    Hats off to Kory and the excellent job he did detail cleaning my 15-year-old bbq today. The grills are squeaky clean, as is the inside cover and drawer (which I didn't even know existed!). And the heat is now even across the cooking area - no more cool spots. Kory was timely in responding to my Yelp inquiry for his services, offered a competitive rate, checked my bbq out initially so he knew if there was anything he needed to order for replacement, then returned to clean and replace my igniter. He also told me which briquettes I needed from Amazon so I could order them. He also cleaned under my bbq - no spot left unclean. He left my yard clean and free of any mess or bbq grease while cleaning, was professional and friendly, and I would definitely have him back next year to help me get ready for bbq season!

    I hired Kory and BBQ Busters based on the Yelp reviews. I was not disappointed. Kory was on time, professional and the job was done in a timely, complete manner. My grill looks great. Kory did not try to sell me anything and his estimate was spot on. I would hire him again.

    I regret hiring this company. I spent well over $1,000.00 on repair of my grill including a new LED…read morelight harness, switches, burners, etc. Everything they recommended and told me I needed. About a year after install of the parts from pro grill, the LED lights begin to fail and then stop working completely after a year and a half. I used the grill less than 5 times since their work so noticing wasn't highest on my agenda. When I realized the lights were completely out, it was a year and a half time from date of repair. I reach out to pro grill for help. The first person (didn't get his name) wanted and tried to help and said they'd be getting back to me. No one ever did. I had to reach out 3 different times over the span of a month. They'd respond after a week or so to each email or voicemail left. I felt back burnered, no pun intended. If it's not a new sale, they don't care. It's as simple as that, that's how I feel. They finally emailed me back saying it would cost around $200 for them to come look at my grill and then give me a price on what's wrong and what it will cost to fix. My blood boiled reading that. After spending this kind of money with them on a bbq repair and they don't have the decency to come look and see what failed in their install? LED lights are meant to last a VERY long time. Not a year or year and a half and only using them less than a handful of times. I called them immediately after receiving that email and talked with someone that said, my issue is above his pay grade and told me he'll let the manager know. I asked when I can expect that call and he didn't know. The manager calls me shortly after the call. We speak about the issue, and how I feel. He tells me they don't warranty anything they sell or install. Huh? You charge people thousands of dollars and have no stand behind on the work or the parts you install? Why would anyone use you after learning that? You don't learn that they don't cover it until you need their help though, that's the deal. I tell the manager how displeased I am with the whole experience. Taking weeks if not a month to get back to me, no responsibility taken, making me pay even after a month of trying to just speak with someone at your company, just to have your guy come back and look at their install and parts you sold me, and sell me the same service and part again? No thanks. He finally says, ok, we'll have someone come by and look at it for free for you but if it needs new parts we will not cover that or install. Great thanks, when can I expect that? Our office will call you to schedule. Great thanks a lot. Never heard from them again. That was over a week ago. To the ownership: listen to your customers frustrations. Try and help or solve the issue. Don't shut them down. Improve your communication. Why is it taking weeks to respond to an email or voicemail when a customer has an issue with your service? I bet if I needed a new service of some sort, you'd be Johnny on the spot. Improve manager training, and if who I spoke to is the owner, that's a shame because you failed on every aspect of customer service. Your staff failed in properly communicating and responding, then when it got escalated to management, you did nothing to help solve the issue and what you said you would do, you didn't do and I never heard back from you forcing me to express my experience. To new customers, there's lots of great companies out there, make sure you do your research and choose the right one.

I finally had enough and decided to get both the side burners and the main BBQ appliances professionally cleaned. I stumbled across BBQ Renew through a Google search. I liked that they were upfront about their pricing and that they were a family owned business. I decided to contact them through their text message platform and quickly received a response. We were able to schedule a cleaning for the next week. The technician (I believe his name was Chris) arrived and quickly got to work. I appreciated that he brought and used all of his own tools, including a hose and vaccum cleaner, rather than using my hose which he could have easily accessed. Chris worked for over 3 hours and transformed my once horrifying grill into something beautiful. He even took the time to polish the exterior and the doors below. Chris also went the extra mile and vacuumed out the space below the grill as well. He definitely didn't need to take that extra step and I appreciate him so much for helping me out there. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing a little help with their BBQ appliances! Thank you Chris for making me want to use my grill!

    If possible, I would leave this establishment zero stars. We hired this company to come out and…read moreevaluate. estimate and ultimately repair an older high end barbecue grill and rotisserie. The person who came to inspect the grill seemed legitimate- he wrote up a rather vague estimate, several thousand dollars, inclusive of parts and labor and cleaning. The day of work, some random young kid shows up, not the person who evaluated the grill and assured us he would the work. The person who did the work was awful. They Added on parts and costs that were not estimated and the bill came out much higher than the estimate. The work was shoddy. They damaged my grill (one of the valves leaked and so fire, literal fire, would heat up the entire surface where flame controls and the handle were. It was unusable, They used inferior parts worse than the ones I had- and I didnt need them! They did this to avoid the work of cleaning I was paying for and it also afforded them the ability to charge more, . the first day I tried to use the grill after this, the knobs fell off. Literally. I should have seen this as an omen but decided to grill. I burned my hands badly after the preheat of the grill. Why? Because underneath the user surface, flame was coming out of a faulty union between valve and gas. so it essentially turned the control console and handle into a grill- and that was the only one that worked anyway! We were charged for parts we didnt need and were not told about. The estimate included our high quality steel made in America grill parts and not simply swap in new inferior asian parts. On top of that, the gril grates s were installed wrong. one was bent and fell onto the new ceramic elements we had cracking one. The "cleaning" was awful (I use this word generously) being incomplete and poor. After all this and my trying to get support after sending photos etc....they hounded us to pay the invoice saying their work "was assured". Whatever. THEY DO NOT SUPPORT YOU OR TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORK/CHARGES AT ALL. I took photos of the poor (and dangerous) work with the gas valves. I took photos of all. I showed the flame coming out from the faulty union to the gas and how one could not see It turning the control surface into a literal frying pan. This incompetence actually Burned the metal of our grill ruining it. The complete lack of support, failure to reply, lying, and ineptitude is not something I can convey easily, It was THAT bad. They would accept no responsibility, denied receiving the digital pics sent, would not explain the pricing/differences, and provided to "support".. They would not acknowledge any fault "saying how do we know you didn't do all this damage using the grill between the service and now. You may not have maintained it." Really? It was 2 months since the service- I thought that is what I hired you for???? Did I need to have another group come service the grill after you before I used it for the first time. Morons. If you are thinking of using these high geniuses as your service providers....trust me and do yourself a favor- find some kinds around where you live ages 8-10, pay them $50 bucks and say "have at it" and the job you will receive will be far better than anything these "professionals" purport to offer. Liars and thieves. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.......far elsewhere. Anywhere elsewhere.

HE LIED ABOUT EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE OF MY GRILL HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I have a very nice built in Louisiana grill. In fact it is one of the pictures posted for a cleaning. I spoke to Louisiana grills directly. They diagnosed the problem and sent me the instructions. I was told it is not that difficult to change it out but that the part itself is fragile and needs to be installed properly. They advised me to buy it cheaper and receive the part faster from Amazon. I bought the recommended one that had super high reviews. Even the Louisiana grill rep approved it before I bought it. I called Essential BBQ before hiring him because I needed someone with experience on my expensive grill. He claimed to have experience. Agreed to the part I bought off Amazon being a good purchase. Told me he did not need the manual instructions because he was so well versed with this grill. IT BROKE AFTER ONE USE. He claimed it was all sorts of bigger electrical problems and told me to buy expensive parts. I contacted Louisiana grills and read his messages to them. They completely disagreed and did not understand why he would think that. They quickly diagnosed he did NOT properly install the igniter. It was sticking too far out of the metal protector causing it to burn up in one use. You can see in the picture how far he put it out. The metal protects the igniter from the high heat the ceramic creates. Without protection it will burn up. I contacted him nicely and told him what happened and that I would like a refund. I obviously wouldn't be using his services again as he is not experienced. He now blamed me, the customer for a cheap Amazon part sending me a differently poorly reviewed one I didn't purchase. Completely disregarded my photos showing he caused it. WHAT A HORRIBLE experience.Save your money and time. I now have to dispute with my bank for the check I wrote. Also his cleaning skills are not the best either. Most companies bring professional equipment and thoroughly clean it. My house cleaner can clean it as well as he did. Also hilarious his response still not taking accountability. What a loser.
