Turned our Viking BBQ from a beat up old, barely functioning dinosaur into a sparkling new thoroughbred. Our outdoor bbq was not doing well and looked the part. It's an older Viking VGBQ41 and worked but wasn't cooking well and had random hotspots all throughout the grill. Hired Kory based on his excellent reviews to see if it was salvageable. He came out and informed me that yes, it was quite salvageable and could definitely be brought back to its former glory without being replaced. Ho ordered some interior burner parts and gave me a very reasonable price to not only fix it, but return it to its former shiny self. Once the parts came in he went to work and completely rehabbed it. A plastic bag had blown onto the side of the stainless steel lid and melted leaving a very ugly large brown spot that I had tried to remove for years. After completing the cleaning it was gone. The bbq looks almost brand new and is back to its original self. No more hotspots and completely even cooking temps throughout. He even explained some functions that I was unaware of and did a fantastic job. I contacted Kory about a BBQ that definitely needed cleaning and likely needed repairs. Based on photos I sent, he provided an upfront estimate for the cleaning and we agreed that he would let me know about repairs once he saw it. Kory arrived promptly at the scheduled appointment time and said he could get the parts needed but, because it was an older and discontinued brand, it might be worth considering a new grill. Kory could have just taken the job and my money, but he instead gave a candid assessment that enabled me to make an informed decision. While I can't comment on his work because none was completed, definitely five stars for integrity. And he didn't ask me to write this review, either. read more

Kory was the first person to really help us in a saga of dealing with a grill gas leak. After smelling gas one day, I called the gas company and they confirmed there was gas leaking from our grill. After calling an appliance repair company (who ghosted me) and a popular Orange County large grill repair company, Kory was the only one who fixed our issue. The other large grill repair company came out (for a $29 charge) and took a look. After not hearing from them for 2 days, I called and was given the response that they could not find the part that we needed but they were happy to help us to look for a new grill. Mind you, our grill is 1 year old and costs over $1000. Instead of taking them at face value, I made one call to the grill company and found the part for $67. I called Kory and he agreed to come exchange that part, ensure our grill was no longer leaking gas, and clean the BBQ for an excellent price. Do not even mess with the other companies, just call Kory. He was available, came exactly when he said he would, and didn't leave until the job was done. I can't say enough about the job that Kory did on my barbecue. It had almost 5 years worth of buildup on it and the starter for it had gone out. Kory was polite, meticulous, and determined to get my grill looking and operating like new. Kory ended up spending 6 hours disassembling the grill, cleaning everything, and putting it back together. WOW!!! What an awesome job Kory did today for us on our grill. Looks better then new. We've had our Jennair for 13 years and never had it professionally cleaned. Kory got all the baked on residue off and gave the entire grill a super "detailing". He also showed us that a few of our burners had rusted and one was warped badly and he was able to get new ones for us. The grill ignites so easily now too after Kory made some adjustments.
