Who knows where else the dog goes during off hours if allowed in during business? We cancelled our order and left. We went to another restaurant in town and mentioned this to the owner there and they agreed it was wrong. And also proceeded to tell us rules even concerning service dogs in a restaurant. ( Which obviously is a different situation and they don't roam dining areas). This is California Health Code Violation. Needless to say we won't be eating here again. The Code: H&SC § 114259.5 prohibits live animals inside, citing potential contamination of food, equipment, and utensils.

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy it. The dish was very saucy and lacked flavor for my taste. My boyfriend politely asked the waitress if I could exchange it for something else since I did not like it. She informed us that because the dish had already been prepared, I would have to pay for both the meal I did not enjoy and any replacement meal I ordered. I was genuinely surprised by this response. Having worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I understand that guests sometimes try new items and discover they simply are not to their liking. In my experience, restaurants often try to accommodate those situations to ensure customer satisfaction. If this is the restaurant's policy regarding refunds or exchanges, it should be clearly communicated to customers. Policies like this should not come as a surprise after an issue arises. Transparency goes a long way in creating a positive customer experience. The waitress then spoke with her manager and returned with an alternative solution. She said they would provide two chicken skewers at no charge, but I would still be responsible for paying for the original meal. What made this even more confusing was that the original plate included rice and salad, while the replacement consisted only of two skewers. If the restaurant was willing to replace the meal, I do not understand why a full replacement plate was not offered. It also did not make sense that I was expected to pay for a meal I did not enjoy while only receiving a partial replacement to take home. Although I agreed to the solution, what bothered me most was the change in attitude afterward. The waitress became noticeably less friendly, and both she and another employee seemed rude when I went to pay my bill. It felt as though I was being treated poorly simply because I did not enjoy the recommended dish. This is not the level of customer service I expected, especially after having such a positive experience here previously. I understand that restaurants may have policies regarding refunds or exchanges, but there is a respectful and professional way to handle those situations. Unfortunately, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving customer service, communication, and the overall guest experience. As of now, I do not plan on returning.

This is without a doubt my favorite steakhouse in town not only do they have great food and great service they also have excellent customer service. I recomend this place to anyone that wants to treat themselves to a great experience. If you ever decide to give them a try which I assure you you would not be disappointed, you should try either one of their Certified Angus Beef steaks or their excellent seasoned lamb shish kabob or if you are in the mood for something from the sea they have the best Pistachio Crusted Salmon just make sure you save room for dessert. You can't leave this place without trying their House-made crisp roasted apple-pear bread pudding top with house-made Vanilla and frangelico ice cream with butterfinger candy. read more

The Bear Club is truly a hidden gem in Reedley! I had no idea they were open or that we had such an amazing dining experience right here in town. The food was absolutely incredible, and the service was superb from beginning to end. The chef even came out to meet us, which made the experience feel especially welcoming and personal. You can tell there is genuine care behind every dish and in the way guests are treated. I'm so excited to see the upcoming upgrades and everything they have planned for the future. If you haven't visited The Bear Club yet, you are missing out. Reedley is fortunate to have a place like this--I will absolutely be returning! read more

Had some drinks last night and there was a late party in at 10. Usually they're closed by 9! The new bartender they have makes awesome drinks just the way you want them. :) The service was great and I was VERY satisfied. This new bartender is so good the dance floor, the bar, and the couch were all full and all the tables were empty last weekend! Just my opinion, but its a great one lol. Your choice of toppings, but you can pay extra for other top tier toppings, i just went with lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and jalapeños. They do give you the option to add condiments like mustard, mayo and their stacked sauce. Note: the Stacked Sauce does have a kick. So for people who don't prefer spice should stick with the mayo/mustard, or do as i do and get it plain. This is the way. "If you know, you know." I always go plain on a burger no matter where i go lately. I just like to see if a burger can hold its own without any dressings to hold it up and overpower it. Meat, cheese, bun and sometimes a little veggies "preferably grilled onions and jalapeños". This burger didn't need any dressings, but it damn sure elevated it when i dipped it in the stack sauce on my last bite. I absolutely love a spot who's house made sauce gives you something new than just ketchup or thousand island. They do have ranch and bbq sauce also. The ranch is so good! So final total for delivery "including tip" was around 20 bucks. That's really not bad for the prices in today's economy, especially with the amount of food this place gives you. It was so nice I ordered it twice. Two days in a row good! Same order, had to test the odds. The odds were in my favor, the burger was still hot to the touch, juicy, flavorful! The lettuce, tomato, grilled onions and jalapeños all did their job to take this burger from great to outstanding! The fries were very good also. Nice seasoning, soft and pillowy middle with a little bite from the exterior. Overall i would love to come back here regularly. I personally wouldn't like to try to find parking near them or deal with more of the late night drinking crowds in the evenings, so delivery isn't a bad option in my opinion. Food was so good! Absolutely must try if you haven't. Everything is super fresh and flavorful.
