people can find something to eat from this menu. It's not edgy or innovative, but it's not trying to be those things.
