    Breakfast sandwich
    Giselle G.

I have come here twice and I have enjoyed it very much both times. The second time, I came I ordered a breakfast burrito which was really good. My burrito had a good amount of toppings and was flavorful, I really enjoyed the chorizo in it. The menu has a lot of different items so I definitely want to come back to try other items. The staff is friendly and efficient, they are also really patient. The place is nice, it has good lighting and has a nice area to sit in the back if you want to eat outdoors. It is a great place and I recommend it. I will definitely be back.

I know, I know, feed the phone first, but my oh my did this hit the spot.

There are few food items I enjoy more than a good breakfast sandwich, and man did this hit the spot. I had been meaning to check it out for a while, when a weekend road trip led me nearby. The lox was piled on high, and the other key ingredients--red onions, tomato and capers (!)--were generously laid out on top of nice spread of cream cheese, and all put together on a tasty muffin. The intention was to eat half of it there and the other half after putting some miles behind me, but, well, that sandwich didn't stand a chance. Friendly workers behind the counters and some spectacular nature photos on the walls give the place a great vibe. I'll be back for sure.

Really nice spot off the main Street in beacon. Seems to be a really quiet neighborhood and looks like everybody else around the area also walks up to order their food and seem to be regulars. The staff is really friendly and there is more than enough room to sit inside or outside on the patio. There is a very curated and limited menu and everything they make they do really well. They even have a sandwich called the Tony Bourdain which I will try next time. I had the turkey club which was fantastic! The sandwiches here are definitely larger than average, so good chance you'll take half to go.

Brisket egg and cheese? Sounds like the perfect meal to coat my belly pretty-wedding festivities! Loved this little gem tucked away on a side street. We even brought the puppy cause they had outdoor seating.

Awesome spot for a quick lunch, there's absolutely something for everyone here! Serving up breakfast all day, the home of Hudson Valley's best fried chicken sandwich is what will usually bring people in here. Our friend's love for the chicken sandwich is what got us here but what we ordered up was their vegan burrito. It was light, and perfect for a breakfast/lunch. But what stole the show for me were those extra crispy tots! I do wish the tofu in the burrito was more chorizo spiced, it was more on the blander side and the spinach was also pretty bland and ice cold. Other than that, I'm sure next time I order it will be the way it's meant to be exploding with flavors! Can't wait to try their waffles too. Lots of delicious items to choose from, maybe one day they'll do a fried mushroom spicy "chicken" sandwich! I'd totally be all over that :]

I've had the Falafel Sandwich/Wrap previously which was a large portion, so I opted to share the Breakfast Burrito this time - at $10 starting with a protein, tater tots, 3 scrambled eggs and cheese, I thought this was a great value. Toppings are additional - like beans, guac, peppers and onions, etc. - but the costs vary. We got the smoked turkey, guacamole, and pickled onions and had a very satisfying breakfast. Really delicious and value-forward, definitely worth visiting - but get there quickly before the line builds up!

I got the Italian combo = gas. And the Nash tots = also gas. There was a wide drink selection and the servers were so kind.

I have been to The Beacon Daily more than ten times in the last year. I really like their breakfast sandwiches as well as the waffles. Today I ordered the chorizo burrito and it didn't disappoint. My wife ordered the English muffin breakfast sandwich with ham and finished the whole thing and wanted to ask for more. The tots are also delicious

Ordered a couple of sandwiches to go. $30! They were okay but pricey. Need to know what's best to order, as it's close to my new house.

Probably the best restaurant in Beacon. Wonderful vibes, DELICIOUS food and the guy that owns the place is awesome. I'll be back for more.

Restaurant is in a space…read morethat's had a lot of turnover through the years, but reviews were good and it looked updated. Sat at the bar and ordered a strawberry mojito. Fresh strawberries and mint were nice to see, but there was hardly any alcohol in the drink and the straw was far too narrow to be able to take a sip without it becoming obstructed. Poured woefully short as well, topped with even more ice and seltzer. Had the tempura shrimp to start. Generous portion, well seasoned. Slightly rubbery but not detracting from the dish. Aioli was great, but could have used a little more. Chili sauce was also good, but could barely get any in the ramekin it was in. Bacon cheeseburger with mushroom for my main followed. Looking back, there was actually NO bacon on the burger. Not sure if the kitchen overlooked it, or what. $4 for added mushrooms seemed a bit exorbitant at first, but they were oyster mushrooms. Fries were crisp and wonderfully seasoned. Ordered the burger medium - came out medium and juicy.... But absolutely flavorless. If their head chef loved salt like their fry cook, this burger would have been spectacular. The mushrooms never got to drive off extra water because of the lack of salt, and the meat just fell flat without seasoning. I wanted to love this burger, but I just couldn't no matter how hard I tried. Had the crack pie, advertised to be similar to Monofuku Milk Bar... for someone who had crack pie multiple times before it became the phenomena it is now, this falls short, by a lot. The chess pie filling is far too dense, lacking caramelization. The pie crust was undercooked and anemic. Sugar decoration on top added zero value to the dessert, and coconut ice cream is far too competitive a flavor to put against this dessert. Sauces on the plate were weak and boring eye service. Paid my $80 bill, tipped (even though the bartender was rarely seen or asking how things were), and headed out. For a quiet weekday, the service and quality of food were severely underwhelming.

Oh, so you want a review? Well, even after all that rant, I must say, the food was great! And so was the service. The day manager I spoke of was also our server. She was great, it's not her pricing the cornbread . Her service was great and so was the way she handled herself with (my) issue. The ambience was cool, casual, and probably a fun night spot to go for a drink, they have a pretty big bar and bar area. So as a whole picture I would definitely go again. But if you're planning on going to Piggy Bank, plan on going to the bank first. It's reasonably priced, don't get me wrong, but the Sides and cocktails will get ya. I'll wrap this review up by saying, thanks to NYC tourism, all of Main St. feels they can charge NYC prices. The slider flight was very good for what it it was worth, first the slider were on the larger side not bite size, all the meats, the pork, chicken and brisket were juicy and well seasoned and generous with the portion. I asked for teller fries over the regular that come with the flight since seasoned fries rocks, the fries were good but I wish they more crispier. Bit disappointing they supposedly come with a cup a teller sauce and when I pointed out they forget my sauce that comes with it, I was charged for it. Kind of the principle that with if something forgotten is free, just give it no charge. The teller sauce was very good, I used it in sliders as well as the fries. The cornbread was kind of dry, but that honey butter made up for it.
