My experience has been filled with bad luck, or I caught the hotel on their bad days. First of all I'm here during a remodelation so after night 1 I got moved to a different building. Here's the kicker, the new room had a malfunctioning AC. So they moved me to a 3rd room late at night. The manager said I could stay there for the remainder of my trip. Fast forward to the next morning and a front desk lady told me I couldn't because someone else was scheduled to check-in into that room over the weekend. After trying 3 rooms in 1 night, I decided to stay and not cause any trouble. The front desk lady didn't seem too kind to help beyond telling me I needed to pretty much accept my old room and wait for the ac to be fixed which it eventually was. The new room has a malfunctioning tub, and unfinished parts like the phone or bathroom door (pics and videos attached). The cherry on top: my flip flops got lost or stolen in the pool. Lastly, I wrote to the spa to make a reservation and they said 2pm works. After i confirmed about 10 mins later, they reply with "sorry that time is not available anymore". The front desk and hotel seem like they don't care about my experience and won't do anything for the inconvenience. I'm honestly very disappointed in the whole experience. The front desk even tho they are kind, I feel they just want me to shut up. The silver lining is the incredible service from restaurant, pool and beach staff. The definitely compensate the lack of attention from The front desk and management. I'd never stay back here again. The reviews are good so I thought my experience was going to be similar. Also there are only 1 or 2 restaurants open at a time and the small menu never changes. I don't know why I had such bad luck but if you happen to have the same bad luck as I did, don't expect the front desk / management to right their wrongs.

This was our third all inclusive resort in Cancun...and it is our favorite by far! As introverts, this resort really spoke to us. It was small, quiet, had attentive but not intrusive staff, and they paid close attention to our requests (like sparkling water and coke light only!). We will return.

100/05 stars- this place is off the charts, and they exceed all your expectations. This is going to be a long one, so enjoy! I'm not a resort person (or at least I wasn't), nor did I know what to expect traveling to Playa Mujeres for some R&R. What I wanted was peace and quiet for a private birthday trip with my partner, but what I got was a team of extremely kind and hard-working friends working diligently day and night predicting my every need and providing it before I had the chance to ask. It was beyond incredible! The staff is ALL so INCREDIBLY friendly. They remember your name and work to make whatever your reason for your visit known and they make it a highlight. Everyone we encountered (and I have a long list of new amigos) was bilingual in English and Spanish, but appreciated when we could speak Spanish. It was absolutely welcoming, and I never felt like I was misunderstood speaking English. ***Sidenote: we noticed all of the staff being friendly and smiling around eachother not just near guests, like they genuinely LOVE working here. It was an energy you can't fake, so we noticed right away. They vibe together so so well and it shows in their service levels. So awesome to see!! *Book the trip through their private website vs expedia or other sites for free private SUV transportation from CUN aeropuerto to the resort if staying 4+ nights. Worth it to save $200. *Bring lots of $1 bills or $20 pesos to tip everyone for everything, because the service is outstanding. We arrived with only USD and the front desk was able to help us with currency exchange. Otherwise, USD is accepted for tipping. There is no charge for anything, so don't worry about money for food/drinks on the actual resort throughout your stay. *If there is a free hydrotherapy session included with your stay, take it. Book it and show up knowing you will enjoy hot and cold plunges, high powered jets, relaxation, and it will test your limits but leave you feeling detoxed like nothing else can. Octavio was a gem and at the end gave the most relaxing massage to bring us back down to earth. *Start at the Bocadito taco stand, Guadalupe will hook it UP! and you'll have many drinks and water brought to you within the blink of an eye. *Julieta at the Season Tours desk near the check in area will be so excited to connect you to any/all excursions. I HIGHLY recommend an Isla Mujeres day trip, as the catamaran crew is OUTSTANDINGLY fun, professional, safe, and love to karaoke. We were provided drinks on the cruise to the island, and got to free swim in Bahia Mujeres' turquoise waters for a bit. Nothing like the opportunity of a lifetime to front flip into the warm waters of the Mexican Caribbean. *They do not advertise cigar offerings, but you can ask and they will show you what they sell and let you know where the specified smoking area is located as well. Good prices! The rooms stay on high-powered AC as long as you keep doors/windows closed. Everything fogs up the second you open anything because it is so hot and humid there. Prepare to pack light and sweat alot. The evening wear is somewhat dressy as the restaurants sometimes have dresscodes. They are very upscale and worth the effort. Food was all muey delicioso!! The Caffetto offers fresh juices day/night and baked treats to grab on the way to the beach or after one of the many fitness offerings. Its truly a great way to recharge between events. The beach is raked throughout the day, extremely clean, and is VERY secure. The resort is behind maybe 3 different entry point gates if I remember, and the beach has Police patrol on quads throughout the day. Very private. If beach isn't your thing, there is a swim up pool, cabanas, or just various pools throughout the property. Take your pick for relaxation. We opted for elective fit boxing with Jonathan (he will kick your ass in the best way possible on vacation), and a bicycle tour with Andrea touring all the beautiful jungle trails connecting the Excellence resorts. Both of these lovely staff members were well equipped, on time, and superb at explaining what we were going to do. There was even a stop with Andrea to get a great viewpoint and meet Chencho the local alligator. I can't say enough magical things about our experience- they even have a pillow menu for goodness sake. Muchas gracias mis nuevos amigos, y nos vemos de nuevo. Amazing work making my first Cancun trip an absolute hit out of the ballpark.

The ever elusive 5 star review is well deserved in this case. Beloved is the stuff dreams are made of. When it comes to a couples' getaway, it is hard to think of a more ideal scenario. We went for five days and from the onset were treated royally. The level of attention to customer service/satisfaction is unmatched. I have been to several luxury all inclusive and while I loved them all, this is the one I can truly feel I will be returning to for a repeat visit. We met one couple who were on their 3rd visit since December (I am writing this early October) and already booked their next stay for their anniversary in April. The grounds are kept in pristine condition and warm smiles and greeting await you at every turn from every level of the staff. I would be wrong not to give some special attention to a few people who truly stood out to us. Claudia and Oscar on the beach were truly special. The friendly and courteous way they treated us was amazing. Never an empty glass or a question that went unanswered. Rafael at Lupita Lounge caters to you happily and with a big warm smile and friendly conversation. Mariana at breakfast also did a 5 star job. The hydrotherapy at the spa was truly a transformative experience for me. And while the spa itself is incredible, Regina made sure to provide an elevated experience. I saved my favorite guys for last, but I want to reiterate that, start to finish, top to bottom, the entire staff was of the highest caliber. Guadalupe and Misael from Bocadito taco truck really left a deep and everlasting impression on us. Misael was professional, friendly, courteous, and always provided great conversation and insight all while still making sure his other guests were taken care of. Guadalupe is charming, lovable, and down right special. He went WAY above and beyond in order to make us feel special and catered to. This duo truly made this an experience one could not soon forget. Thank you to Beloved for welcoming us with open arms and making us feel like part of the family. I could go on and on with the onslaught of compliments, but I will just recommend you go and experience what we did, first hand. ENJOY!!!

Be loved at the beloved! We absolutely loved it here. Every staff member when above and beyond for us. The food was excellent, the coffee was perfecto, and the drinks were so refreshing...thanks Alberto! The beach guy Christian always had our chairs prepared, our towels in place, and even made me a birthday design with sand. Great service! We stayed in Bonita 3 and the room was beautiful. We will be back with friends next year for sure!

This was my first time staying at an all-inclusive hotel and I will not be going to a regular hotel again. This was the best experience and I can't compare this to any other trip I've taken before. Everything was really included and high quality (food was like a 5star hotel). The staff was so nice and personable especially Alberto and Juan (two of the best bartenders I've ever had). The spa was worth every peso if you are interested in relaxing on a whole other level- I thought I was in heaven! I will be coming back to Beloved for future vacations. Just a heads up this is a romantic couple hotel, so not a turn up spot with the homies.

One of the best All-inclusive Resorts ever in Cancun. Located in Playa Mujeres, you are able to unwind and relax without the overcrowded hotel guests. The Beloved Hotel includes two luxurious restaurants and two other more casual establishments. Restaurants 1. Lupita steakhouse - my favorite restaurant by far. All steak selections are cooked to perfection. The Ribeye has the right amount of fat and is well-seasoned. Be sure to try their Provoleta. Having grown up in Argentina it is one of my comfort foods. 2. Le Bisou - great selection of French dishes and also offers buffet style breakfast in the mornings. During dinner there is a live piano player. 3. El Mar - great casual seafood restaurant without sacrificing quality of food. Located right by the beach, you can enjoy the ocean view and the breeze from the waves. 4. La Isla - I love their selection of Italian dishes. They offer great pizza selections and also very tasty pasta. Extras 5. Caffeto- love their coffee selections as well as ice cream and small snacks to choose from. 6. Bocadito- literally a small Taco truck. Authentic taco selections. MUST TRY !!! Overall service from every staff member is great. Everyone is friendly and attentive. Negative Parts - the room's Jacuzzi worked the 1st night. However the second night it stopped working. On one night, the toilet didn't work from 4am to 6am. Small areas in the room were dated. If you are looking for an All-inclusive hotel to relax and get away from the party scene then this is the place to be

My wife and I put priorty on relaxation when we go on vacation and Beloved are experts in providing it! This is our 2nd time coming to this resort and all I can say it has gotten even better than before. I am going to break this review up into several parts: Room, food, Drinks, beach and employees. Starting with the Room. We booked an ocean front casita with private pool. This room is 1098 sqft. When you come in there is a huge bathroom, with double sinks, a huge shower that has a rain head, wand and swiss body shower, toliet room, its a frosted glass door, but no biggie for us and the mini bar is also there. The mini bar comes with all the basics and liquor that can be customized. We really on use the water and maybe eat the snacks. The Bed is amazing, super comfy and you can order custom pillows. The room has a few outlets and usb ports, but not over the top. Then a small pub table and full sitting area with couch and table, a Whirlpool tub that looks out towards the beach and a TV that can swival. The main feature is outside the sliders, the large patio, with day bed, table and chairs and the over 4ft deep plunge pool. We liked the pool so much we never set foot in the main pool. The room has a huge walk in closet with safe and a box to place dirty dishes. They asked when we liked the room clean and what time we wanted turn down, they were always there on time. My wife and I love this room and hope to have Con# 2 the next time! Now the Food: Lets start with Breakfast. Now Le Bisou, El Mar and La Isla all serve breakfast ala cart. El Mar has more mexican themed items, Eggs Motul which are fried eggs over a corn tortilla with plantains and tomato sauce. Eggs Albnil That were srambled eggs with flank steak. This dishes were super tasty. We really loved Le Bisou for breakfast, they had amazing french toast but the poached egg over toast with mushrooms is the best breakfast dish ever!!!!! Also Karla is the supervisor and she is a friendly face from our last visit. She is a huge asset to Beloved. They also have some pretty amazing dishes at La Isla that are baked in the stone oven. We also had room service coffee every morning always quick and hot. Lunch: We tried to eat lunch on the beach most days. We really liked the shrimp tostadas, pizzas, burgers and pretty much anything they made in the beach snack hut. You could also go to La Isla or EL Mar for lunch. We did order room service 1 day for lunch and the burger wasn't very tasty. Dinner, we had our first dinner at Lupita Steak House. We went items on the Mexican side of the menu, So I had a dish with Flank steak and my wife had a huge chicken flute, it was like a giant taco. That night Paola the hostess told my wife she would arrange a special dinner for our anniversary with churros that my wife asked for. We went back a few days later, and had a special meal that was amazing. It had a steak stuffed baked potato, poblano soup, a cobb salad, a tray with a new york strip and a filet mignon and several various sides and dessert was homemade churros with a choclate dipping suace. This was amazing, everything was perfect. At Le Bisou my wife had the French onion soup, I had a a mushroom tart and we both had scallops for dinner. The food was all really good. At La Isla we had pizza night, we each ordered a salad and split pizza. We had a few different ones and our favorite had moz and sliced potatos. At El Mar we really enjoyed the surf and turf, the steak was cooked to perfection and the lobster isn't Maine lobster, but was good for warm water lobster. They have an amazing dessert the Chocolate fondant that is a chocolate lava cake. All in all the food is some of the best I have had at an all inclusive. Drinks: Juan in the lobby bar is the best bar tender at the resort. All of his drinks are mixed to perfection and he can carry a great conversation. Lupita Lounge had the next best drinks and then the beach drinks were hit or miss. They have a good selection of brands, but they also face supply issues so they may not have everybrand, but they will get the job done. The Beach was fantastic. We arrived at the resort around noon, so our room wasn't ready. After lunch we hit the beach and Francisco got us a great spot in the shade. Don't worry about the towel game, tell Francisco, Christian or Claudia at the concierge stand on the beach and they will make sure you are comfy with all the towels, drinks, food and pretty much anything you need. We rented a cabana for almost every day, its $60 but you get a great space, and a few extra perks. Christian and Francisco really looked after us and the waiters Oscar and Alex always were right on time. We were lucky with great weather and beautiful water. We also had Eduardo take us out on the HobeCat. It was a 30 minute sail to pretty blue water. The beach has great sand and you can walk forever. The Entertainment: The entertainment is great and not late. They have a great violinist, sax players, singers and don't miss Cl

I'll start with the positives because there were definitely some. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The scenery is breathtaking and picture-perfect, making it one of the most visually stunning resorts we've visited. Unfortunately, that's where our excellent experience largely ended. One of the biggest issues appears to be that the resort's reservations and booking process is not managed on-site, (we were advised it was managed in Mexico) which created several unnecessary problems throughout our stay. Before arrival, we even received an email confirming our room that addressed us by someone else's last name. Upon check-in, we were informed our room would not be ready and were given "Black Card" status as compensation, which was explained as including special upgrades and benefits. However, during our stay we learned that many of those benefits were either unavailable or could not be redeemed, and several staff members didn't seem to understand what the Black Card actually included. When we finally got to our room, there was no hot water in the shower. Thankfully, after contacting the front desk, maintenance responded promptly and resolved the issue. Service throughout the resort was inconsistent. While there were a few employees who truly stood out and deserve recognition, the overall restaurant service fell well below what I expect from a luxury, adults-only all-inclusive resort. I especially want to recognize: * Antoinette, the hostess at Caribbean Grove, who was warm and welcoming. * Deonique, who provided excellent beach service. * Latifah, who took great care of us at the pool. Their professionalism and kindness were highlights of our trip. We also dined at Spice after making reservations. We met some wonderful people there, and Chef OJ was entertaining and made the experience enjoyable. Unfortunately, the table service again was slow and underwhelming. Our biggest frustration came at the end of our stay. The evening before checkout, we asked about extending our reservation and were told we had to wait until business hours because the resort could not process reservation changes on-site. The following morning, we went to the front desk near checkout after waiting for our anniversary breakfast room service--which arrived about 30 minutes late and came with its own service issues. The front desk staff tried to help but explained they had to contact another department for approval. We waited another 30 minutes without receiving an answer. I then tried calling and using the online chat myself, only to be placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Throughout our stay, the guest services phone line was nearly impossible to reach--it remained busy for two consecutive days. While the front desk staff were courteous and did everything they could, they simply didn't have the authority to resolve many issues because decisions were handled elsewhere. Overall, Excellence Oyster Bay has an incredible location and beautiful grounds, but the operational and service issues prevented it from feeling like the luxury experience we expected for our anniversary. For a resort carrying the Excellence name and price point, I expected seamless customer service, knowledgeable staff, and better communication between departments. I left wishing the service had matched the beauty of the property.

The staff treats you like family while still delivering top tier luxury. The drinks? Top of the line. It definitely does not make me want to return back to Atelier. The management such as Gabriel & Diego need some serious help & more training in management skills. They should train under Forbes Hospitality Training Program like the managers/staff at Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman. Go there if you want exceptional stellar guest services. Every mgr & staff person @ RC GC go over beyond for each of their guests. We chose this property to celebrate our wedding anniversary, a special occasion we had hoped would reflect in the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail for which this resort is known. As seasoned travelers who regularly stay at five-star luxury properties around the world, we understand that occasional issues can arise; however, what distinguishes an exceptional resort is how effectively those issues are resolved. The issues we feel in this case were not resolved during our stay. Shortly after checking in early July, we discovered that the toilet seat was loose & unstable, shifting significantly during use and creating both discomfort and a potential safety concern. My spouse actually fell off of the toilet seat. We promptly reported this issue in person to the front desk & were informed that the maintenance team will address it, but the problem remained unchanged. The toilet seat was never fixed during our entire stay. The lack of proper follow-through on such a basic maintenance matter was disappointing & not what we expected from this luxury resort especially during our special anniversary celebration. A more frustrating issue occurred the afternoon before our departure day. After spending the whole, hot & humid day at the pool, we returned to our room wet, sweaty & sticky ready to shower only to find that our room key fob had been deactivated. We were locked out of our room in wet swimsuits hot & uncomfortable. There are no phones around in the hallways to call the front desk. Due to the very large size of this resort, we then had to walk a considerable distance back to the front desk to have our key fobs reactivated. This inconvenience could have been avoided. We asked why both of our key fobs had been deactivated prematurely & we received no response. These issues reflect lapses in both maintenance follow-through, guest service & guest experiences. At a property of this caliber, guests reasonably expect reported issues to be properly resolved & room access to remain available until the designated checkout date & time. Atelier Playa Mujeres was on the 2025 Forbes Travel Guide & its reputation for luxury & exceptional hospitality were the reasons why we decided to stay there for our first time. There are many other luxury resorts such as Nizuc, Le Blanc or Live Aqua in Cancun competing & vying for the same category of repeat guests. Whilst there were aspects of our stay that we enjoyed, these avoidable service failures significantly affected our overall anniversary experience. After checking out & whilst waiting in the lobby for our transportation, Diego Gonazalez, the front desk manager approached us to ask about a couple of issues we experienced during our stay. Upon listening to our concerns & praises to some of their staff, we felt dismissed and not taken seriously after speaking with him. Diego was not effective at all in addressing our issues at all. Because we were displeased & frustrated with a lack of response from Diego, we asked for the General Manager's e-mail hoping that the future guests will not experience what we did. What a waste of time! On a positive note, the food here is above average with many offerings in various restaurants. Need reservations for most of them. Los Abrazos was our favorite. There are some rock star staff at this resort: Byron (bellhop), Gerardo (Los Abrazos), and Alfonso (main pool waiter).

Once you stay here, you have options to rent bicycles (complimentary) and golf carts from here. I highly recommend getting one of the golf carts from here, as they book out fast. Otherwise, you will have to go downtown to rent them for an hourly rate or daily fee. The hotel has a relationship with Kin Ha beachfront restaurant, which is below the hotel. It is not connected, so you must travel down the stairs and cross the side road to enter the Kin Ha beachfront restaurant for complimentary breakfast (any entree with one simple coffee or juice). You can also lay out at their beach club, which has complimentary kayaking, snorkeling, and paddleboarding (tipping recommended). The rooms are grand and colorful. The pool and ocean views are amazing. There are 13 rooms in this boutique hotel. I was advised that the best rooms here are Grace, Love, and Serenity. You must notify the front desk if you want your room cleaned. Otherwise, you can request items/amenities (even a beach towel) from the front desk. Some other things to note here are the laundry room and jewelry/hat store. The options are a bit limited compared to downtown. Why Casa de los Sueños? This isn't just a place to sleep--it's an integral part of the island (Isla Mujeres) experience. There is someone always to greet you in the lobby. I felt safe throughout my stay here.

There is a small patio between the room and the plunge pool. They provide you with a hammock for that area. It is also lit for nighttime use. The water was clean. It was a large room. It had large shower that has a full length window to a garden area. No one can see you, just in case you were wondering. Service - even before we arrived. I contacted the hotel through whats App. I needed help with the booking. Alex was wonderful and helped me every step of the way. He went beyond his job description to help me. He even helped me set up a romantic gesture for our anniversary. He helped with transportation. He even checked on us when we had not arrived to the hotel yet. Luigi helped check us in. Always asked how our day was going and gave us suggestions on where to eat. The grounds are monitored by a security guard at night. So we felt safe enough to hang out at the beach at night. It is also within walking distance to the main Avenue with all the top restaurants and many shops.

Second visit and another GREAT vacation! We have been fortunate to travel to some amazing…read moredestinations and this place is special. It's fairly new and a lot to love here. But we read a lot of reviews at Yelp, trip advisor, ect, and the reviews are mostly glowing and no mention of anything that could be better. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort, but there were a few things that could have been better. But thus was overall the best AI and we will return. Shootout to an exceptional employee Jhordy at inspira pool who went way above and hope to see next time. Our butlers, Ping Ting and Aline were fabulous.. and will request them next time. They made everything run smoother and got us ALL the reservations at the times we wanted. Def would have not happened w/o a butler. Not intrusive at all. appreciated fuss made for our 27th anniversary . A lot sets this apart from other all inclusives. I feel the food and the cocktails are better and more selecting. We often are celebrating either a birthday or anniversary on vacation, and they always ask at resorts. But then nothing is ever done or said to honor it, which is disappointing. That was not the case here. It seemed every server congratulated us on what we are celebrating. made us feel very special, plus I assume the butlers sent roses and champagne with a big chocolate heart to our room. very much appreciated. It might seem childish, but these dates mean something to me, and I appreciate when they are acknowledged. This is a fairly new resort, and everything seems very clean and well kept. The staff was warm, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. If they were understaffed or having a bad day, they sure hid it. Love the way the common areas and bathrooms smell ... omg you will see. I love the fragrance of the molten brown amenities ..going to buy some. Our inspira swim out room was large, quiet, and luxurious. Well-appointed and lovely. The tub was amazing, but they don't have shampoo and conditioner in that area, and the areas they do have amenities it's locked in, so you can't move it. Is inspira worth the extra? We did it both times. Would not risk being upgraded to an inspire Without the cost. Inspira gives you more access, and I believe a bump in service. If you are fortunate enough to afford it then get it ... if not then don't. In the reviews, I didn't run across many with even minor complaints that they could improve, but there are always things that could be better. I'm gonna put those in the tip area ,so if they want to improve a bit on an already great resort. I love it here and the staff are the truly the best. What signs they have are easy Missed And they don't have a lot of signs directing you especially to area that used to be for families. Personally, I think they wanted to make it harder for the family.People to come over to the all adult area back when it was two different resorts. Now that it. 's all adult I really think they should figure out a way to make it easier to navigate. We didn't know that there was a restaurant that had Buffet for all three meals Until halfway through our second Visit. Well i'm gonna leave some tips In the tip area. Because I don't want this to seem like I had a bad trip. This was incredibly relaxing and luxurious and wonderful. Exceptional staff make all the difference. Mixologists at Calle bar are so fun to watch them create liquid art. No one ignored us and no bad attitudes. I would say one of ... possibly the best all inclusive we have tried in all our travels. Sorry sandals, excellence, secrets, Iberostar u have been out done. employees went above the call bring lots of tip money.

Five star all-inclusive and adults only resort!…read more Newly opened resort about 40 mins from Cancun airport and 20 minutes further from hotel zone. Our reservations was for (7) days and the length of time felt right. We booked two excursions; (i) visit Chichen Itza on a tour; and (ii) visit Playa Mujeres on a catamaran. Chicen Itza is a "must do" if you visit Cancun for the first-time (no question). Following our two excursions it was back to the resort to relax, eat and sleep! The resort has (7) eateries from avant garde, to breakfast buffet, steakhouse, italian, american, asian and pastry cafe. The exquisite culinary cuisines at each restaurant was phenomenal but the steakhouse, asian and buffet ranked highest for me. The bars on property were sexy and classy from the rooftop ocean views, lobby and swim up bars with the staff making our experience special. By far, the sky bar and lobby bar were the spots for me each day serving "top shelf drinks". There is also no need to leave your room if you're hungry, room service was impeccable by bringing your meals in a warm service cart with all the condiments and proper silverware. I highly recommend the New York Strip! There is no denying feeling compelled to stay on property to maximize an all-inclusive, but this is one property I'd have no issues being stranded at. Service is first-class, staff is highly attentive and respectful of your privacy and the resort is highly luxurious. If the opportunity to splurge on a room permits, I'd recommend the swim up pool on the ground floor(s) to enjoy swimming under the stars at night with that someone special, you'll forever remember those moments.

I had read so many mixed reviews about this place but we had a blast. I love the Polynesian vibes. Reminded me a lot of Aulani in Hawaii. I loved how the pool was open until 9pm (or until they kick you out). The pool was a tad bit too warm for the weather but it made a perfect evening time swim comfortable. All inclusive plan includes 24/hour room service. We ordered room service meals quite a bit. It also included all drinks in the fridge and candy and snacks they offer on the daily. If I was in need or some snacks, I would call in to request a refill. They would bring the metal cart up with sodas and snacks/ and candy bars. Boy were we spoiled. The suite was spacious, allowed me to do laundry daily and had blasting cold A/C. I loved the hammock on the balcony which I took a daily afternoon nap in. There were some mosquitos and once they got into the room, we were food for the rest of the days until they get smashed. The restaurants for dinner were all amazing. I truly wished they had Caprichos buffet for dinner. I would have loved to see a carving station and good quality seafood items. The beach bar and pool service was top notch. They cleaned/ washed the lounge chair, tablets and floors daily. Each day you had a beautiful pool area to enjoy. My kids enjoyed the occasional lizards/ Iguanas they would see on the lawn. They include free paddle board bad kayaking when you stay at villa deal palmar and Garza Blanca. The staff in the hut just as which hotel. You sign a waiver for any minors and off you go. There is aqua world and a private jet ski rental place to the left of the beach (out of pocket expense). You can book any water activities there. Don't need to drive anywhere. The only complaint I had about the beach was too much seaweed. They had a tractor thing to pick up the seaweed throughout the day but it just kept washing up. Ocean water was warm and we got to see some fish. The only inconvenient thing was it's definitely a bit far away from the hotel zone and trinket shops. We had to uber in and out to go places. I can see this being a hassle if you enjoy the night life. My family however, are not that active so a couple times we went out was not too big of a deal. We truly enjoyed our stay here and I would recommend it to anyone I know.

About 7-10 minutes from the ferry to go to Isla de Mujeres. About 6 minutes from Puerto de Cancun (Restaurants and a few shopping stores). You can take Ubers, way cheaper than regular taxis, just wait for the uber outside the security kiosk in front of the resort. Free WiFi is available, along with 3 other paid versions (I'm assuming for the quality of streaming). Free, $10, $20, 30 (For Premium), this is per day. Expensive in my opinion. Resort is well maintained, rooms were in excellent condition, snacks and drinks provided. Staff was good, not as friendly as other resorts we have been to from the same chain of resorts. Food was good too. 5 pools, (including one for adults only and one for babies and very little kids). Very clean, very nice set up. The beach is also available. I didn't like it much. Bring your rubber shoes to get. The beach is rocky as you enter (very uncomfortable for barefoot), there was also lots of algae floating around and the sea floor was very smooshy hahaha. Not my cup of tea. Kayak, paddle boarding, jet ski, para gliding, snorkeling, and a small floating water island to enjoy.

In past stays on the island, we rented a golf cart and due to the location of this property, did not need to do so. Fantastic location. The front desk was closed, when we arrived, and had to get an on-site spa masseuse call the hotel manager so we could check-in. Once we connected with the manager, things went very smooth. We arrived to the room, we realized that It had two queen beds rather than the king bed that we reserved. Spoke to the manager and she advised that the rooms with king beds had broken ac. Special note- the manager, Alex, communicated very well, attentive to our needs and offered excellent customer service. She was impressive. The room was clean, large, with all accommodations "as advertised." We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It had a mini kitchen, medium sized fridge, and nice closet. The facility offered beach towels in addition to bathroom towels. The towels were of high quality and nice. Our first night, we experienced the ac not cooling well, notified Alex and she promptly addressed our concern and we were very happy. The pool was clean. Spa was not working. Area outside of our hotel room was clean and well-groomed for a tropical type setting. Love the occasional iguana's roaming freely through the area as this contributed to the positive experience. We understand that the price point of this hotel is on the lower end. Based on this we rated it as 4. The hotel is in a fantastic location. Do not expect luxurious accommodations. We would stay here again.
