Enjoying the Zoiglehaus Pils out on the patio!
    Alden C.

I have been to this corner several different times but I wasn't ever in the Beer Vault until my latest visit. It was on my list of places to try and I had the time to hop across the Narrows Bridge in order to do it so I proceeded. It's really a nice tap house. Lots of rotating taps to pick from. There is a excellent patio area that I hung out at. I had that all to myself which I didn't mind in the slightest but overall it seemed fairly quiet even on the inside. The beverages on tap were mostly breweries out of Washington or Oregon. I got the Zoiglehaus Pilsner. I really enjoy this Portland based brewery and always love their beer so that definitely seemed to be calling out to me. Very nice place, clean, attentive and friendly this was a great stop as I was trying to make the most of a Sunday afternoon!

The customer service here is second to none!!! Extremely friendly staff and amazing atmosphere. Great beer selection, always rotating beers so it's never the same back to back. Just became kid friendly (until 6pm) which is huge for those that have children and no sitter. We went for the Father's Day event and couldn't have been happier!!! Highly recommend this place!!

We just happened to be in the area and stopped at The Beer Vault today. It's in a nice, cool, open space. The owner was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxed. I enjoyed a cider on the patio. I would return.

This is a nice place for a beer with a roatating selection. The staff was nice and they had their Labradoodle there visiting with customers & other canine guests. I look forward to taking my Westie next time for a visit. They don't really offer food yet but there's a burger place next door and a taco truck usually around the corner by the NAPA auto parts store for some eats. They do allow you to bring food in and eat it there. It has a very laid back open feel with seating outside on two sides of the Vault. I'll definately be back the next time I want to grab a taco at the taco truck and chase it with a beer. I think my little social Westie will love it.

Loved visiting Edway Taphouse!…read more Off a semi busy street (drive just past PCC). Has a small parking lot and I parked across the street along the road in front of the cemetery. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere, lots of people of all ages (people with babies and little toddlers, too!) and some tv. I came for my friend's birthday! People directed me where to go and helped me get a drink. The bathrooms were clean and the place was well lit and people were around if you needed anything. My friend brought decorations and pizza and noodles and fun stuff for her party, and we had a great time. I was just sorry I had to leave early but happy I made it up from Tacoma.

If you're looking for a tap house that feels like a secret clubhouse for grown-ups, with great slushies, Edway Tap House is your spot. Nestled under a house in Edmonds, it's got that "did I just stumble into something awesome?" I kept thinking wow I would love to own this place and live above it. The slushie drinks here are dangerously good, icy, flavorful, and perfect for summer sipping. The rotating tap list features standout local beers and ciders from places like Urban Family Brewing and Obec Brewing, so there's always something new to try. The bartender let us try a few cause 2 girls that aren't huge beer drinkers are hard to please but we found 2 keepers! They have theme Nights to keep it entertaining. Trivia nights bring out the brainy banter, and the cribbage club adds a quirky, nostalgic twist. There's even a walking club if you want to earn your pint with a few steps first. Wish I lived in Edmonds cause I'd be down for a walking club. Outdoor Games & Family-Friendly Vibes Edway isn't just for the 21+ crowd, it's proudly kid-friendly, with outdoor games like cornhole that keep everyone entertained and ladder golf. The spacious patio makes it easy to relax while the little ones play, and the welcoming atmosphere means families feel right at home. Also dogs allowed so that's my main reason for going too! Plenty of space means you won't be elbowing for a view, and the laid-back atmosphere makes it easy to settle in for a full match. While Edway doesn't serve food directly just some odd and ends like a pretzel I saw on the menu, they host a rotating cast of food trucks. Great find!

He was nice enough to let us show our friends the space., But was already sweeping and closing, which, as a restaurant owner and Winebar owner, I can attest is a huge no-no. All winter we would drop in on Monday night after concert often as late as 9:45 with no to few other customers in the room and be warmly greeted and sold a couple of glasses of wine just so that we could chill a little bit but, we never stay very long. And the girls were always very welcome and friendly.. But after maybe 25 visits, we get this guy, in a room packed with people, not that late, not friendly, not sorry, so sadly we left, but did show our friends the beautiful patio with the spectacular steady water and full moon. We will be back, although it's been a long time now thanks to that guy, and look forward to giving a five star review because this place really is special and doesn't even need our good review because they are busy busy busy in a town with absolutely nothing going on. (We moved to Gig Harbor to put the gig in Gig Harbor, and we still will. But now that Anthony's has purchased the Tides Tavern, the Tides is open until 10 and is welcoming and friendly to people who show up all the way until 10 because they're good business people. Restaurant people, club owners, like us will never be the last people to leave so are very considerate about coming in late to a place.) .

Hop Pharm serves guest taps of craft beer... they don't make their own beer it would appear. There are lots of good, local breweries on tap when we were here and we liked the options to pick from. From what I understand the tap list rotates out fairly frequently so the variety is always changing which I appreciate. Hop Pharm also has beer in cans for sale in a refrigerator that you can purchase. But we wanted to hang out here and chill rather than do a "to go" purchase. We liked the clean, sleek atmosphere that this place brought and the covered patio is quite nice. We were considering going outside to enjoy our beer but it is Spring and it can be a bit nippy still to sit outside for too long and so we went inside so we could stay warm. Some breweries we had from the current tap list was from Bizarre Brewing ( it was the In Some Far Place which is is an Extra Pale Ale) and from Stemma Brewing( we had the First Amber which is a Red Ale). Both of those breweries are favorites of mine so it was great to drink beers that I haven't previously tried from them. Steve and I met up with a friend and Hop Pharm proved to be a great place to catch up as it wasn't too loud or crowded and we could visit without shouting which was very, very nice and refreshing. The guy that was serving the beers was very nice and I complimented him on his Warrant t-shirt( a hair metal band). Despite being punk and alternative I still like some hair metal bands that take me back to adolescence.
