    Just had my 26 yr. old mountain bike serviced at The Bike Palace. It's a Trek Y5 which I've had for over 20 years and can I just say I'm impressed and in love with this bike again. The guys did an amazing job with a tune up, new cassette and chain. This bike has never ridden so well. It's like they gave my bike a redbull. She's got wings!!! I can't thank them enough and I'll definitely be back for the suspension soon. Much appreciated!!!!

    I've brought my bike into bike palace for service a couple of times and both times I've brought my bike in it was clean and no grease marks. The first incident they routed my internal brake lines the wrong way. And the bike was filthy with grease everywhere and my brakes were squeezing. (Had to clean it myself for the squeaks to go away. The second time was to fix the brake lines and to clean my drive train and degrease thoroughly. Upon receiving it the same result bike was filthy, and there was still grease in the drive train.     I recently had a shift cable snap on my road bike. I did what any local cyclist would do, I went straight to The Bike Palace. I've always found the mechanics/technicians and the sales individuals to be friendly and honest, most important their work is on point and the pricing is fair. This time around I worked with Tony at the front desk, who is super friendly and even asked me a few questions about my bike set-up which resulted in me making some adjustments. My repairs and adjustments were done by Giovanni, who did a great job, once again, my bike runs like new. Read my my past reviews, they are filled with superlatives for everyone I've encountered here. I'll be back, but hopefully not too soon as it relates to repairs. LOL.

    I bought a used bicycle on the market place and it needed a tuneup. When I brought the bike in I was told that it would be about a week to 10 days before it was ready because they were incredibly busy with Christmas bike builds. I was told to expect a call if the bike needed parts. I got impatient after a few days and called to check on the status. The gentleman I spoke with told me that they were really busy but that they would try to get it ready asap. Holy smoke! It was ready the next day!!! 10/10. The shop was extremely busy when I went to pick up the bike and I was asked multiple times if I had been helped. Such a lovely and attentive staff. They really seem to care about their customers and the health of their business. Give these folks a chance, I don't think you will be sorry.

    I called a few bike shops, no answer. Called Bike Palace, told Nick what I was looking for and he said they had a few of what I may be interested in. Get down there, Nick was more than helpful, was in about quick. They set up bike that was brand new in the box, picked up next day and was off riding immediately. I wanted a Trek but got something similar, same price range. WOW this bike is comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and told me all about their tune up service that is included. Most bikes hurt my shoulder, this one does not and the stock seat is very comfortable. Shop local and go see Nick! Thank you for another great experience. Over the last 25 years, we have bought a few bikes here.

    I brought my son's bike in to have the brakes bled. Before going in, I called and was told the cost…read morewould be $120 because they needed to order specific oil. After waiting two weeks, I received a text saying the bike was ready and that the total would be $89.99, including parts and labor. When I arrived to pick up the bike, I was told the price would actually remain $120 because they had to order "special oil." I was confused since their text clearly stated $89.99 including parts and labor. I also mentioned that I appeared to have been double-charged and tried to show the owner the charge on his phone. He refused to look, checked his computer, and said it showed only one charge and told me to contact my credit card company. Later that day, my son rode his bike and came home after about an hour saying his rear brake wasn't working. He had to slam on his front brake to stop and ended up crashing. He came home with a bruised and scraped knee and a sprained wrist that now requires him to wear a brace for a month. I immediately called the shop and was told to bring the bike back in. The owner said the issue was a "glazed rotor" and that we needed a new rotor. I declined the additional service. What's concerning is that the bike was returned to us with a rear brake that did not function properly. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner accused my son of doing wheelies, which is simply not the case. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. The pricing was inconsistent, concerns about billing were dismissed, and most importantly, the bike was returned in an unsafe condition. I would strongly recommend others double-check their work before riding
