The Biltmore Bar has an elegant old Hollywood ambiance decorated with immaculate gold and brass decorative light fixtures, decor pieces, furniture and finishes that are unique to the one of a kind luxury that encapsulates the Biltmore. The service was exactly what you'd expect the Biltmore to be, exceptional! The bartender prepared exceptional Cocktails, both stiff and beautiful to sip on. We opted for a light bite since we had dinner plans with friends elsewhere, and for the first time I indulged in caviar! I am delighted to report I knew this was the best place to have a first The Caviar Deviled Eggs were absolutely sensational. We tend to come just before showtime so there's normally always a cover (worth it for the entertainment patrons get to see), friendly bartenders and a drag show featuring talented performers, with at least one normally interacting with patrons and doing comedy during a break in the performances, before opening up the floor for dancing once the show is complete. Azucar isn't located near much of anything else when it comes to nightlife, it's a bit divey - definitely nothing fancy or glamorous, and it's probably not worth the drive from the beach just to check it out, as at least one other reviewer mentioned. Also, all shows and entertainment, aside from lyrics to a few songs here and there are in Spanish with no English translation, so if you don't speak Spanish or have someone who can interpret at least some of the funniest bits that get the most laughs, you may not fully understand what's happening or may feel a bit left out. That said, if you're just looking for a solid drag show or appreciate Latin nightlife, this is definitely an option.

We were sat immediately and they had a printed sign with our name on it on our table. That was a nice touch. The service was VERY slow! We waited at least 10 minutes before the waiter (Danny/Daniel) ever came over to offer us water. Another 20 minutes later and we still hadn't ordered our food. My friend's iced tea still hadn't arrived. I had to go to the hostess stand and tell them that we'd been there for half an hour and hadn't even ordered yet. We never even saw our waiter during that time. Eventually a manager came over and took our order. I ordered the Hamachi Crudo as my appetizer and the salmon as my entree, and the blueberry lemon cheesecake for my dessert. My friend ordered the same thing, except the cookie as her dessert. My other friend ordered the Cesar salad as her appetizer and the Beauty chicken sando as her entree. The Hamachi was absolutely delicious (but incredibly small). The Cesar salad was HUGE! It was almost 2:30 by the time we got our entrees (1.5 hours after arriving). Our salmons were barely warm, meaning that they had been ready for a while, but they had been left sitting in the kitchen. We had arrived pretty hungry, and since our appetizer was only 3-4 bites, and it'd already been an hour and a half, we weren't about to send our food back to be heated up. The salmon, although not hot, was good. I liked the sauce it came in. It was a little over cooked on the outside. But, overall and well made, tasty dish. My friend liked her chicken sandwich. It came with about 2-4 big "fries". Upon using the ladies room, I discovered that the hand dryer was not working. It was 3pm (2 hours later) when we received our desserts. We had to add more time to the parking meter. The waiter informed us that he couldn't offer us any coffee as the machine was being serviced. The restaurant looks nice. The chairs are comfortable. It's nicely decorated. The music was great- mostly 80's music. All in all, we were pretty disappointed in our experience. As a Michelin Guide restaurant, we expected more. Better/faster service, for sure! A working coffee machine. Hot food. I'm glad I came for Miami Spice. I probably won't be returning. If I do return I'll ask for a different waiter.

Thoughtfully crafted, well-balanced, and presented with attention to detail, each drink feels like part of the experience rather than just something to sip on. Add in a live DJ, great music, and an energetic crowd, and the result is a place with incredible vibes from start to finish. My own birthday was celebrated there on karaoke night, and it was one of the most amazing and unforgettable nights. We also celebrated my niece's graduation on karaoke night, and it was another incredible evening filled with friends, family, laughter, and great memories. Seeing an employee post something so negative about an event that so many of us genuinely enjoy is disappointing. From the outside looking in, it seems like there's been a big shift in whoever is running these events. I recently attended both karaoke night and ladies' night, and the atmosphere was completely different from what many of us have come to love. FYI, karaoke night *brings people together*. I can't think of a single time we've gone and not had a great night. That's why this post doesn't reflect what 9 Feet Under has always represented to so many of us. If you work there and karaoke night is that terrible *for you*, maybe it's worth asking yourself why that is. Or perhaps this isn't the right environment for you. But please don't portray an event that has created so many positive memories for so many people as something negative, because that's simply not the experience the rest of us have had.
