Ive been trying to strengthen my nails and did regular polish instead of gel, hoping itll last at leasttt a week. I got home and my ring finger nail chipped and cracked and had to cut it short. By Tuesday my nails started chipping and mind you I dont even do house work or anything like that. I had ONLY 3 gelX nails for removal, but was charged a full GelX removal. The front desk staff greeted me right away, helped me navigate the service options, and got me seated quickly. Before I knew it, the massage chair was on, and I was being asked which complimentary beverage I'd like--a nice touch that immediately elevated the experience. I wasn't in a particularly chatty mood that day, and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Nail Tech Teresa. She was incredibly attentive and seemed to pick up on the fact that I just wanted to unwind, keeping conversation to a comfortable minimum. Her attention to detail during my pedicure was exceptional, but what really stood out was the massage--it was phenomenal and honestly one of the best I've had. I've explained multiple times that I'm clumsy and have an infant, so length really matters for me. It's frustrating to feel like that request is consistently ignored. This last visit, though, really took the cake. I explained that my big toenails tend to grow outward and specifically asked for them to be clipped and filed a certain way. Valerie is skilled in design and will tell you exactly what the design will take before she starts. I get dip and design on my natural nails. What I like is how the whole process is done with attention to detail. Also, my preferences with how I want my nails to look. The online booking service is so convenient and they have a loyalty program, which is what I had at my last place. I haven't gotten any other services but so happy with my dip manicures.

Upon arrival I was immediately checked in and ushered to a large wall of nail polishes. I love the way the bottles are displayed. Very easy to see colors. Each shelf had 2 roles of color (regular & gel). How fabulous to have matching colors for gel and regular for those who might not want gel on toes. The salon is clean and fresh with large screen TVs on the walls around the room. All had large size captioning which made for easy reading. Contemporary Christian music played overhead and made for a relaxing atmosphere. The nail techs were thorough and meticulous. Probably the best manicure I've had in years. I typically get manicures every 2-3 weeks so my nails typically stay in good shape. The staff went the extra mile and spent additional time on cuticles and shaping nails. I'll definitely be back.
