He's fixed brakes, replaced brakes, changed out Tires, changed out the suspension fork, changed out pedals just to name a few of the services. We've had done. Convenient location in downtown HB there's a parking lot in the back so no need to fight with downtown traffic and parking. Thanks to The Bike shop. I thought that was awesome because everywhere else they want 80 and up. I came today with the bike and was told 20 for the inter tube and 45 for repair cost. I was vey upset because I was told different and the reason I came was because of the price. After complaining the owner Steve stepped in and offer to fix my bike at the price I was quoted before. I thought that was excellent customer service. Why loose a potential long time customer for a few bucks and a misunderstanding. I really appreciate Steve for helping me. This place is awesome they have a wide variety of options for bikes and accessories. They also have reasonable prices they have e-bikes worth a thousand or more on sale for hundreds . Robert, the owner, is not only incredibly knowledgeable but he's also beyond generous with his time and advice. I never felt rushed or pressured, just genuinely supported. You can tell he cares about the sport and the people in it. My bike also got some much needed TLC as one of the bike mechanics swapped out a tire for me - using one I brought in... They only gave me what I truly needed and never tried to upsell me. I loved checking out all that the store offers while my bike was at the spa. We checked both Google and Yelp and decided to rent our bikes from Beach E-Bikes. They are located on the upper level of Redondo Beach Pier. There were a couple of customers there when we arrived. Al asked us to fill out the waiver form online, and the process was fast and easy. Oh, and once you fill it out, you don't have to do it again next time you come back to rent a bike. Nice! After we finished everything, we followed Al outside to get our bikes. He explained everything clearly and was super friendly. This was actually my first time riding an e-bike. I struggled a little in the beginning, but after a while, I got used to it and everything went smoothly. The ride was SO nice! We rode from Redondo Beach to Hermosa Beach and then all the way to Manhattan Beach. The breeze, the ocean views, and the bike path not being too crowded made the whole experience even better. We stopped at Hermosa Beach for some ice cream, then continued to Manhattan Beach Pier and checked out the free aquarium. So much fun!! We rented the bikes for two hours and were actually able to do everything within that time. But next time, we will probably rent them for four hours so we can take our time, chill, and maybe grab a bite at Hermosa Beach. Al also told us not to stress too much about the time. Even if we go over the two hours, we can easily extend the rental when we return. No hassle, no rushing, no stress! We went on a Thursday, so I'm pretty sure it gets busier on the weekends. We all had such a great time! Definitely one of the highlights of our Redondo Beach trip. We will for sure come back to Beach E-Bikes again. Next time, four hours! More riding, more food, more chilling! And of course, we'll say hi to Al!

I would not recommend this shop…read more We were originally given an estimate for how long the repair would take, but it ended up taking significantly longer than we were told. During that time, communication was extremely poor. They rarely answer the phone and did not provide updates about the status of the bike, leaving us to repeatedly try to get information ourselves. When we finally picked up the bike, we discovered that something else was now broken that had not been an issue when we brought it in. We called the shop to explain what happened and asked them to look at it, but instead of trying to address the concern, they were dismissive and unwilling to help. What made the experience even worse was the way we were spoken to. The communication was rude and condescending rather than professional or customer-focused. Mistakes and delays happen, but good customer service means communicating with customers and taking their concerns seriously, especially when a bike comes back with a problem it didn't have before. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.

I had a whole discussion with the plumber, Ernesto on should he remove the shower faucets too, but because the refinishing would take a while, and the way shower handles work, I'd have to leave the water to the condo off for weeks while the refinishing was done. So we both agreed not worth it. I am mentioning this because we had a detailed conversation on saving the sink faucets. I even told him I'd wrap them in paper carefully when he was done. I then left him to do his work. I came back in and he was whacking away at the handles. I asked him what he was doing and he said it was the only way to remove them. I asked him if they would then be salvageable and he said no. I asked him in a panic why the heck he didn't run this by me. I would've told him not to remove the faucets if he couldn't get them out and salvage them! What he did next blew my mind. He picked up and left. He didn't reconnect the waterlines. He didn't reconnect the angle stop. He left a mess. I called the company and Melissa was very nice to me and listened to my complaints and sent somebody else out to at least give me water by hooking up the angle stops. He showed up was very angry and did bad work. The angle stops did not hold water. I called the company back and nobody answered. Nobody answered today either, a day later. Now I will be filing complaints with the contractor state licensing board, and anybody else that is relevant. Not only did he destroy my faucets, but he broke my sink as visible in the photos and video. I wouldn't call Sal's plumbing ever if you care about the quality of your home. They clearly do not care about their customers and should be put out of business.

The day I called Peter came right out that day and sprayed the horrible male hormone and it got her attention but she was stubborn and Peter left on vacation so then Leo took over.He went back under and sprayed this time took a video of her with her babies and we had to do 4 attempts total to get her to leave, the last night he sprayed for the last time was a little sad I have to say as she pushed the adorable babies out the opening....as they left a coyote showed up and I had to scare him off several times she grab the little ones and pulled them up the tress ...she totally knew how to handle the situation and so did all city....wont hesitate to call on them when needed again!

On the day of appointment, they didn't have us scheduled. Then they made adjustments to have Dax come for our appointment, since he completed the inspection and provided the quote. Once he started to do the work, he changed the price at the day of the appointment because he said to the office that he didn't give a quote for the entire building, although 3 separate tenants including the owner was given this price. There wasn't any contract or invoice sent over prior to the appointment, so this displayed faulty business. Secondly, the guys left cement residue on my outdoor mat which demonstrated the lack of care to the customers property. I informed the owner about this and he got very rude and disrespectful about the pricing issue mentioned above when that wasn't our problem. It was the technician Dax who didn't provide us with an accurate quote to be hired for the job. Lastly, the issue that was shared was in the ceiling. Dax advised that the outdoor soil needed to be treated first before they could assess the indoor ceiling issue. This didn't make any sense to me but we obliged to have the soil treated first. Well, less than 7 DAYS, the ceiling issue is back !! I informed Jason about this, and he mentioned that they couldn't come back until the full balance has been covered. Although, this was the main reason why they were hired and should have assessed the ceiling first, they are choosing to have us pay for a service that wasn't completed since the pest issue has reappeared less than 7 DAYS again!! Absolutely TERRIBLE and bad business!!

Saw some poeple coming in asking for help with parts and they seemed to be really knowledgeable. Other people were coming in to rent or something. It always seems pretty busy. We knew we wouldn't make it back in time to return the bikes within 2 hours. We called and informed the associate that we definitely will be late. We were late by one and a half hours. When we arrived the same person that rented us the bikes was in the store to receive them. We let him know we had a great time and immediately asked what do we owe you? He replied to both of us that don't worry about it, I'm glad you had a good time. We said thank you. We chatted a little and left. 2 days later we both received a text message that was an updated invoice. Not knowing why, we called and it was the same associate that said we were good. We reminded him what he said and he declared he had no memory of that conversation. I replied why didn't you have us pay when we were there? He said I realized you were 2 hours late and it's $40 an hour. That was also inaccurate because we both paid $60 for 2 hours. He then told us that he would reduce it to $20 each person. But why did he wait 2 days and how was he not aware of what time we came back exactly and how long we were actually gone. And why did he not call us immediately instead sending us a text invoice. Very bad business decision. We will not be renting there again nor anyone else I know. He knew we were late and we called him 2 times to let him know. So he should have discussed it when we got there instead of pretending he doesn't remember having that conversation that me and my friend both heard his reply 2 days later. Anyway up till then the customer service was great. We wanted to pay but he never brought it up except to say don't worry about it. Too confusing. As a business owner the best way to solve this issue it to always have the customer sign the rental form upon return and call attention to the customer if there is a balance due instead of waiting 2 days later. Or not even a call from this associate at all. Or just forget about it as it was his mistake. And hope for good return business. We paid the $20 each and we would have happily paid the full amount when we were there. We weren't trying to escape paying but we definitely didn't like the shady way of going about getting money from us.

I had been doing my research for e-bikes for a couple of weeks now and came across this place. The owner was there working on a bike, he's the one that helped us. He was nice and really trying to help us but I got my first red flag when he didn't speak to us about mileage or asked the distance my son was going to ride the bike. When I asked him what class was this bike he wasn't able to give me a direct answer. But he showed me how fast it could go and it was 30 mph. Again, me needing him to clarify because my son can only get a class 2 but he wouldn't clarify what the bike really was. And I can see why, he just builds them. Also, the bike only had one motor. In a prior e-bike store (with more professional salesmen) we were told only one kid could ride on a one motor e-bike. So I asked him since it only had one motor if only one kid max. This man said yes two kids can ride on a one motor e-bike. I did my research and no, only one kid can ride on a one motor e-bike. False information. Now I can see how if I would have purchased this bike it would have messed up quite fast. I am glad I decided to take a look at other reviews. I kept getting red flags and I'm glad I listened to my gut. Saved myself from a bad experience.

I planned this ride around catching the sunset on the peir, right after turning the bike in. This location is perfect for that. Its literally a 1 minute walk from the peir.
