It's a small sit down restaurant with 10-12 seats - nice decor. They offer great menu choices - very specific ones such as sriracha pad Thai and basil pad Thai. I loved this place for a hot minute but as they have gained more patronage the quality has suffered. They have become very stingy on all of their proteins and use cheap vegetables as a plate filler. The food came out pretty quick despite the restaurant being packed. The food was actually pretty good. Giving this 4 stars though because of the size of the restaurant and service. The restaurant is so small that you can literally listen to everyone's conversation and it's quite uncomfortable having people look over at your food while you're eating or let alone them eavesdropping. Also, there was only one person in the front who had to handle everything and I felt bad for her. She was handling all the tables, the customers coming through the door, and even the take out orders. Traveled to Thailand over 15 times. My wife is Thai. So I know thai food. This restaurant has the best Khoa Soi in the Boston area. Even better than in Chiang Mai Thailand!!!! Where the dish originated from. Their beef noodle soup also is very authentic. They are using ingredients and spices I only found in Thailand, not sure why other Thai restaurants are not authentic like this place. We've gotten take-out a few times and have been pretty pleased. Regular pad thai was fine; spicey basil was better. Flavorful but not much freshness to them though (eg, fresh scallions, sprouts, etc.) The minced chicken with chili and basil and tamarind shrimp both really good. Peanut sauce was pretty bland. Veggies in all these dishes are good. Gyoza fine - lighter than most, and sauce is sweeter. Looking forward to trying soups when the weather cools off. read more
