The employee behind the counter let me know that they were two for $15 so I got a second one, but the first employee had already charged the first one. She completed the re-fund, but couldn't figure out how to do it properly. After a couple of minutes of trying, she reluctantly called the owner over. The owner was sitting having coffee. The owner rolled her eyes, and made a big deal about coming over to help her employee/me. The person at the counter repeatedly apologize to me and I said it's no big deal. Meanwhile, the owner said to her "you should be apologizing to me for making me get up and making a mistake." She then proceeded to raise her voice at her employee, belittling her in front of me, other customers, and other employees. When the owner finally finished the transaction, I said, thank you, and told her that she was very rude to her employees, and she shouldn't talk to them that way. She sarcastically told me I love you too, and blew me kisses. I raised my voice and told her that the way that she treated them was disgusting and I would never come back.
