But Bayleigh made the time fly by being so personable. So I really appreciated that! The service itself does not come with a wax but you can add it on, which I did, and if it's your first time waxing there you will receive 20% off. So that was nice as well. Through out the whole appointment I was made comfortable, but was also allowed to make suggestions with brow shape and tint color. Threading can be painful at times especially if it's your first time but she is gentle so makes it painless. I asked if she had time for color, asked for a silver grey and a trim for my pixie. My hair is a sickly ash color and the pixie looks like I got into a fight with a lawnmower. I can't even get it fixed because it would require a buzz cut. $295 out the window. LF&D did call and said they would have another stylist fix my hair. The cut can't be fixed, it's a pixie and I declined to have the color redone. No offer of a refund of any kind.

Since I'm now a regular, I typically schedule at least two appointments ahead so I can stay booked with Maria. Front desk staff is awesome & always quick to help.
