We stopped in at lunch today. The staff was great and very attentive. However the big breakfast burritos aren't really that big. And the big breakfast, well it tasted like the precooked bacon that was recooked. The potatoes were deep fried. Yuck. The biscuit was big but seemed doughy in the middle. A $12 big breakfast should be higher quality. The burritos were comparable to Sonic/Braums but 2-3 times the cost. We all agreed we tried Big Biscuit but don't think any of us would go out of our way to return. read more

We came to Big biscuit on Easter. They said that the wait was only 20 mins but we waited at least 20 mins longer. Ince we were seated we got our food pretty fast but their Gravy was watered down and had no taste, I asked for another bowl because of how watered down it was, once I got the bowl of gravy it was even worse than the first one I got! Love this place. This is the second time we have come here since it opened and both times were just DELICIOUS. So much food for good prices. My husband loves the Haymaker. I enjoy the scramble bowls! My family and I visited the big biscuit in BA on 10/06/21 for lunch. It was an ok lunch nothing to be praised over. The staff seemed to be lacking in the area of making us feel important. We watched a few of the girls on their phones and were giggling at something. I asked my server who the manager was and she stated her name was Lisa (apparently she was one of the girls that were on their phones) I can tell you without a doubt that when you are more in tune on your phone than taking care of the people in your restaurant then maybe you shouldn't be the one left in charge. read more

I leave this 3 star because the service has continued to get worse each time we come here. This time the server literally messed up the order and then blamed the kitchen being backed up on his mistake little did he know I knew he made the mistake because a manager came over with the ticket. Most places if the order is messed up like this the stuff that is missing doesn't get charged as a apology for the mistake but not this time they made a new ticket and charged me for the mistake oh well. Okay you want the truth right... it's just not spectacular. Is it food? Yes. Will it kill you? Probably not. How do you mess up eggs though. I was expecting an assortment of Greta biscuit sandwiches but their biscuits fall apart so you can't hold them. We were told the staff gets there at 4 to prep and they are hard working. I think that's great but I question it because of flavors. The wait staff is more interested in customers hearing them talk smack to each other at an annoyingly high rate of speed. They bring you your food in shifts, like not everything you ordered (every time). The look on their faces is like "oh did you want your whole meal at the same time , I'm talking to my buddies and you want to be served?" The assistant manager is the same and causing most of the talking about whatever he does in his private time laugh laugh. The food is okay, not spectacular and it's like a Dennys but a smidge faster once they get around to taking your order. It's locally owned by a group of partner/friends , it's a chain though so they are locked into what they serve I'm sure. The water and ice doesn't seem to be filtered at all for coffee or sodas... yuck. The biscuits are like fluff, like Angel food cake disappears in your mouth. The eggs are eggs. The bacon and sausage ehh. Grits had no salt in them but were hot and good texture. Party of 7! I was told it would take 15-20 mins to get a table. Waited patiently for the table after that time I was told additional 10 mins. Saw a family of 5 who wasnt on waiting listing get seated immediately. I asked why that family got seated, all they said cause we dont have a table, but then said we can seat your family at two different tables. We came after church, very busy and we were seated in about 25 minutes. Much less than I thought it would be with the looks of the crowd outside. We ordered biscuits and gravy and the sticky biscuits. Also the red white and blue waffle. All the food was delicious! The biscuits are big. 11/07/21 we ate at the Big Biscuit @ 1134 N 9th St. Broken Arrow. Fortunately we had been here before or we would have left and never returned. We arrived and gave our name to the young woman manning the door. We received our confirmation text. She stated it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. We stood outside. Unfortunately for her we were not on our phone or standing around visiting and not paying attention. After waiting about 25 minutes (10:05) 2 people walked up and she allowed them to waltz through the door. I then asked her how much longer our wait would be. She stated another 30 to 40 minutes because the kitchen is backed up. I then pointed out that she let 2 people enter that came much later than us (there were 3 in our party). She stated "Yes". I then pointed out the time we arrived (9:41) and reminded her that she told us 15 to 20 minutes. This wait was acceptable except for the people she let in ahead of the line and the extra 30 to 40 minutes she stated. I then asked how many were ahead of us. She stated 3. At that point we started walking to our car. Just as my hand touched the car door I received a text alerting us that our table was ready. When we walked up, I noticed that there were 2 groups that arrived ahead of us still waiting to enter. We got into the restaurant, and ordered. Our waiter was fabulous. Our order came very quickly. Pretty sure the kitchen was not "backed up". We have always had great service and your door person had always been very fair. We may return but will definitely think twice from now on. This one instance has left an extremely sour view of your establishment thanks to this young lady and her attitude that she can do whatever she pleases to the waiting customers. read more

My daughter and I recently visited for brunch. My daughter ordered the pancake platter and I ordered a side of sausage gravy and a biscuit. When the order came we received a side of sausage but no gravy. We told the waitress we did not order the sausage and was missing gravy. Not a big deal as eventually the kitchen brought out the gravy. The bill had the sausage on it and I kindly asked it to be removed. The manager came over and wanted to know what was going on and preceded ask if we ate the sausage. I explained to her the waitress did not get our order right and should have repeated our order to check for understanding. We did not in fact eat the sausage and she told us to make sure we left it on the table. Seriously... I told her not a problem as we would not take any of the leftover items. Stopped in after bass pro shopping for a black Angus burger. Big mistake! First, 3 tables got their food before us and we ordered before they came in. Second, ordered no mayo, got mayo, yuck! My fiancée and I have been to this restaurant two times where the food and service were great. Unfortunately, the third time was pretty upsetting. There was a dime size piece of sharp broken PLATE in my fiancée's food. Luckily, she found it before she put it in her mouth, cause it could have easily cut up her insides.
