Best brunch I've ever had!!!! I'm from OKC so I won't get to eat here often but whenever I'm in Tulsa I will be going!

The server was phenomenal he knew the whole menu and also told us the specials, Pierre was amazing and so kind to my kids and patient with them while he took there order. The food was good and he made sure to check up on us and see if we needed any refills. I will for sure be going back and hope to get the same server again read more

Delyna P was my waitress this morning and she made me feel so welcome and at home. I had the sticky bun and biscuits with gravy and a bowl of grits! Everything was so delicious! Loved the food! I've had three different meals and all were worth coming back for. What wasn't worth coming back for is the staff. There's clearly some "in-fighting" and patrons don't need to see or hear that. The hospitality appears very fake. I will definitely go back to Big Biscuit....it just won't be the one at 41st and Yale area. read more

So we visited OK and ate at the Big Biscuit location in Broken Arrow and it was super good! On the day of our flight home, we chose to eat at this Tulsa location and unfortunately it was not the same experience. The thing I disliked most about this location that would make me not return was the smell. As soon as we walked in all of us we're like what the heck?! It smelled like someone used a dirty mop to clean. And by dirty mop, I mean one that was used to clean pee off a floor and then used again with pinesol because it was a mixture of pinesol and pee. That's the only way I can think to describe it. It was so overbearing but more so at the front part of the restaurant. Anyway, we were in a hurry and this place was kind of busy. The girl who sat us was nice and she ended up being our server as well but she was very overwhelmed. Our food took quite awhile so we had to eat really quickly. What could've been a manager did come over to bring one last item we ordered and was very apologetic about the wait which was nice. My husband got the cowboy and that was good but the bonuts and sticky biscuit we got were terrible! We had gotten them at the Broken Arrow location and they were awesome but here they were so incredibly dry and the sticky biscuit hardly had any topping to it which probably made it seem even dryer. Though the place was somewhat busy so many tables sat dirty the entire time we were there. Not sure why because they didn't seem THAT busy (hence all the empty dirty tables) but the staff sure seemed overwhelmed still. Again, everyone was very nice though. If we were back in OK, we would go to the Broken Arrow location. read more

The Big Biscuit spoils you for other places for breakfast. Service is great, staff friendly and food really good. We are hooked on bonuts!

Went in and stood for a few minutes until the lady said you can just go sit at the table in the corner. We sat there without a word from anyone, not even a menu was offered. Nothing for 10-15 minutes. Finally we gave up and walked out. I understand it was a holiday and prior to our arrival they had been slammed, but could have been hey here's a menu be there as soon as I can? Something? Wow. read more

We had a 20 minute wait on a Sunday which was not bad at all in the morning. Manager had to come and take our drink order after waiting for a bit. We ordered our food and it came out in a timely manner however they got my order wrong and then completely forgot my French toast. We had to ask twice for it and on the third time I told them I didn't want it any longer and take it off the ticket. The waitress was barely empathetic and apologized half heartedly and the manager didn't bother to say anything or discount anything off the meal. Very disappointed and they need to do better with customer service. Or this new location won't be around much longer. read more

Excellent biscuits & gravy, eggs prepared properly and as requested. Patty sausage was only under achiever squashed thin with little flavor. Potato's were crisp and warm when served. Coffee and staff were both of good quality pricing a bit high for standard breakfast fare. Large open seating, clean and up to date decor. read more

Well...this is a lot to unpack. Staff was friendly and pleasant, as soon as we were seated we were greeted and drink order taken. I have some dietary restrictions and ordinarily I would never visit a place named the BigBiscuit but my husband was in the mood so I said I would just order ala carte...I asked the server for 3 eggs a side of bacon and a side of sausage ,since I cant have the biscuits or pancakes or hash browns to which she replied the alacarte items are just for additions to the meals. NEVER been told that so I ordered a bacon and sausage omelette sans the biscuits and hash browns just give me extra bacon or sausage instead if these thing...Food came out and nothing was offered to replace the missing biscuits or hash browns, disappointing but OKAY! Food was quick and tasted good...finished meal and paid. my husband had ordered some outrageous meal 3 Car pile-up! just an obnoxious amount of biscuits and hashbrowns and eggs on top of a pancake! he of course couldn't begin to eat even half of the meal, we got a takeout and he took almost all of the biscuits and gravy, and hash browns and put them in a to-go box. I went to pull up the car (my husband is disabled) and my husband went to the men's room. We he came out I said where is your food, he said they threw it out when I went to the restroom. He informed the manager of the situation to give them an opportunity to salvage our disappointing experience, because if you dont say anything they cant fixed it. She just shrugged and said OOPS! DISAPPOINTING. NO ones fault just wont be back! read more

Have been wanting to try this place for a while. Well, today was the day - doing errands with my husband - Ambiance was OK - person who took us to the table didn't look too welcoming but it's OK since people have things on their minds. Husband ordered the eggs with French toast platter and I ordered a veggie omelet. Server was young and sweet but obviously inexperienced as she asked if I wanted hash browns or fruit. I said fruit would be great. Didn't mention the extra $2. (no big deal but should have mentioned it was not considered a side to this dish). Omelet was pretty good, biscuit was very crumbly - couldn't even pick it up. My husbands sunny side up eggs were too well done (brown on bottom) and the French toast never came. As he finished his eggs since they were getting cold, the server said the French toast was still being cooked. We told her to forget it. Bill came saying the French toast was a special so he was still charged $12.50 for two eggs and potatoes with bacon. Not a pleasant experience so I won't need to wonder about this place anymore! read more
