Went to see a nfl football game here, they turned it off at the beginning of the fourth quarter and replaced it with news. I wouldn't come here to watch a game all the way through. They did put it back on a different tv but it was 20 feet away in a corner at the far end of the bar with no sound and had me facing a wall with my back to the entire bar so i left for greener pastures Also be aware they do not serve BBQ SAUCE, they serve only spicy bbq sauce but dont specify this in the menu so i didnt get to try the wings, I'll update if anyone in family ends up eating them with how they are. read more

I tried their wings, and they were excellent. the sauce was prepared just perfect. it was a perfect balance of flavor. I asked for crispy wings and they were exactly the way that they should be. You can play corn hole in the backyard and they have two beach volleyball courts, which are very clean and organized. and the people here are super nice and helpful. they deserve 5 stars not because of their food, drinks, or the bar itself, they deserve it because of the awesome people that they have and makes your experience very pleasant. One of the other things that I loved here was their music collection. and don't forget about Wednesdays BBQ parties here. Crooks. Ordered two orders of "chicken fingers" at a total cost of about $15. What I got was 9 tiny nuggets. I went back looking for the other order and upon showing the bar tender, he admitted it looked like one order. He came back claiming the cook said it was a double order. I ordered a Blue Moon and was asked if I wanted an orange. The orange I received was placed directly in my beer and not on the side of the glass. After my beer was halfway gone I noticed the orange looked old and I tried pulling it out of my glass. It fell apart because it was so old and had mold all over it. We told the bartender and his response was "do you want another glass?" No apology at all. Not exactly sure what giving a new glass would do for a moldy orange that's been sitting in your drink. I just don't get how you could put an orange in someone's drink that is SO moldy and think nothing of it and not give an apology of some sort. read more

Have been going there for three years. The owner has become my best friend however anyone who enters the place is treated like a best friend. From the newly remodeled ladies room to the newly refurbished outside sport center and patio . Did I mention the food? Wings from heaven ! Burgers from beyond ! The beginning is know for its wings. The last time I ordered them I ordered 2 dozen extra crispy, to go. We picked them up and couldn't wait to dive in. I opened the box and grabbed a flat off the top. It wasn't crispy, not even a little. We're a little disappointed but we continue on since we're home now with our wings. People were waiting to eat. Then I reach back in for another flast. It was literally the only one. We got 2 dozen tough grizzly drumsticks. I couldn't believe it. Everyone in the restaurant industry knows you get 6 flats and 6 drums with an order. And people pay extra for all flats. I spent 30 dollars on a box of rubbery grizzly meat. Wife and I went to watch our team play Sunday. When we got there the game was on one of the TVs in the back so we grab a table and I head to the bar to order drinks. Kahlua and Cream and a Southern Tier.....no cream. Strike one. I get my beer and as I'm headed back to my table I hear someone at the bar ask for his game to be put on. Next thing I know my game is off so I go to tell the guy with the remote. His response was I'm fixing it, relax. Relax? Don't be rude to your customers. Strike 2. After waiting for another 5 minutes, the tv was tuned to Univision deportes this entire time, I go ask again. This time they put my game on, but in SD format on a widescreen TV so there are big black bars on the top and bottom and gray bars on the sides. Strike 3. At this point I'm done and decide to just finish my beer and pay my tab. I notice about 1/2 way through the beer the distinct taste of dirty lines. Bill? $6.23 for a pint of beer served from dirty lines. Strike 4. On the way, one of the guys at the bar says in his most sarcastic tone 'See ya later buddy'. Strike 5. We went to Woody's to finish watching the game. Ran up a $50 bill between food and drinks. Had a great time. We won't be back to Beginning II for anything, ever. read more

Didn't know what to expect when we walked in but we were greeted by and waited on by VERY friendly and attentive staff. The chicken wings here were out of this world good and the beer was ice cold. It was Friday and there was some live music which was very entertaining and the owner Mike is always on premise and ready to make your experience a great one. Overall everyone in our party had a great time and the atmosphere was friendly and casual. There were no smells of urine present as another review writer indicated and no unsavory characters present that would of caused us to go elsewhere, I suspect the writer of that review had a personal axe to grind and used the internet to do it. I would definitely recommend this bar to anyone looking for a laid back place to have some good food and cheap drinks with some live entertainment thrown in for good measure.
