I've been craving Tullys and this experience made me never want to go again. There were about 4 tables there and it took 15 minutes to get any service, only two servers seemed to be working (8pm on a Sunday..). The popcorn was cold and stale. The pretzels were actually delicious, warm and chewy, but as you can see in the picture the cheese looks like it's been sitting so long that a film has grown across the top, gross. The meals took way too long based on the amount of people there, my tenders tasted as if they were soaked in grease all day before given to us and my partners buffalo tender melt was cold (somehow). Won't be coming back to this location again that's for sure. There were people yelling and running around and it was just not the experience I expected from visits in the past.

One of the better places in town to get tenders. Got three orders of tenders as a last-minute dinner the other night. Having dined here before with friends, we knew what to expect. Placed the order and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Tenders were done on time and by the time they were brought back, they were a little on the cold side. That's probably on us. The tender dinner included six strips of tenders, coleslaw, one blue cheese, and one honey mustard. Asked for a second blue cheese, but they must've kept that one there with them. Tenders were good. You do get a lot of breading on them and that's pretty typical. The coleslaw was OK. The french fries were scarce but OK.

Consistently good food. It's like coming home and knowing what to expect each time. The ambiance has a casual inviting feel. My favorite spot is at the bar in the corner the best service but minimal interactions with patrons after a long day. This location never disappoints me. Between the chicken wing dip and the crab dip I'm torn and switch it up each time. They are known for their tenders. When you have the sauce choice it will be the hardest decision to make but RANCH all the way! They make their sauces in house and they are spectacular. If you order to go request the larger size for $5 you will not regret it. You still have to decide what tenders plain, buffalo, or the Asian! May the choice be with you!

In Syracuse this is THE place to get chicken tenders! We look at the menu as if we are going to get something different and most of the time go right for the classic "Tullys Tender Dinner". Here to watch a game it's a great place for the family or a group of friends. It's definitely bust today as Syracuse is celebrating the long career of Jim Boeheim the legendary coach of Syracuse University basketball. The service is fast and very quick even with large crowds.

We arrived to a busy atmosphere that quieted down throughout the night. We started with cocktails which were strong and delicious. The brussel sprout appetizer was to die for, who knew that brussel sprouts go well with blue cheese! I ordered the salmon dish which was incredible. My friend enjoyed the Greek chicken dish. We were disappointed we didn't have enough room for dessert so we'll just have to come back! Other notes: the service was friendly and there was extra parking across the street if necessary. I can't wait to be back to try their specials and seasonal menus

I read up on the menu and discovered they offered lamb chops which is one of my absolute favourites. A taste of home for me! Friendly and efficient staff welcomed us and showed us to our table. So far so good. Very nice young woman looked after us. My wife ordered the rigatoni and I had the chops. She loved her rigatoni so much she's finishing it off 2 days later and still loving it. Sadly my dish was a bit of a disappointment. My two large chops were extremely fatty. It's the kind you simply can't cut through on a slippery plate. Trying to separate what little meat there was from the fat was impossible so I had to give up and bring it home to a cutting board and an extremely sharp knife. I haven't tried to eat it yet but it looks as fatty as the first. Both had been totally covered by a condiment that I think should have been served in a separate container to allow the diner to regulate the amount desired. The base was a pilf which made trying to cut the chops even more difficult because every time the meat or the knife slipped, the table was showered with grains....all a bit slapstick....! As I previously said, my wife loved her meal and the previous visit was epic so I hate to criticise but I'm just trying to be honest and fair. I think $45 for a couple of very fatty chops with not much meat and smothered in a vinaigrette you might not like is a bit cheeky... In different circumstances I would have sent it back. Oh well, you live and learn...

Service was very friendly and efficient, and our server Darian did a great job of keeping our drinks full and empty dishes off the table. We all shared the hummus, and although t I didn't get a picture of it, please believe me when I say it was to die for! It had bruschetta on top and the pita had a garlic seasoning on it. So yummy! My mom and I shared a Thai peanut noodle dish and a Chinese chicken salad. Both were flavorful and the portions were generous. I went home with leftovers for both and I www fed for a whole extra meal. Another person in our party got a bang bang pasta dish and enjoyed it - again, large portions! The drink menu looked great but we weren't up for it that evening. Looking forward to going back and trying their variety or martinis. The restaurant was clean and nicely lit, however the music was a little loud. Dinner came out to about $70 for all of us before tip.

We've eaten here a bunch - mostly due to proximity and lack of other options. The food is wildly…read moreinconsistent; sometimes, we're surprised at how good a dish is (usually a special or seasonal dish), but if we order it again, it's never the same. The biggest issues: - Many things seem to have a lot of oil involved. From the side vegetables to the burgers to the "garlic bread" served on the side of the pasta dishes - there's a strong, oily taste. It's not a pleasant oil - my guess is it's ostensibly neutral, like a vegetable or canola, though it leaves a flavor that suggests it's not entirely neutral. Perhaps a fake butter? Why it's so ubiquitous is anyone's guess, but it leaves an unpleasant film in your mouth. While I understand restaurants use a lot more oil/butter than home cooking (it's often why we like restaurant food better), this oil is not good. - The fries. I guess some people like them; I loved shoestring fries as a kid, but these aren't the same. They have no flavor (aside from the aforementioned oil), and they're the consistency of McDonald's fries, but drier and harder. Recently, we got an order that came with a new, more traditional style fry, and they were so good. We were excited that they finally ditched the cardboard variety but that apparently was a one-off - today showed that they seemed to revert to the old style, unfortunately. - They had an amazing chicken bacon ranch pizza for a while, until one day when it was gone. I think the secret was smoked Gouda, but whatever they used, it was a great pizza. When it disappeared from the menu, I inquired and was told, "oh yeah, lots of people are asking for that." So I said, "is it coming back, then?" I was told it's "doubtful," which kinda sums up my experiences there. Everyone loved it and wants it back? Better get rid of it, then. - The kids menu options are somewhat insulting to children. The "grilled cheese" uses what appear to be hamburger buns, so carelessly made that they seldom match up (that is, the top will be skewed off so the sandwich isn't put together). The kids pasta dishes are just plain noodles, usually undercooked, with no seasoning (i.e. salt) or other attention to preparation. The inconsistency is really the biggest issue for me. Things range from "fine" to "bad," but even if you stick with one menu item, you don't know what you're going to get. Non-chain, family-friendly restaurants are seemingly hard to find in this area, so I really wish they were better. We've kept at this place far longer than we probably should, again due to convenience, and because every now and then, a dish will be surprisingly good. However, those instances are becoming so rare, I think we're done for a good while. I do hope they improve.

We were extra excited by what seemed to be their signature dish, steak and mashed potatoes. Well, we had an 8pm reservation, which to me is normal time, but seems to be like a last seating for this restaurant. The place was full upon entering but emptied out quickly during our meal experience. It was just our immediate family of 4. Started with cocktails and proceeded to order the seafood trio app, which was good. Wedge salad, which was also good. Had a nice waitress who had a good sense of humor. The rest went downhill. We all ordered different types of steaks and 3 of 4 medium rare, one NY Strip medium. Ordered a side of Brussel sprouts and some other accompanying sauces. All 3 steaks came out in variations of well done - gross! On an even more disappointing note, we were told there is no more mashed potatoes, which is why we chose this place, and then told only 2 baked potatoes, so we had to decide who gets it and who doesn't. A TERRIBLE thing to happen at a steak restaurant, in addition to ruining what seemed to be quality steaks. The Brussel sprouts came out overly well done drenched in their sauce. Bite into any of them and they were totally deflated and not good. We couldn't even eat it. The waitress came back and asked how things were... my wife's fillet was so over cooked the waitress even agreed and offered to remake. By this time it was almost 9:15 and she lost her appetite. The three of us just didn't mention how ours were because it would have just caused chaos that none of us wanted. We NEVER send back food, but in this case, hers was insanely overcooked. We asked to have it removed from the bill, which they did. Regardless, we dropped $430, including a $70 tip (because I am generous... waitress should have done a lot more for us when noticing the quality of what was served to us) for the 4 of us, with only 3 main meals. Just a real poor experience. I'm hoping this was just an isolated happening, but completely upset it happened to us for my daughter's graduation, son's 25th Bday and our 27th Anniversary. All that weekend. Advice to owner: please ensure you have enough product for your reservations. We were not walk-ins. Then, listen to the customer's request for how they prefer their steaks to be cooked and serve as ordered. 8pm reservation should not make a difference from a 6pm. I'm just really disappointed and wish we went to Ts instead, but liked the idea of smaller and more intimate.
