Great place for Breakfast or lunch. Bfast menu is fantastic. Fresh cracked eggs, good selections of meats, but no steaks. Biscuits are large & perfectly baked, very tasty. Lunch is also great, burgers etc, but I always do breakfast as it is my favorite meal. They're hours are 06:00 to 14:30 hrs daily (6:00 to 2:30 for U civilians). I think they should be open all day say to 06:00 to midnight & add steak & eggs to menu but that's just me. You should not be disappointed with their selections for breakfast or lunch, both are great & perfectly prepared. Staff is also great, friendly & courteous, knowledgeable & checks on you for drink refills & if food was properly prepared. Probably one of the best service staff I've ever witnessed. read more

I tried a biscuit at the big biscuit. Actually a biscuit and gravy. I was impressed by the clean large interior of the restaurant. However, I got there fairly early, around 7am, and I was the only customer until a couple came in and sat down. It took about 6 minutes for my to go order. The website has pictures and easy to read descriptions of the menu selections. I have to tell you, when I got in my car and opened the little styrofoam container, my biscuit did not look as tasty as those menu pictures. I guess that's to be expected with packaged food. The biscuit was OK, but nothing special. I felt that the gravy was a bit watery. Maybe some of the other foods are better, but I only tried a biscuit. read more

Gave it 3 tries. First restaurant where 17 teenagers stand around at the bar (bad design) and watch you eat while they talk about the patrons. The food has not come out all at once, or hot. And when you send it back, 3-5 people check on it but none of the same people bring it to you. For a $35 +tip breakfast, I'll stick to Jimmys Egg. Side not, can every restaurant with a bar stop putting the chair in at an angle. read more

I wouldn't come back for the pancakes, but I'd definitely come back for the french toast. I also love the breakfast potatoes--it's like a socially acceptable version of eating fries for breakfast. Also, get the chipotle mayo! You can literally dip anything in it and it'll taste 10x better. The prices are a little high but I still recommend this place. read more

First visit to this restaurant. Ample parking. The restaurant is clean and has friendly staff. Due to the pandemic, I had not frequented any business other than those providing daily staples. I initially intended to get my meal and go but when I felt the friendly vibe and noticed that the acoustics kept noise levels at a minimum, I decided to stay. So I ordered a bowl scramble from the menu ( Big Scram- Bowl). I have had scrambles at other places but never like this one. It was packed with potatoes sausage ham onions and cheese. The portions are more than enough for at least two servings. Therefore, I separated half of the bowl to take home for later. Everything was cooked to perfection. They also added a biscuit which was as big as most peoples hand. Definitely would recommend and certainly will go back when I'm in Broken Arrow on another trip. read more

We have been here a couple times over several months ( we aren't local). It's pretty good comfort food. My wife found the honey money chicken sandwich and probably won't order anything else. My son loves the waffles, the biscuits are good and I flip between the haymaker( I think that's what it's called ) and the buff chicken sandwich. Tried this new to the area restaurant, unique menu offering. Its breakfast, what's the big deal? Eggs are eggs. Meal was served timely, employee servers are running over each other. This is definitely a five star breakfast dive! My wife and I have eaten here for the that three days. The restaurant is very clean the staff is clean and courteous. The food is exactly what we ordered and the portions are generous. The music is in the background and barely noticeable. The restroom is clean because is regularly serviced. Some staff are wearing masks while others aren't. If you're a Covid freak you probably won't like that. But no one will care! That about sums it up! read more

This is our second time trying The Big Biscuit. To start with it took about 20 minutes to finally get some coffee. We asked for more cups and coffee, there was 4 of us drinking coffee. Their coffee pots barely held 2 cups of coffee, our waitress brought us 1 pot for 4 people! Then when we were out of coffee and my wife asked for a cup of coffee and more coffee pots.....the waitress brought my wife an EMPTY coffee cup with no more coffee pots!!! We had to ask 2 MORE times to get coffee!! We asked for extra napkins FOUR different times, which included asking the manager twice!! My daughter had to finally go to the front and get napkins herself!! The waitress messed up our order then said it was our fault!! We will NEVER go back here again!! Then when we complained to the manager, he too indicated it was us not ordering correctly. He was VERY condescending as we left his establishment. To sum up, very poor food and EXTREMELY poor customer service! Go to Mom's diner instead, food and service are light years ahead of The Big Biscuit! Would not go back. Ordered a omelet which came out flat and the outside was hard. Gave me a stained or dirty (we couldn't decide) coffee cup for their watered down coffee they serve. Supervisors just standing around instead of greeting customers and asking how their meal was. There are better breakfast places. We stopped in at lunch today. The staff was great and very attentive. However the big breakfast burritos aren't really that big. And the big breakfast, well it tasted like the precooked bacon that was recooked. The potatoes were deep fried. Yuck. The biscuit was big but seemed doughy in the middle. A $12 big breakfast should be higher quality. The burritos were comparable to Sonic/Braums but 2-3 times the cost. Ince we were seated we got our food pretty fast but their Gravy was watered down and had no taste, I asked for another bowl because of how watered down it was, once I got the bowl of gravy it was even worse than the first one I got!
