Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. I'm extremely happy with my results, and she absolutely deserves the recognition! Ask for her if you're signing up.

The price was astronomical for the level of mediocrity that was delivered. To make matters worse, I paid for a master-level lash tech, but the work clearly reflected that of a newbie. If I had known my lashes would be done by someone without the skill level I was charged for, I would never have agreed to the service. When you're charging premium prices, the results should match.
